This 2 bed /2 bath apt is located just one block from private beach you will receive key for the gate to your private beach location of the property couldn't be better just short 10 min drive to Mizner Park or same 10 min drive to Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach This is one story building with 3 apt you will have your private porch to enjoy and the pool area with lounge chairs and Tiki Hut Ft Lauderdale Airport and Palm Beach airports are about the some distance from the hose 30min drive Miami is about 1hr drive The apt has 2 bikes and 2 kayaks for you to use right outside the apt you will find bike road witch goes thru all Palm beach county I f you like to fish there are two fishing pols you can fish from the dock in front of your apt or drive 10 min to fishing pier in Deerfield Beach Inside the apt you will find everything you need there is master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and bathroom guest bedroom has three twin beds and flat screen TV there is full bath in hallway with bath tub and shower. The Kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain guests there is laundry room with washer and dryer Living room has 50 inch flat screen TV There is dining area with table for six people Screen porch has table with 4 chairs Outside pool is heated and has Jacuzzi This is the best place to relax and still be so close to entertainment restaurants and shops

We spent a week at Gino’s place. It was fantastic. The backyard is so nice. There’s the hot tub , swimming pool, tiki hut, outdoor tables and chairs and all right on the canal. I caught many fish right from the dock which runs along the whole back yard. The kayaks and paddle board were fun. And we also enjoyed a pleasant bike ride. The private beach was a close walk and never busy. The place is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

The property was clean and well stocked, and it was really nice to have beach chairs & umbrella, kayaks and fishing pole available to use. It’s in a nice quiet area but still close enough to Delray Beach. It was nice having the private beach pretty much to ourselves, but we didn’t stay there long due to the excessive seaweed, so we were thankful to have the waterway and pool available at the house. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the tiki hut, bikes and kayaks are apparently shared with another unit. Thankfully our neighbors didn’t use them much, but it might be disappointing if you expected to use them and they were already taken. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are thankful that we found such a great property for our family vacation!

Great location, very nice apartment for a small family. You share the deck and pool area with the other places. Probably best renting together with people you know. It’s a little awkward swimming with other family since it’s more like a house and not a hotel setting. I still loved it, especially sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee. They have beach gear to use and bikes which is a nice plus.

My parents own a spectacular home in Highland Beach, and we figured the cottage would just be used for sleeping. Well, the lovely backyard on the canal was so nice, my family members were jealous of us!
The place is clean and well maintained. If I owned it and was living there, I'd definitely want to update it a bit, but for a rental, it was fantastic, and I have high standards.
We will DEFINITELY be renting it again if we need to. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and I can't recommend it enough.

Our family of 4 booked this place for 4 days. It was in a quiet neighborhood on the intercostal. The pool and hot tub were amazing once we found the controls and realized it took about an hour to heat up. There were issues of maintenance that we will share with the property manager Luca who was great to deal with. We were disappointed that the description of close to the beach was greatly exaggerated. The private beach was nice but required bikes or drop off.

Overall it was a fine stay. Inviting and comfortable. However there were some things that needs maintenance. The screeed in porch needs updating, the floor is cracked and the front door you had to use the dead bolt. We did have trouble with the internet speed. The kitchen and laundry room were well supplied.

Home was excellent. Had everything one needs plus plus plus. Family together as if at home. Plus pool, kayaks, and coffee not too far to walk in the early morning. Definitely will be back.

Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Clean and Comfortable Unit with Pool and hot tub overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Good communication prior to arriving. Outside and location you can give 5 star, but inside 3 at best. I would recommend the owner do a little due diligence prior to each renter coming in.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We really enjoyed being on the canal. It was ver relaxing! Enjoyed the pool and wonderful outdoor patio! Make sure you try the kayaks! Our host was very friendly and checked on us several times to make sure we were happy! This was our first time in this area. We will definitely be back!!

This property is amazing. We stayed 8 nights and loved our stay! The house is very nice, great front and back area, nice pool, very relaxing backyard with great view. This house location is amazing and it is in very nice neighborhood. We loved everything specially sitting outside every night and watching the boats, fishes and the beautiful sky. This is a great house, amazing location and Gino (the owner) was very helpful and prompt in his response.

Beautiful location in Highland Beach, quiet neighborhood. Nice set up of the bedrooms being in the front and living in the back. Screened patio with ceiling fans is always a plus. The pool area is very nice. BBQ nice size, tiki hut with nice seating. The occasional iguana comes out and cruises down the walk way, in front of you. Pretty cool and they move on.............. The owners are great and made everything go smoothly

The only decision you’ll need to make is where to sit! Tiki hut? Poolside? By the water? Or inside the comfortable unit, all are cozy and relaxing. Perfect short getaway. We hope to be back!

The home was perfect for our family. The outdoor area in the back is even lovelier than the pictures show. We had a shaded area with sofa's to sit on and spent almost every late afternoon there reading a book, relaxing, or spending time together. The pool was larger then the pictures show - it was very nice and refreshing after a day on the beach. My husband and son spent a lot of time on the back deck area fishing. The location was a close drive to everything. The walk to the beach was manageable and the private beach area was VERY nice. Large private beach, quiet. Lots of seashells to gather. AND, some really great snorkeling right off the private beach. To the left is an area with rocks - very shallow but if you snorkel there you will see parrotfish, nurse sharks, cuttlefish, barracuda, very large snook, stingrays, and so much more. It was like swimming in an aquarium! I am a diver and will say this was some really great snorkeling. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

I've booking family vacations for many years and could never say we had a bad experience but this one was close. The inside of the rental is ok. It wouldn't be fair to be overly critical of the interior as it was priced accordingly in my opinion. It was clean but there were at couple of outlets that didn't work or were very loose. The one in the master bedroom would spark when you plugged in. The outside back of the rental is very good and was the bright spot for our vacation. This rental advertises "1 block to the beach" which is true as the crow flies. However, the walk to the access is 10-12 mins. The beach unfortunately was unusable for our entire vacation. It's a narrow beach and the seaweed was up to 8" deep covering the whole beach. It stunk and had millions of bugs hatching out of it. We couldn't even walk down the beach much less play there. The town never cleaned up from Saturday till Thursday of my stay. The other major problem I had was the AC! We checked in Saturday afternoon and the inside temp was 77 degrees. I know sometimes it takes a while for a rental to cool back down if the cleaning people leave the doors open so I didn't call the owner till Sunday. Monday the AC guy came while we were gone but it was no different. Never heard from the owner or property manager I had to call again. He said it needed a thermostat and he would come back tomorrow. So after 3 days of 76-77 degrees the very nice ac guy came back with a thermostat but he figured out that was not the problem. He cleaned out the unit and we got down to 75 degrees. I didn't hear from owner again so I called and he said we'll have to order a new one and install Thursday which is the day I left. So we sweated July 4th week and nobody seem to care that I paid my hard earned money on a crappy vacation. I know nobody can control when the AC goes out but I think there would be a since of urgency or at least remorse. I had to buy fans from Walmart for my family to sleep.

Everything was amazing!!!! The property was beautiful and had a very scenic setting off the private pier. The owner was wonderful to work with , as was the property manager. Very friendly and attentive!!
