Nestled in Dam Neck, this attractive condo for $370 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT FOR DATES LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE is 30% and 16 to 30 days in advance DISCOUNT IS 20%. Please note there will be some construction improvements for the next two months Aug and Sept. 23. Hopefully, this will not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the condo and the beach. COVID19 PRECAUTIONS AND CLEANING: For safety of guests, all bed linens have been replaced with light weight hotel type and every piece of bed linen is washed between guests. Heavy comforters, decorative pillows (both in bedrooms and Living room) and knick knacks, etc. have been removed to assist in cleaning. All surfaces are sanitized between guests with CDC approved cleaners and procedures. The living room sofa and fabric covered chairs are sprayed to disinfect surfaces. This procedure will continue until no longer deemed necessary. The property is known as Dolphin Run Condos. My unit was recently upgraded with new stainless steel ceramic top stove, granite top counters, a new king bed in the master bedroom and fresh painting with cheery ocean colors. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves and the boats going out and returning from the marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. At times you may see the dolphins running! For those who like fishing, you can fish right off the pier in Rudee's Inlet or go across the street and arrange a deep sea fishing expedition. While most will want to enjoy the beach, the property has an indoor pool that is kept at 84 degs. year round. The lobby is large and with an expansive view of the beach. Please view all the pictures. See #'s 35 and 36 of the Kiddie Park out front on the beach.

Excellent location and property for my parents and I to enjoy a few days at the beach. Spacious condo very clean, fantastic oceanfront views/balcony, on-site parking, convenient to restaurants/shops. Will definitely stay again!

Howard and check in assistant Diana were very nice and helpful. Nice property with beautiful and peaceful oceanfront view. We also always had a friendly face greeting us in the lobby. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location to watch the surfers, construction was going on the building which I feel should have been more transparent. Also the pool was a bit dated and was not open as shown in pictures. The owner of the property was great and super helpful

I've never stayed at the south end of the beach. It's so much quieter than the middle to upper area of the beach while still allowing for great walkability. The direct beach access is great.

Immaculate condo within walking distance to great restaurants. Check in was super easy and communication with owner and property manager was great. Bonus - had front row seats on balcony to country music festival! Would definitely stay again!

This was on the quiet side of the beach with great views, clean and comfortable condo, and an easy check in and out process. The only negative thing I can say is no fault of all with the owner but with the building. The building has a indoor pool but it is very run down with an extremely unfortunate dirty glass ceiling and there is no outside pool. This was no problem for us because we played on the beach an had nice weather but if we couldn’t be outside for some reason I would be upset.

This property was really comfortable and very spacious for my family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom was really big with its own bathroom. The view from the balcony of the ocean was breathtaking, even though the weather was bad that weekend but we still made it our best. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the beach with a beautiful view and a great location. We were right at the end of the boardwalk so that's a great way to get a full walk in along the beach.

This is my second time staying at this unit. It is directly oceanfront with a view of the boat traffic through the inlet. The condo is well-supplied with everything you might need. I also like that the building has 2 elevators.

We recently stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. It suited all of our needs as a family of four (2 adults and two young children). The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We went out for all of our meals so didn't use the kitchen. Great views of the beach from all rooms.

Located at the inlet at the end of the Pier this place is in a great location for families. Rather you want to hang in the apartment and just enjoy the sights and sounds from the balcony (watch the jets and helicopters from the near buy naval station or local surf competition) or head out to tons of restaurants in walking distance, it's all here!

Beautiful condo. View was fabulous. Check in was smooth. Perfect location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed riding our bikes on the bike path. No need for a car once you arrive, you can walk everywhere on the vast boardwalk. We loved seeing the dolphins jumping in the ocean right from our deck. Owner of condo and building manager very kind. Some issues with cleanliness but it was addressed with owner.

This condo is waterfront with comfortable furnishings and all the extras to make your stay special. The owner and housekeeper were wonderful to work with and they went out of their way to be helpful. The indoor pool was a huge plus for a cool and breezy day. Love this area of Va Beach! So many fun activities and delicious restaurants near by.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location right on the beach. Easy walking distance to several good restaurants including Chix on the Beach and Rockafeller's. The kitchen is updated and very nice. Other parts are a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. Laundry is down the hall but really didn't inconvenienc us. Comfortably furnished with plenty of extra blankets. Perfect location on the boardwalk with great ocean views!

It was a nice property, I just wish I knew that they were having all the surfing stuff going on and the nightly music. Alittle to busy in that area for us. But the condo was very nice. And I wish they would of accommodated us better for the check in. Are flight came in early and I tried to get in at 3pm a hour before but they couldn’t. We got the keys exactly the 4pm check in.

The place was nice and in a great location. The only thing I would do a little better on is having enough towels in the room ahead of time for the number of guests. Also, the beach stuff that is provided could be updated. All in all I would recommend this place to stay!!

To say that this property was the perfect one for our stay would be an understatement. This was an amazing experience for my family. Little back story: my daughter was in town with her dance team for her first nationals dance competition and my wife is currently battling breast cancer. We arrived and our point of contact Jessica had already gotten the keys and parking pass ready for us. We were able to come right in and since my wife had just had chemotherapy treatment she was able to just immediately rest because the apartment was so clean and ready. Such a quiet and comfortable apartment. Great views of the beach. I recommend this apartment for anyone staying in the area. Howard is a class act. If you are ever in the area and need a cost efficient apartment please rent this one, you won't regret it.
