Nestled in Shoal Bay, this charming house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. As soon as you walk into 3 Frangipani you'll feel relaxed with the beachy style and open plan living area with all the comforts of a split system air conditioner, Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The living area opens out onto the sun drenched balcony with gas BBQ facilities and filtered water views. The townhouse provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer. Off the kitchen is the internal laundry, the laundry has a top loader washing machine, dryer and third toilet. Offering three bedroom upstairs with ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom also providing an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath with shower above, toilet and vanity. The property has a 315 litre hot water system which means the whole family gets to have a nice hot shower. On the ground level there is a lockup garage which is only used as a games room with a full size table tennis table and dart board. There is also one off street carport right at the front door and room for a small boat with parking on the driveway or on the road.  3 Frangipani has filtered water views, air conditioning and WiFi and close to the centre of entertainment, it really has everything required for your next relaxed holiday.  Shoal Bay offers the best beaches of Port Stephens, great range of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping, leave the car and walk to everything! We stayed in this property as 2 families and regular visitors to the area. The proximity to the Shoal Bay Area is great and loved being able to walk to all amenities. We were let down by the cleanliness of the property with our feet dirty walking on the tiles within the first hour of checking in. There was one soap bottle that was less than a quarter full that was to service 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen. The BBQ was filthy that we didn’t end up using it. I really expected a little more for the cost of the property.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Wish we could have opened the upstairs bedroom windows more than 10cm though. Thanks.

It’s in a great location but the cleanliness of the apartment was not good. Crumbs in between cushions on lounge, could do with a good clean. Curtains falling off track and have been there for some time. The whole place could do with good update. i.e throw cushions curtains, mattress protectors etc

This little place is in a wonderful position. Very short walking distance to Shoal Bay beach, shops, cafes, pubs, clubs and Tomaree mountain track. It was so spacious and filled with lovely sunlight each day. We stayed in winter and the split system worked great to keep us warm night. Very well priced at 285 a night. Would recommend for families or groups of couples staying together.
