Outstanding property! Roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, great location. Very clean. Lots of great extras including beach chairs, carts and boogie boards. Beach was wonderful; easy 2 block walk, sand bottom as far out as we could stand, not at all crowded. Nice, usable back yard and deck. Extremely easy working with home owner.

Lots of Room for all of us
The property was in great shape and provided lots of room for all of us. The beds and bedrooms were huge and luxurious. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs, boogey boards and beach buggies were greatly appreciated!

Great, as always!
This is our 4th or 5th time at this house. We love it. Close to a nice secluded beach, clean, everything is provided. When kids were small, the owner installed staircase gates for us. That was great. And he responds to texts in under a minute. Thank you! And see you next year :)

The house was as described, spacious, clean and well appointed. It's an easy short walk to the uncrowded Croatan beach, especially with the big wheel beach carts provided by the Host. We would definitively rent again.

Location and privacy
Beach is only 100+ yards up the street with easy beach access. Because this is in a residential area, the beach was not crowded at all! It's only a few min drive to the boardwalk. House was awesome! Host provided beach towels, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and has 2 carts with huge wheels. Rooms are nice and loved having 2 master suites. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation House!
This is a beautiful home located just two short blocks from the beach. It was perfect for our extended family of 8. The house was very clean when we arrived. We really appreciated the already made beds and lots of towels! We cooked at home most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed plus a great pantry. Robb was a wonderful host who communicated all the info we needed and was readily avavailable to answer questions.

Family Beach Vacation
The house was amazing, super clean and well equipped. Our families of 3 generations had a great time. I had my beach walk with my parents (75 + years old) everyday early at dawn - we enjoyed the view and the fresh air. As the cook for the family, I personally loved your kitchen. I felt like my own kitchen. And Robb was truly the best host everyone could dream of. Very responsive!

Fantastic stay (again)!
We have stayed at this house several times now. It is a bit expensive compared to others, but it is worth it for us.
It is in a great neghbourhood/close to a great beach. The layout with 2 masters fits our 3-generation family great. It is the only rental house so far where I dont have to give my son daily anti-allergy meds which we always had to do on vacation. It is the cleanest house I have ever rented (I do travel a lot). It is really that clean: this year in the abundance of caution I disinfected everything on arrival as we have high COVID-risk members in the family; I started with a white cloth and finished with a white cloth; honestly, I couldnt believe it! Also this year, everything was updated/renovated and new, including pillows and matress covers, as well as linens (at least it felt that way). The house has everything provided so I dont have to worry I will forget or need to run to the store to get toilet paper, shampoo, washing liquids, or else (even masks and disinfecting wipes were provided this year and came in very handy). This helps a great deal to relax while on vacation. Robb the owner is super responsive and takes great care of the house and of the guests.
These are all the reason we keep coming back. Thank you, Robb!

Couple of small issues - ants in the kitchen were a nuisance and paper goods [kitchen towel, toilet tissue] and dishwasher detergent were sparse for a family of eight. We also couldn't find the kettle. However, the house itself, the neighbourhood and the location were terrific! Loved it.

We really enjoyed all of the bedrooms and bathrooms so we could spread out as a family. Also loved the private beach. Short drive to the boardwalk when we wanted the nightlife. Great experience. Robb is awesome!!

Dream family vacay!
We LOVED the house! All the comforts of home, only in a dream location. We had so many choices of nice things to use at the beach!
Robb was very attentive to details, before, during, and after our stay.
Getting 6 people out the door at once was chaotic, at best, so no one was surprised that we forgot something. Robb already had found it before I called, and was super helpful in getting it back to us.
Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Convenient location
The property was in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach & all the fun activities in Virginia Beach! The use of all beach chairs, umbrellas & boogey boards were loved by all. It was disappointing that there is no large outdoor space off of the second floor living room and kitchen. Only access to a picnic table through a master bedroom on first floor, so you either have to be at beach or confined inside. Layout of three floors not ideal with all the stairs.
