Situated in North Forest Beach, this charming condo for $617 per night is a great choice for your next break. Now This is a Vacation... Your Going To Love 405 North Shore Place! Especially our wonderful brand-new renovations including new flooring, stainless-steel GE appliances, quartz countertops, dining and pendant lighting, coastal-themed art and new furnishings including all new master suite bedroom furniture, plus a new AC system! At North Shore you will want to select a 4th floor unit (like ours), to enjoy the incredible convenience of being mere steps from the awesome rooftop pool and hot tub. North Shore Place is perfectly located in close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants, watering holes and beachfront tiki bars that abound in the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza area. In fact, it is the closest condo complex to Coligny Plaza, affectionately know as Hilton Head's unofficial downtown, and we even provide shopping carts for the nearby Piggly Wiggly grocery store. And a short walk away across a quiet street is Hilton Head's best beach and North Shore Place's 'sister property', Sea Crest. North Shore guests are invited to freely use one of the oceanfront pools at Sea Crest and enjoy the frozen libations that are whipped-up by local legend, Pool Bar Jim, as he hosts the popular Sea Crest poolside bar/grill. Talk about the best of both worlds... you have your own private rooftop pool at North Shore plus an oceanfront pool at Sea Crest. Our unit is located on the best floor at North Shore... the 4th, which is the same level as the rooftop pool and hot tub. What a sight when the elevator doors open and you gaze upon the beautiful pool area with the magnificent ocean backdrop. As you enter our spacious unit you will see the dining area with seating for six to your immediate left and the guest bedroom with two brand new full beds and full bath to your right. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is cleverly positioned in the center of the unit which creates a very open and roomy feel. Past the kitchen is the ample living room with seating for six (including a queen sleeper/sofa), and a large screen HDTV. Located off the living room is the generous master bedroom suite with king bed and wonderfully designed bathroom with separate, private vanity area. And then there is the amazing balcony. This really is what makes our unit very special since it is private (we are an end unit), and large enough to provide our guests with the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a meal or beverage at the outdoor dining table with seating for four, or take a break and relax on the included lounge chairs. The view from the balcony is awesome as you overlook Coligny Plaza through the treetops and have wonderful ‘peek-a-boo’ views of the ocean as well. We provide four beach chairs, umbrella. tote wagon and beach towels for your trips to the beach. You can definitely can leave your car parked in North Shore's covered parking garage and walk or bike ride to all of the great Hilton Head action. Enjoy the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation at our North Shore Place condo! Comfortable occupancy for our condo is six with two adults on king bed, one adult/child on each full bed and two adults/children on sleeper sofa. If you are a family with two adults and six children that wouldn’t mind sharing a full bed this condo can accommodate up to eight. Please note: from May 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.

This was an amazing rental! The unit was very clean, smelled nice and pest free, these are some of the major things we look for in a rental. This unit was recently renovated and all of the rooms are very nice and have nice furnishings, the kitchen was really beautiful! The bedrooms and both bathrooms were very spacious! The view from the balcony was awesome, especially watching the sunset! It’s in walking distance to Coligney beach and all of the shopping and restaurants in the plaza right across the street. The parking area is under the building and is gated with a security code. Even the elevator required a security code to access it. This building also has a beautiful pool and hot tub on the same level which we used everyday. You can see the beach from the pool area. They also provided a discount code for one of the local bike rental shops down the street. We went in and got fitted for our bikes and they delivered them and locked them up in one of the many bike racks inside the secured garage. We rode the bikes everyday. The rental shop picked up the bikes when we left for home. One of the things that I also liked was that the owners were very responsive to messages which I appreciated. In summary, my family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic unit would be happy to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a beautiful rental right in the middle of everything and close enough to walk/bike everywhere!

Cannot say enough great thing about the condo. It was clean and beautiful. Most of all the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere. Didn't use our car the whole week, it was glorious! Beach was beautiful, great restaurants, shops, and ice cream! The host was very responsive and helpful. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Hilton Head is our new favorite family vacation place! Definitely would stay here again!

We had a fantastic week at North Shore 405 - it was an amazing location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo worked very well for our girls trip and we especially enjoyed the patio and access to the Seacrest beach/pool. Brian was very responsive and great to work with and we would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 405 North Shore Place! We loved the proximity to the pool. It was super convenient for us with a toddler. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The condo was very clean! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking Coligny. We could listen to live music every night. It's only a short walk to the beach. The owner's provided a beach wagon and chairs which was less that we had to pack. The condo is steps away from everything at Coligny; dinner, coffee, breakfast, ice cream and shopping! The covered/gated Parking is also a plus. We parked our car and never had to leave the vicinity until time to go home. We are looking forward to our next vacation at North Shore Place!

Location is perfection!!
I am so happy we chose to stay at this property! You can’t beat the location and amenities. The unit is on the same floor as the rooftop pool and it’s across the street from the shops and beach. We used SeaCrest heated pool beachside as it was too chilly to use the other. The communication from Brian and check in process was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot
What a beautiful condo, it was perfect for our family vacation. Close to the beach and a great area to walk around in. The balcony was the perfect spot to sit out and relax. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. We used the hot tub every night, it was great and the view of the stars was enjoyed as well. Thanks to the owners for helping us out with our special arrangements. We will definitely be recommending this condo to family and friends!

Location,Location,Location!
Pros- very clean property exactly described. Except, we were pleasantly surprised with the second bedroom having a large wall mounted tv. Location was perfect, we loved going to Frosty Frog and walking home after a few frozen daiquiris. Sea crest access was great too and having close beach access a must! Having a wagon and beach chairs was a great touch along with fans in each bedroom!
Cons- lack of pillows. My husband and I went and bought two more. Pillows were few and far between on the beds and extremely flat. Also, the two double beds were harder than rocks. Recommend new soft mattress like the Master bed or st least a mattress topper. Unfortunately, every morning we were woken up by the leaf blowers and power washing at 7AM, but realize that’s not in any one’s control at the condo. You also can’t turn AC below 68, but fortunately fans were provided!
All in all, location is excellent and we will stay again pending upgrade to the other mattresses!

Great location and pool
This was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and will come again. The pool was incredibly convenient and we were close to everything. The host also left a pack and play and stroller which came in handy!

Great family vacation
We just left from a week-long family trip with 4 kids and it was amazing. Great location, nice upgrades, love being so close to Coligny and the 4th floor pool. Check-in and out was super easy. The only thing to note is the elevator is kind of scary as it bounces and skips your floor or gets caught up on the 2nd and 3rd floor. My kids used the steps. Also, the master bedroom was so cold compared to the rest of the condo. Other than those minor things, it was a fantastic trip!

Our stay at this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and shops right across the road, three different pools plus beach supplies! The condo had everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

The check in process was the best we’ve experienced in years and Brian is so responsive! Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this clean and updated property. We were a brief walk to the beach and right across the street from Coligny shops and restaurants. At night we were able to enjoy live music from our balcony. We hope to be able to book this exact condo again for next year!

Overall, the condo is very nice and pretty well equipped with all your basic essentials. Location was perfect, well within walking distance of Coligny and Forest Beach. We really appreciated the owner supplying beach chairs and a cart, was extremely handy. Owner responded well to most of our questions. Cleaners could have maybe taken a little more time cleaning up the place before we got there, but overall not bad. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families.
