The space Open all year! Great Aurora Viewing!! Our 900sq ft luxurious upstairs studio suite is perfect couples (or couple with a child) who love their privacy and freedom on their Alaskan Adventure. This modern suite has lots of windows with amazing views, a King Bed, a twin day bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, sofa and the best private deck in the area. This upstairs suite checks all the boxes; Modern living on the National Park Boundary, Washer/Dryer, well stocked kitchen, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, Strong 4G Cell Service, Propane BBQ and Patio Furniture. This King Suite is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. You will find the open floor plan extremely spacious and comfortable. Our home is conveniently located 1/4 mile off The Parks Hwy and is a short 11-minute Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. You will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home. We regularly spot wildlife in our front and back yards. Our home is located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch). Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar. Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more. For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers. My family and I are world travelers and always stay in an AirBnB. We understand you have high expectations for your Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works. We have lived in Denali for over 25 years and love the area. We want our home to be an important part of your Denali experience and we are always close by to answer any questions, make suggestions or to solve any issues. Please feel free to contact us for advice, we have lots of area knowledge. We always respect our guests privacy. 30 days prior to your arrival we will email you detailed directions and key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the bulletin board near the front door. Also on the bulletin board in the home we provide a list and brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area. We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do. Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding. We strive to be the best vacation rental operators in the area and if you stay with us you will appreciate our attention to detail. This apartment was gorgeous. The views were impeccable. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches throughout the place made it feel very welcoming. Even though there are other units in the building, there is more than enough privacy. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved this property with a well equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable living room, and very comfortable bed. Every spot had gorgeous Mountain View’s. The deck and grill were an added bonus. This is a great jumping off point for all your Denali adventures!

We stayed here for 4 nights at end of August. Unit has everything you need. It is about 10-15 minutes from park visitor center and very peaceful. Grocery store maybe 1/2 mile away. Laundry availability was a bonus!! Dave is extremely easy to communicate with. Would stay here again without a second thought!

First morning there we watched a moose calf with her mom playing in the clearing just outside the doorđź‘Ť
Loft was well stocked, and the bed was comfy.

The place was open and airy. It was calm and beautiful, and the grill on the patio with gorgeous views of the mountains were just what we needed. Washer and dryer accessible from 4-9 and raspberries growing in the backyard. It was quiet and lovely and only a short drive to Denali National Park. There’s a great coffee shop up the road next to the gas station. Property owner/manager is very responsive too.

I stayed here while on a hiking trip with my teen son. We absolutely loved this place! It was very quiet and private. We could stand on the private deck and just adore the view and listen to the many songbirds in the area. I was very pleased to have easy access to washers and dryers as this was just part of a 2 week stay in Alaska so we needed to wash clothes. Lots of big windows to enjoy the view and excellent blinds for sleeping and privacy. We could also open the windows and enjoy the cool breeze. This particular room was a little bit more of a walk from the parking and took some carrying of our luggage as there are stairs and gravel. We managed but this might be an issue if you’re impaired. Well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed being able to watch TV while relaxing in the evenings. Everything worked smoothly and directions were very clear. We could not ask for a better experience! I didn’t want to leave.

I’m so happy we stayed here. Easy drive to the park and far more quiet and peaceful than the Denali accommodations right off the highway. Easy access and parking. The mountain views were simply incredible. Dinner and beers at 49th State Brewing were so good. The community laundry facilities were available 4pm-9pm so the timing didn’t work out for us. We’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The views are even better than the pictures. The room was very clean and comfortable. You could easily stay here for a week or longer. Washer and dryer were a really nice touch. Healy is a very small town, so there’s a small handful of restaurants and coffee shops within about 5m. About 10-15m drive to national park entrance and more restaurants and gift shops. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful place, 10 miles from the park, with a nice deck and an awesome view of the mountains. At first, we were a little unsure about the “studio apartment” layout but it is a large, bright, airy space and quite comfortable. They provide nice amenities such as coffee , kitchen staples and a good sized washer and dryer. We even baked our own bread!
In all, a great place for a couple or small family; we enjoyed our stay immensely and would book again without reservation.

This place was everything I wanted. The view was gorgeous. It was near Denali NP which was what we wanted. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen had the essentials for us to make cook our own meals. There were multiple washing machines/ dryers that were available for us to use. If I were to return to the area, I would absolutely want to stay here again. All of the places I stayed at in Alaska, this was by far my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Wow! We thought this home sounded nice in the listing but we were blown away! By the home, by the views, everything!
The house was very easy to find (thanks for the detailed directions!) and a short skip away from both the park and amenities. But you would never know it because once you step inside it’s like you have a whole wilderness to yourself.
Everything was very comfortable-a great place to relax! I could have sat staring at the windows at the views forever. Everything we needed was in the house too and then some. The kitchen was particularly well stocked which we appreciated. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
We very much disliked one thing about our stay and that was only staying for one night! Hopefully we can be back for longer one day.

It's rare that as advertised can't capture what a great place this was. So quiet, loved all the windows and the view. Didn't even know neighbors were there. Good food nearby, close to Denali NP without being in the midst of tour busses. Can't wait to go back.

If you don’t mind stairs, this was wonderful stay while visiting Denali. Short drive (you will need car to stay here) to park, it away from all busy areas, this studio was very specious and excellent window views. Specifically now when aspens are golden. Nice deck with grill we were able to use it once without rain. We had a little learning process for heaters but good communication with host and we got it. Healy’s grocery store is very well stocked (like a miniature Costco) so easy to pick up your food or go visit 49thBrewing comp just down the road. Comfortable king size bed, good light blocking blinds. Drive to Denali is gorgeous too through Nenana River canyon, about 15min to park.

The view from the deck was spectacular. Clean and mechanically sound with the exception of the windows which need to be handled gently and could afford some TLC. Highly recommend.

This was such a great place to explore Denali from! Close enough to get there easily but a nice quiet spot to come back to! The apartment was super clean, comfortable and well thought out.
