This stunning four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is located just three blocks from the premier, residential Croatan Beach. The neighborhood sits elegantly amidst palm trees with Virginia Beach’s finest restaurants within a five-minute drive! Not only is Sea La Vie a vacationer's dream, it is also a cook's paradise. Equipped with a Thermador oven, stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, and custom cabinets, the kitchen is sure to be a place for gathering and making memories with your family! Your group can spread out and enjoy one of the three decks attached to the house. Eat al fresco on the top deck, which features a large Kingsley-Bate teak wood dining set, the finest handcrafted outdoor teak wood furniture in the world. Take in the fresh sea air, or spend time together in the expansive living area. Outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand opens into a lovely garden. All guests are welcome to enjoy fresh figs from the fig trees in the back yard. You'll have all you need for the perfect beach vacation. City health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy Linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired. EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service! Parking: up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway. Sorry, no pets. Elevator not for guest use. Please contact us for more information! Non-smoking. No Pets Allowed. Wash all dishes and return them to their original location. Return all furniture back to its original position. Turn lights and small appliances off. Lock all doors and windows and Take out all trash from the unit. Complete any excessive cleaning needs. No dogs, cats, or other animals shall be kept in or about the Premises by Tenant or Tenant’s guests without the written permission of the Landlord and a one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) non refundable pet fee being paid per pet. In the event that the Tenant has more pets than permitted or fails to obtain written permission of the Landlord or pay the non refundable pet fee, Tenant hereby agrees to pay Landlord liquidated damages of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) per pet. Tenant will surrender all keys and access to the Premises on the date Tenant vacates the premises; failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00 USD) charge to cover costs of changing locks. If your keys are left in the property and you require Anchor Realty Group to come and unlock the property, a Fifty Dollar ($50 USD) lock out fee will be charged to cover the cost of this service. All parking passes must be returned to the Anchor Realty Group Office on the date and time the lease expires; failure to return each parking pass will result in a seventy-five ($75.00 USD) charge per pass to cover costs of a new pass.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location that is walking distance to the beach. Open floor plan on the third floor. Great sleeping rooms and master bedroom with on-suite was just perfect. Will stay here in the future!

Kitchen is my favorite part. Equipped w/any and everything you would need. Easy beach access and close to boardwalk and food...especially an array of different kinds of ice cream! House was comfy for 3 families with 3 young children 7-9. Would like tv's in all bedrooms though! Overall, great comfy stay.

Wonderful
We had a great time at this property. It was in the perfect location for a short couple block walk to the beach. The kitchen was very nice as well and the property management company was very responsive whenever we needed something. There is also an elevator which was handy when trying to get all of our groceries to the 3rd floor where the kitchen was.

My husband fixed the racks then there was no problem. All other appliances were in fine working condition. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beach itself was enjoyable. Stay away from this home
The air conditioning on the first and second floor (where bedrooms are) was not working when we checked in and wasn’t fixed until the evening of the second day of our stay. It was 100 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside the house. The house was inhabitable without a working AC. We had a terrible experience dealing with the property manager. We felt like we were being cheated. The property manager and the owner knew about the AC issue but didn’t fix it and rented the property. What’s worse....when we called the property manager, they were making excuses that they are trying to contact the owner about the issue (for the whole day) and haven’t been able to contact the owner. We were basically stranded and had to sleep the first night on the floor on the third floor (living room and kitchen) where the AC was working. The owner and property manager didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience that was caused to us. I highly recommend to stay away from this property.

Visited the property with a group of girlfriends for a beach weekend.
When we arrived at the property on Thursday, the trash outside the house was overflowing significantly into the yard. The dishes in the kitchen were very grimy and had to be re-washed before we could use them for our meal. One toilet was clogged and need to be plunged, and one shower drained VERY slowly for the duration of our stay, making it pretty messy to use.
I understand that these issues may have been resolved had we called the emergency line on our first night. However given the very short nature of our three night stay, we did not want to sit and wait for someone to come clean the dishes or plunge a toilet before we used these amenities, so we resolved the problems ourselves.
Upon check out, we were expected to sweep and vacuum the floors, but the vacuum provided was basically a standing dust buster. We left all of the dishes much cleaner than we found them and did our best to get the floors clean, but it was pretty impossible with a battery-operated vacuum and a three story property (that has an elevator that is locked off to renters).
Given all of these challenges, we were pretty unhappy about having paid a $150 cleaning fee, which we requested to be returned but were denied.
The property is in a great location on a quiet beach, but the grimy house was not worth it. We also had a major ant issue in the kitchen, despite our efforts to keep everything very clean and all food sealed properly through the weekend.

My friends and I were looking for a relaxing beach getaway and were lucky enough to stay at Sea La Vie for a long weekend! There were enough bedrooms so that all nine of us slept comfortably without stepping over each other. The large kitchen is also fabulous if you want to stay in and cook. And, the upstairs porch allows for a relaxing place to dine outside. Lastly, the location could not be better -- just a short walk to the beach!

We absolutely loved the house. Well stocked, well furnished, clean, kitchen has awesome appliances and it's an easy walk to the beach. Would be giving it 5 stars if not for the alarm system.
It is on a BIG BEEP setting every time ANY door opens to the outside, so if you have a large family with 3 different wake up/nap/evening walk schedules and then a dog you better be liking the BIG LOUD BEEP. Grandparents awake at 6am. BEEP. Dog walk 6:30am. BEEP.Kids wake up 7am. BEEP. Dog returns from walk. BEEP. NON STOP. Owner has been informed, yet politely declined to work with ADT to resolve. Too sad. Due to BEEP being located in the master bedroom and in the main hallway echoing all over the house most of us felt quite underslept by the end of the week.
Sadly will not return unless can get a confirmation in writing that this has been resolved. Owner really needs to realize this is a significant issue.

This home was great for our family. The kitchen was a dream to work in. We were very thankful that there was a gate at the top of the stairs to keep our 1 1/2 year old grand daughter from falling. The outside furniture was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed just lounging on the top floor in the evenings-watching movies. We have booked renting this property for 2017.

Overall just outstanding. I live just outside Philadelphia, and I try to get my family down to VA Beach about every summer or so. The home is beautiful and roomy, and the location is just blocks away from the private residential beach.
If you've never been to Croatan Beach, can't beat it.. The beach is clean, spacious and perfectly removed -- though not too far away -- from the more congested touristy boardwalk.
Would highly recommend this. I've rented all around the area and can honestly say I've never felt so comfortably at home, while doing the family beach vacation. The home has everything you need - balcony for grilling, perfect kitchen set up, comfy beds, well-lit open living areas.. Great experience!

I was looking for a quiet rental that was just a short walk to the water and where I could listen to the ocean waves crashing from the deck. This place has it and more! A 2 minute walk to the ocean where the sand was clean and the crowds small. It's what you hope for when visiting the beach. The rental's three stories are extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. You can easily fit a large family. Every room has what you need. The house was also VERY clean, which I really appreciate. I felt every detail was taken care of. The house has a warm feeling to it. My family and I felt very much at home here. I will definitely check this place for availability next time we head to VA Beach.
