Had originally checked into a place where we were on the 7th floor and the elevator was going to be out of service for the week, so we had to quickly find a new place for the week vacation. It being June, this was the only place available. I asked for early check in and they were able to accommodate, which I was thankful for. However, the hosts were “bare minimum” kind of people. If you are planning on staying here, prepare to have to buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I was renting for 6 days and they only provided a “starter kit” which consisted of 2 pods for laundry and dishwasher, 1 trash bag, and half a toilet paper roll. The only thing they did provide was roach killing spray, which you will need since we were greeted with 1-2 cockroaches each morning. Also, bring a lot of mosquito repellent if you plan to hang at the pool. I especially did not appreciate that the cleaners were sent a day before checkout at 10:00 (checkout time) and by 10:17 I was being threatened by the host that if I didn’t get out in 5 minutes she was going to contact vrbo to charge me a late checkout fee. The host finally realized that our checkout was the next day and the cleaner left. Patio was also filthy and not able to be enjoyed. Location is good with respect to the beach, but would not want to be hosted by them again.

The house is a fourplex with another fourplex on the other side of the courtyard and pool. For the 2 weeks my wife and I were there, there were only 2 or 3 other visiting groups. Everyone was very private and quiet. The area is super nice with other multi-family houses and some really, really nice places on the beach side of the A1A. As busy as A1A can get, the road noise was non-existent and getting in and out of the neighborhood was quick and easy. The house and everything in it was very comfortable and well stocked. Quick response from the owner when we had Internet/cable issues. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed. Short walk to a private beach which was beautiful, kitchen living room and space in the property to relax, have meal etc, and a great pool to top the beach day off! We brought our bikes and rode 5 miles north to Delray Beach where there are some fun restaurants and shops. There is a fantastic walking path along the road right next to the property which stretches for miles. This area in FL has a lot to offer, there are many fine restaurants and great shopping as well as movie theaters and other family entertainment. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back again. We highly recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful relaxing week at this lovely home. Peaceful quiet community. Our son enjoyed playing in the pool and we loved that home was dog friendly. Everything was relaxed and easy and enjoyable.

My best friends and I stayed there for 6 days, it was absolutely amazing. There is a private beach that you can walk to and it’s not far at all. The house is also very updated and the neighbors are extremely nice. The pool at the vacation home is also very nice and clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures posted of the unit we stayed in did NOT show accurately the condition of what was there. Unit is in need of a deep cleaning inside and out. Items in the unit were dirty, stained, broken or worn and need to be cleaned or replaced. Pool is not heated. I have photos if interested
