Situated in Chatham, this attractive condo for $678 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Right down the hill from the famous Chatham Light House, this one-floor living, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath end-unit condo is as close to the ocean as you get! This open floor plan home is steps away from the condo association’s private beach, and offers gorgeous views from almost every room. Imagine sipping your coffee early in the morning, sitting on your own deck to watch the tide come in. Clamming and fishing are plentiful and this location has a protected harbor and the fastest access out to Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic. Outermost Harbor Marine Harbor is right next door. Downtown Chatham, with its restaurants and shopping, is just a walk or bike ride away. The nearby Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge offers plentiful birding and opportunities for exploring! The living room features a sleep sofa and large, flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with two twins and a twin pull-out) also offer flat-screen TVs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and granite countertops. Unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer, central A/C, free wifi, and a basement with ping-pong table. In addition to the private ocean-front deck and an outdoor sitting area for two featuring Adirondack chairs set on a “floor” of crushed shells, there is also a long, covered patio along the side of the building with a gas grill, picnic table and additional seating for 6-8. This is the Cape Cod lifestyle at its finest! No smoking and no pets, please! Maximum of two cars may park in the property lot. NOTE: We supply pillows, blankets, mattress protector, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap. We DO NOT SUPPLY towels, bed sheets or pillow cases, though bed sheets and pillow cases can be provided upon request (nominal fee) or can be ordered from Cape Cod Linens or Furies Online. During peak summer dates (end of June through first week of September) a minimum one-week rental is required. Three-night rentals may be available at other times of year.

The location of this house is spectacular. The views are amazing. We watched seals and so many types of birds. The house is in a great location. Its close to town and various hiking trails and long strtches of beach. Sarah is very responsive. We cant wait to go back.

Can’t beat this location for a low key beach vacation! We didn’t even venture to any larger beach the whole week- just walked out the front door and crossed the tiny pond at low tide or waded through the water if we didn’t time it right and enjoyed the beach right next to the condo where we could explore the flats at low tide, watch boats coming and going from the marina, and best of all watched the group of seals that seemed to like hanging out right there in the water- we could even see them from the living room window! Main Street in Chatham was a couple minute drive to enjoy shops and restaurants. The condo was overall great for us. We had plenty space to unpack and put all our things. Beds were comfortable. Worked out fine for us as my parents took the bedroom with the twin beds and didn’t care, but only one of the bedrooms has a tv (which would have mattered to me if we were in that bedroom). We loved being down the street from the lighthouse and centrally located on the Cape to have easy day trips to Hyannis and Provincetown. We overall had a great week and would likely book again!

For me, it’s all about the ocean. Great view of the ocean, easy access to a quiet private beach, marshland ecosystem you can explore at low tide, shells & wildlife including Great Egrets, Snowy Egrets and some seals popping up in the distance. This place has it all. It’s just a bonus that the condo itself is spacious, clean and well-stocked. The owners have a great informational pamphlet that spells out everything you need to know clear as day. Small caveat: The beach is behind a barrier island so you aren’t directly on the open Atlantic and the waves are not large, no sound of the surf, etc. To me, it was a slice of paradise and I would turn around and go back today if I could.

Wonderful condo that directly faces the water! Private beach is steps from the door….we saw beautiful assorted shore birds, bunnies… Walked the flats at low tide collecting shells and making memories! Would definitely book again!

Overall this was a fabulous place for a girls’ weekend! You can’t beat the location. Beds were comfortable and the place was well appointed and clean. The cons were that there is a musty smell, but think that is mainly because of the location (really damp sea air) and mostly comes from the basement. Some updating needed. I would definitely return.

Literally ocean front, with a private beach to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Chatham. So close to town, Chatham Bars Inn, National Seashore and so many other Cape Cod points of interest. The condo has quaint vintage cottage, nautical themed decor, and large windows facing the barrier islands... great for seal watching in the channel leading to the marina next door. It was nice and convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit. There is alot of dampness, which should probably be expected in a water front property on the Cape. Sarah is very responsive, and interested in assuring guests are comfortable during their stay.

Stay was great. Condo was as described and location is amazing. Condo itself was a little dated and being so close to the water, the moisture in the air was palpable at all times. But waterfront is what we wanted and we would definitely return.

This first floor condominium with great views of the everchanging beachfront was terrific. Adjacent to the Outermost Marina in Chatham allowed for watching boats coming and going as well as playful seals in the distance. Depending on the tide you could walk right onto a long white sandy beach or you might have to wade in knee to chest deep water to access the beach that literally connects to the Chatham Light Beach. The few kids in the area loved snorkeling in the subsequent small pond at high tide. Lots of exploring and hiking available. The Condo was clean, loved that we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen, full sized appliances, large dining area and plenty of comfortable seating. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient. The kingsize bed was comfortable with good pillows. The second bedroom had two twin beds and they also seemed comfortable. The decor was cottage cute. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely return in the future. The beach access can't be beat.

The location is great, with a major exception. The pictures do not show that you are in a first floor unit with a condo above you. Based on other reviews, this was not a problem for others, but we had two kids jumping around above us all week and it was very loud (the lighting fixture above the dining room table would rattle) and not relaxing. Sarah did try reaching out to them twice, but to no avail. The location on South Beach and near downtown is great.

This was our first time on the cape, and Sarah’s condo was the perfect home base to explore all there is to do on Cape Cod. The views from the first floor end unit are amazing, and the private beach is a great place to hang out or take long walks at low tide. It’s an easy walk to lighthouse beach and only a few minutes drive to some great shops and restaurants in Chatham.

The condo was perfect - clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views on all directions and direct access to the beach.
