A fully equipped tiled kitchen, open living/dining with a large screen TV. You will feel like you are in the midst of excitement and the sights and sounds of the beach community of Seaside. The 2 BR. apartment has a queen bed in the master with a private bath, and two twin beds with their private bath. A sofa sleeper allows you to sleep two more. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a LARGE screen TV in the living area.we did upgade the bathrooms Restaurants(Bud and Alley) and Modica Market are 4minutes walking distance. Pool pass is $42 a day excluding any rate you pay. Pool pass has to get as checking in till checking out Parking pass is $20 during the stay Any missing wristband we charge $50 BICYCLE RENTALS: There are bike rentals within walking distance. The property is located right off the main circle at Seaside so very convenient. Large covered porch on two sides of apartment. The decor feels like cast-off furniture and there are some deferred maintenance issues but AC, fridge and coffee maker all work fine. There is no guest information for the unit so need to inquire about parking, wristbands and Wi-Fi. Property manager is very responsive to questions

We found ourselves able to have a quick 3 day, 4 night trip to Seaside. Amore was perfect. Just the right amount of space for me, my wife, teenage daughter, and 2 dogs. The location could not be better. As others have said, there are times when there is some noise from deliveries at Great Southern, but it really was not bad at all. Sitting on the balcony people watching was fun when we were not at the beach. Thank you, Ozy!

Although there’s a lot of hustle and bustle with a restaurant across the street, you can’t beat the location to shopping, food, trucks, and beach access. Kitchen is well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the Panini maker & coffee station. The owner had good communication with us and was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

The property is very conveniently located to the heart of Seaside. The parking space provided was very helpful, as was the washer and dryer. The property needs some attention inside and on the patio. The one point that we would like to highlight is the checkout time of 9:30am. There is no give on this checkout time, so prior to renting, make sure this will not affect your plans for your last day in Seaside.

Perfect spot for 2 adults and 2 teens. Ozy was very helpful. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Great location and no need to drive anywhere after arrival. As other people have commented, it’s a little noisy in early am but I would stay again. Thank you Ozy!

You really could not ask for better proximity to all the things to do in seaside. We had a great stay overall and no major complaints as the property was as described. A couple of things for future bookers to be aware of that are just informational.
- This is not negative on the owner or the property, but we paid the $40 per day for access to the pool and the gym which was maybe 3 blocks away (opposite direction from the beach). We did not really use the pool and gym. The gym was pretty nice. The adult pool and kids pool were pretty much empty. They were small and just ok. But you are really paying for the beach location and if I were to do it again, I would have probably passed on the pool option. (just a review that the pools were just ok).
- The condition of the property was completely fine. We knew that it was not going to be a newly renovated condo with all the bells and whistles. I think someone described it in another review as European and I would agree. Everything worked but if you are particularly needy, this might not be the place for you. Some of the furniture was worn (one of the patio couches in particular), light bulbs didn't match in bathroom, and a few unimportant items were broken (towel holders etc). You pick this place because of the location. It was completely as described so I had no problem with this. Just setting expectations if someone is usually staying at a ritz type property.
- I would encourage the owner to pay for some professional photos to be taken of the units so that people would have a better idea before they come, but it was completely fine with me.
- The area is actually quite loud because you are in the middle of the main area of town, but I will say that the windows and doors must be excellent because inside the unit you do not hear much at all from he outside.
- While sitting on the patio, just we aware that there will likely be a bunch of teenagers acting like teenagers because this unit is extremely close to the ice cream shop.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our stay was during Labor Day weekend, which is not as crowded as during the summer. This was our first time staying in town, which was so convenient! The condo is right behind Great Southern Cafe. Beach access was convenient, but we could not bring our own chairs/umbrellas for the kids to sit with the the rentals. There is a condo above us and we could hear all the kids ruckus from above….it is in town so you can hear people talking if they are walking out and about late at night. They do clean/sanitize the tables early in the morning as well (aka the pressure wash is loud). But overall we had a pleasant stay.

This condo is perfect in every way….location was amazing perched above the downtown Seaside square! Inside it was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and 2 perfect bathrooms. We will definitely come again and are so grateful the owner is willing to share this gem of a rental in downtown Seaside.

Amore by the Sea wad a great place to stay for our family of 3. Its located in the middle of everything and very close to the beach. The balcony was a huge accommodation. Ozy is a wonderful host and delightful to work with...had an answer for all our questions. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great location! If you want to be in the central square this is for you. The condo is exactly as described, - it’s clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Large balcony was awesome! All appliances worked, fresh and clean towels provided, beach passes were requested and provided. The host is very easy to work worth, and is gracious and accommodating. I would recommend!

My family had the pleasure of meeting Ozy and staying at his nice Amore property from June 25 to June 29. We parked the car and never moved it because of Amore's convenient location. The weather was extremely hot, but the balcony had a nice breeze no matter the time of day. Ozy is an exceptional host!! We had a great time!

Amore by the Sea is a great place to stay! In the middle of everything in Seaside. Very close to the beach. It was nice for a family with older kids because the kids had their side and mom and dad had their side, making it easy for us to spread out and rest when we came back for downtime. Ozy is a wonderful host, very accommodating.

Everything was fine. Ozy was easy to reach. We didn’t have wifi which was unfortunate but not the fault of the owner. We were unable to use the pool which was a disappointment.

The unit was clean and well-stocked, and the owner was very accommodating. The deck was awesome and the gas grill was a plus. Location was great. It should have been made clear that this was an apartment styled condo with a unit above the rental. There was an annoying amount of noise from the unit above which detracted from relaxation and enjoyment. I have stayed in many units in Seaside but this was the first where there was a unit above.

VRBO pictures do not do this property justice. Apartment is clean, beds are comfortable with crisp white sheets, a large flat screen TV in the open living area, also has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, and each of the two tiled bathrooms are clean. Comfortable chairs on the balcony with a nice view. Perfect location with designated parking, never having to move your car as you are in walking distance of the many restaurants and shops in Seaside. Property owner "Ozy" is close by to help if you have any questions. Enjoyed!!

Family of five enjoyed the location, cleanliness and availability of close restaurants and shops nearby. Beach access was very convenient and stayed from morning until late afternoon. Sitting on patio at night was soothing with nice breeze from the sea.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The owner made the property available to us earlier than expected and was always around to help us any time we had any questions or concerns. The location can’t be beat! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back. We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured. It has a balcony that is perfect for relaxing and people watching. The only drawback to the balcony is you do sit right behind the Great American Cafe so you see the back of the building but you do smell yummy smells. The balcony is long enough that you can sit farther down to see the town. It was our favorite place every evening to relax. Ozy was very sweet and is literally right downstairs if you need him. His shop is full of cute things…I bought my beach hat there! We will definitely come again!

Great location in the center of Seaside. Most comfortable bed and couches I’ve ever been on. It rained a lot during our trip, but we had a great time hanging out on the huge balcony overlooking the town center. I’d like to keep this place a secret so I don’t have to battle others to rent it, but that just wouldn’t be fair to Ozy. I’ll be back for sure!

This property is just as described in the listing. The location is ideal. Once you arrive, everything in Seaside is within a few minutes walking distance. It was also really nice having a washer and dryer and full-size kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean upon arrival. The owner, Ozy, was extremely helpful. He owns the shop downstairs, which is also a great shop, with really fun merchandise. You should definitely stop by there during your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amore, it was clean and comfortable. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and took seconds to get to the town square to shop and grab a bite to eat. Ozy, home owner, is kind, very helpful, and very responsive. We have young teenagers and we felt very comfortable letting them walk to grab food or shop by themselves as you could see most of the town square from the balcony! We loved it and would definitely stay again. Just FYI; make sure you pack beach towels. I assumed it would have beach towels so I didn't pack any. I bought some reasonably priced towels from Publix and a few Turkish towels from the shop below the apartment (shop owner is the same as the home owner).
