Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $963 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the newly renovated "My Beau Soleil" Luxury Townhome located on Cerulean Park nestled in between the WaterColor Resort Beach Club and Lakeside Pool. The townhome is only a one minute walk to the Wine Bar and Clock Tower but far enough away from the noise of 30A to spend quiet moments on the porches, including one screened, on the beautiful gardens of Cerulean Park. Sleeps 6. Flexible rentals in off-season. Beautiful new updates throughout. Walk or ride a bike to anything you need for your vacation - beach, pools, restaurants, shops, water activities, WaterColor Inn, tennis, nature trails and much, much more. The location could not be better to welcome you to all that WaterColor and 30A have to offer. Camp WaterColor triples the size of family fun with three pools including a child's pool with zero entry and a lazy river to accommodate all families and ages. Camp WaterColor features a restaurant and Cabana bar. The Beach Club has finished its expansion which also triples the current pool area and adds two new resort-style pools, one of which is adult only. The Beach Club is one of the only properties on 30A situated right on the Gulf of Mexico. There are also new indoor/outdoor dining options and chair side service. Speaking of the beach, WaterColor has one of the most beautiful expanses of beach on 30A. To the west is the unspoiled and undeveloped area of Grayton Beach State Park. To the east is the iconic town of Seaside. Just to the North of the townhouse are the lakeside pool situated on Western Lake and the frog pool. Also a few steps from the lakeside pool is the Boat House on the inland lake with paddle board and kayak rentals. The rental comes with 2 adult bikes with signed Waiver and additional bikes can be rented at the bike barn at the lakeside pool. As for the home itself, the main bedroom has a king bed with new linens. The master bath has a double sink vanity with a large shower and walk-in closet. The bedroom also includes a Smart TV. The screened in porch is off the master with a twin size daybed for relaxing naps. The guest bedroom is also an en suite with a queen bed, Smart TV and bathtub for the kiddos. The fully enclosed bunk nook (3rd sleeping space/room) in the downstairs hall houses custom twin bunk beds which will provide a private place for the kiddos. While still sleeping 6, the home will be more more conducive to families with kids as well as for a couples getaway! Please note that the upper bunk is not suited to sleep adults, and the bunknook, while enclosed, is not soundproof. With reverse living, the upstairs living room, dining and kitchen offer access to the upper level porch with relaxing views of Cerulean Park. At Christmas, you get a front row seat to view the WaterColor Christmas Tree and lights. The living room has plenty of comfy seating in front of your Smart TV with Netflix included. Free WIFI is also included throughout WaterColor and the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with a Keurig, and the home offers updated appliances, kitchen supplies and a new full sized washer/dryer - a great luxury for a condo. There is also a 1/2 bath upstairs. You will want for nothing! It is truly an amazing place. There are 2 dedicated parking spots to the rear of the unit and plenty of street side parking alongside WaterColor Boulevard and Cerulean Park. WaterColor hosts many events throughout the year: January - 30A Songwriters Festival March - Spring festivities for Spring Break Easter Sunrise Service and Egg Hunt July 4th - Bike Parade and Carnival with beach side views of fireworks from nearby Seaside Movies and Concerts in the Park through the spring and summer October - Harvest Wine Fest November - Mountainfilm Festival Thanksgiving Activities and tree lighting Old Florida Holiday Market Access to all WaterColor pools and the beach is included in your stay. Concierge service is available at an additional charge through my concierge service. WaterColor also offers a Tennis Center with tennis and pickle ball for a fee. Note: Spring Break is preferably a weekly rental (Sunday to Sunday). Priority will also be given to full weeks in the summer. I can be flexible for the remainder of the year. General policy is a 2 night minimum. Thank you for understanding the rental policy. If you have any specific questions about dates, please send an inquiry first. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Cleaning fee of $265 is due at final payment. There is no separate management fee for your stay as I manage the property. I try to be understanding of families' needs for their vacation. Only those fees associated with using VRBO are additional.

Lisa's property in Watercolor is the best property we have stayed at in 14 years of coming to the Seaside area. We have stayed at the Watercolor Inn and many homes across the area. Lisa has gone through extra care to ensure her home feels comfortable, artistic, and beautiful. There are Schumacher pillows adorning the extra bedroom, Laura Park pillows from Luminary in Rosemary Beach on the master bed and so many pieces of beautiful original artwork that adorn every nook of this gorgeous home. The wallpaper in the bunk area will capture your child's heart and make them feel as special as you do staying here. The upstairs porch has a beautiful seashell collection you can see she has been collecting for a long time. This is like staying at your favorite aunt's home with the money that has the good sheets and chocolate from Neiman's. I highly recommend her home to any family. My children said it was their favorite place we've stayed too and pleasing a 15 and 18 year old is no easy task these days. The location was incredible. We took photos in the Rosemary Cerulean park for my daughters Senior year and also loved being able to walk to Seaside for coffee or breakfast. 15 out of 10 stars!

We had a wonderful stay in this darling condo in Watercolor. It felt very spacious for our family of 4 and was well stocked. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with no problems and it had everything we needed. I brought throw blankets since usually places we rent don't have them but this place did and that was really nice! The decor is lovely and the place is was very well kept. We'd stay here again for sure!

Our family had a great beach vacation! We all agreed that it was our best! Perfect location! It was just a couple of minutes from the Beach Club and our favorite restaurant Fish Out Of Water. Excellent property! Amazing home feeling townhouse very close to the beach and restaurants. Publix nearby and the owner has provided everything everything to cook in a fully equipped kitchen. We spent most of our week on the beach( only 5 minute walk from the property) We enjoyed tie table for meals,playing cards & games with the family.

We had the best time ever! This property is stunning. The decor and amenities are perfection. The location is outstanding, close to shops, and just steps to watercolour beach club. Lisa, the owner could not have been more thoughtful with tips for restaurants, she had arranged beach club bracelets for us, bikes, a welcome gift and was super quick to respond. She even texted us to let us know we could gain early access if we were waiting to check-in, how sweet is that?! We will be back and obviously by my review, highly recommend!

The house was immaculate and perfectly located- you could easily walk or bike to the beach/beach club pools or the boathouse/lakehouse pool. Everything was clean with beautiful coastal decor. Lisa was SO responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back!

The property was well appointed and stocked with basics in the kitchen and baths. Owner/host was a delight to communicate with beforehand and at checkin. The property is in the ideal location of watercolor...easy walk to beach club and loved the bikes to get to camp watercolor. It was so nice to have beach equipment available to use instead of packing it or renting it.

The location was great and the host was fantastic! You could hear the water fountains in Cerulean Park from the porch, which was very relaxing. The townhome is steps from the Water Color resort pool, private beach access and the boat house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain.

You cannot find a better location in Watercolor. The green space in front of it is beautiful and the five minute walk to the resort pool and beach made this trip truly remarkable. We loved the towel service Watercolor offered. The house had all that we needed (including beach toys!) and Lisa the host is excellent at communication. We didn’t need to call her for anything but I felt confident that if I did, she’d respond and help!

We just got back from a wonderful stay in Watercolor! This house was perfect for our family. We traveled with grandparents and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 5) and the rooms/bunk beds worked perfectly. We enjoyed having all the space and amenities provided were fabulous. The location could not be more perfect as it was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach club/pool/beach.
