Perched right at the end of the Rudee Inlet Bridge and just across from Croatan Beach, you'll be a matter of minutes from the boardwalk, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom beach home has a bright, open floor plan with cable service and free WiFi provided throughout. The full kitchen offers granite countertops and a large island/bar that make for fun family meals and great entertaining. After dinner each evening, you'll find TVs in the family room and the three main bedrooms. Grill outside on the deck in the fully fenced backyard, where you'll also find a large shed to store your beach gear. Two adult bikes and one kids' bike are provided as well, so you can ride to the beach and tour the whole area nearby. Love to fish? Want to charter a boat for some deep-sea fishing or a romantic evening cruise? Cross the bridge and head left to Rudee Inlet. Ready to soak up some sun on Croatan Beach? Just make a right out of the driveway and a quick left at Croatan Road. There's a public parking lot at 920 Vanderbilt Avenue and street parking as well. Or, cruise the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and hit the beach within a few minutes' drive north. Things to Know Full kitchen A maximum of two adult, house-trained dogs are welcome for a nightly fee You may not exceed the maximum occupancy inside or outside at anytime during your stay Saturday-to-Saturday, seven-night stays only from Memorial Day through Labor Day; three-night minimum stays are available in the off-season (except for holidays) No smoking, no events, and no parties This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was very comfortable. Clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the TV but it was taken care of so we could watch our beloved Buffalo Bills game. The location was great. We'll be back! Very, very happy with this rental.

Property is very nice inside. Everyone was comfortable. traffic noise was a little loud due to being on the main road but location was wonderfully close to town and beaches. Overall very happy with our stay.

It was great for my big family. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Really enjoyed how close to the beach we were and close to other places such as the aquarium, ocean breeze water park, and so on.

Great house ! Walked to the beach which was awesome. No paying for parking and driving to find a spot! Kitchen well equipped! Would definitely book again!

A cute house with a nice kitchen and comfy giant couch. It’s very close to the beach and on the quieter side of Virginia Beach so getting around isn’t is as stressful. Very easy to keep the kids happy.

Roomy and comfortable home. Modern set up, great family gathering. Living room furniture (sofas) were very worn. Check/in/Check-out process difficult as key pick up/drop off was several miles away.

My daughter that lives in Virginia Beach was getting married so we had several family members who needed a place to stay. I rented C LA vie.My daughter that lives in Virginia Beach was getting married so we had several family members who needed a place to stay. I rented Sea La Vie. Our accommodations were great. Much larger than we anticipated. Our only concern was that the water heater was leaking when we got there. We reported it and also also got a message from someone for more information. I even sent pictures. We stayed 4 nights and nothing was ever done. If I were staying in Virginia Beach again I would probably rent this site.

i like how convenient it was walking and biking to the beach,minute away from restaurants, souvenirs shop,and right across the bridge,enjoy parasailing,jetski,dolphin watch and power jet boat ride.

Before departing for our trip to Virginia Beach we called to double check if we needed to drive to pick up keys or if house had keyless entry. We were told that house had keyless entry and just go straight to the house after 4pm on check in day. We arrived around 4:20 pm and cleaning team was still cleaning and they told us that we needed to pick up keys at office. Around 5:15 pm finally got into the house. While 95% of the house was cleaned we noticed dog hair around the living room area. We also noticed that front door did not close unless you use the deadbolt. Other items that needed some attention were also reported. We were unable to use the bicycles as all of them had flat tires and no air pump. Overall it was good as we were meeting as a family for the first time since COVID.
