Nestled in Highland Beach, this charming villa for $290 per night is a great option for your next vacation. BUILDING IS A TRIPLEX POOL AREA IS SHAREDWITH 2 OTHER UNITS. This 2 bed /2 bath apt is located just one block from private beach you will receive key for the gate to your private beach location of the property couldn't be better just short 10 min drive to Mizner Park or same 10 min to Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach This is one story building with 3 apt you will have your private porch to enjoy and the pool area with lounge chairs and Tiki Hut Ft Lauderdale Airport and Palm Beach airports are about the some distance from the hose 30min drive Miami is about 1hr drive The apt has 2 bikes and 2 kayaks for you to use right outside the apt you will find bike road witch goes thru all Palm beach county If you like to fish there are two fishing pols you can fish from the dock in front of your apt or drive 10 min to fishing pier in Deerfield Beach Inside the apt you will find everything you need there is master bedroom with king bed and sofa bed flat screen TV and bathroom guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV there is full bath in the hallway Kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain guests there is laundry room with washer and dryer Living room has 50 inch flat screen TV There is dining area with table for six people Outside pool is heated and has Jacuzzi This is the best place to relax and still be so close to entertainment restaurants and shops

We loved the pool, spa, location on inter pastel and near the ocean. We fished of the pier and barbecued on the patio. Great fun!

We loved this property. The owner was super nice. We only had one issue and that was the pool was chilly. When we mentioned to the owner, he took action to correct that. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. The home had all amenities we needed. We relaxed most days on the deck just soaking up the sun. Would stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The backyard with pool and canal was beautiful and fun for swimming and fishing. The private beach was a couple of blocks walk, and convenient even for the kids to walk to. We were pleased to have a washer/dryer, and some beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys provided at the unit. The kids room was far enough away from the master suite that I was worried I wouldn't hear them if they woke up, so I went out and bought a kids monitor so I didn't have to worry about them getting outside with the pool and canal so readily accessible. I recommend other young families bring their monitor systems! We were very pleased with our stay and would love to stay again next year.

Our 1st impression was very clean!! The pool was really nice, just a step out the back door. Very relaxing and beautiful view for morning coffee, and all day long. Short walk to private beach , I Would recommend.

Located close to the beach and on the intercoastal waterway in a very quiet neighborhood very nice for a family. My only complaint is that the master bedroom was not very comfortable the mattress was extremely firm with no give and pillows were definitely worn out so we just went out and bought a new pillow for my wife.

Place is neat and clean but needs a little love...light renovations will make a big difference. Pool was clean, hot tub wasn't working( maybe I just didn't know how to turn it on). Private beach was nice, 10 min walk.

Condo itself was great!… 2 bedrooms (only one of which we used), great sitting area, amazing patio right on a canal off the intracoastal. Pool and patio area is shared by the 3 condos, as the listing says, but that was not an issue at all… had an amazing two weeks! Will definitely rent again! :)

My family stayed here in December 2022. Gino and Kevin were very kind and friendly! The location of the property is wonderful, and the view of the intracoastal waterway is stunning. The deck and pool are by far the best part of the property. The interior needs quite a bit of updating. In general, it was functional and clean, but there were towel bars falling off the wall, a loose faucet, and a cabinet with water damage. These would all be easy fixes, but did negatively impact our experience. Overall I would recommend staying here because of the location and pool area, however you must be ok with the outdated interior.

We loved the location. Great having pool right outside our door and the very quiet private beach 2 blocks away. View of intercostal from the sliding doors very nice. Clean. Comfy couch in living room and next to sliding doors. Surprising that owner has not done the upkeep better. Hot tub not hot, broken cabinet door below sink, holes in bathroom wall where a towel bar was, slanted shelf in beautiful redone second bathroom. I guess pluses outway minuses.

Perfect outdoor space with a great pool, deck, and tiki area for use. Out children enjoyed the outdoor TV and the kayak rides with Dad. My husband and I liked the kayaks and SUP too!
Inside was nice and spacious and everything worked as expected. Lots of pool/beach towels, kitchen well stocked etc. There were a few things that need to be taken care of to make this place even better:
*quite a few light bulbs were out
*thermostat fell/falling off wall
*light switches loose/falling off
*kitchen cabinet door under sink damaged from water
*paint/spackle needed in various places.
All in all we had a great time and would recommend.

A Week at Highland Beach
The property was a great fit for us. Our son attended a summer camp in the area, so during the day there were quite a few things for us to do to fill our time with our other kids. Parks, shopping, fishing, eating, the pool, and of course, the beach (which is private access included in this property) were all close by.

Wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful property for me and the family. Close to everything you need including the private beach which was only a five minute walk away. The kids spent hours in the pool. I waited almost a week to submit a review so that my anger would not sway my opinion of our vacation. We had an awful time with the ownership team. A flooded unit because of backed up toilets & plumbing that have not been fixed properly. An owner that would rather blame his guests than take care of the problem. An attempt was made to fix and clean up the mess while we there, but it was not done correctly and more plumbing issues arose. Through texting, we were told to hire a plumber or go to a hotel. Later, he offered the use of his bathroom. The place looks great in the photos, but once you are there for more than a day you realize how filthy things are. The floors, walls, and ceilings are dirty and show past plumbing issues. The kitchen counter tops are tiled and the grout is absolutely gross. Air conditioning does not cool off the bedrooms. The place is in desperate need of a deep & thorough cleaning, updating, painting, and general repairs that include plumbing updates. There is so much more I could note, but sadly there is a word limit. The only saving grace is the outdoors. A nice pool with a beautiful view is why I gave this place a 2-star review if not for the plumbing fiasco I would have given 3.
