About this house rental
Located in Hanmer Springs, this attractive house for $148 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. As with the Kiwi Bach Culture you are required to clean the property prior to your departure ready for the next guest. If you do not wish to do this we can employ a cleaning company to do this for $90 per stay please just ask when booking and we can add this to your reservation. Guests to provide own linen. Linen hire available please request costs at booking if required. Plenty of pillows, duvets and blankets are provided. A hugely popular standalone modern well insulated home on a well secured flat section, with front gates and plenty of off street parking. A stress free getaway for you, your kids and/ or your pets. Opening the bifold doors from the breakfast bar you can enjoy the flow to the outdoor patio with BBQ, or leave the kids inside on the big TV, Unlimited WiFi, Blu Rays, games and toys for endless entertainment. Your warmth and comfort will be meet with this high spec insulated/ double glazed property and via the heat pump as well as gas heating. Only a 10 minute stroll to the hot pools or 3 minutes to the golf course or a short drive to the best ski fields. We invite you to enjoy our cute family bach, set up for all day sun with bifold doors, north facing sheltered patio and views to Mt Dunblane. Guests to provide own linen. Checkin at 3pm and Checkout at 11am if you are cleaning the property yourself or 10am if you have paid for a cleaning service.

Lovely house great location
Disappointed the iron was not at the property rang property mgmt and got no solution they could of lent us an iron for a hour to iron our clothes and we would of returned it promptly next time I won’t trust the amenities listed and bring my own

Nice to try a different part of hanmer, open views and sunny. Kitchen could do with few more implements and dishwasher to wash stuff properly between stays. Otherwise perfectly fine and especially with dog. Thanks

Loved the Bach, very warm and comfortable. The only thing is, we were told by book a Bach that they would email the code to get the keys at 3pm. They didn’t, we have to chase the property own to get the code.

We stayed in winter and appreciated the warm house and hot shower after mountain biking in the mud. We did find that the beds sagged in the middle which was not goid for sore backs.

This beautiful little home is set in a quiet setting with beautiful views. I loved the way the home is set up. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets supplied. Fully fenced section gave our children and pets a safe place to play outside.

I hadnt read the fine print so hadnt taken any, sheets and pillow cases, however luckily there was enough in the draws to sort it, however we had to sleep on pillows with just the protection cover, and problem was we didnt discover this until after 5 when office is closed, we didnt mind all this but its just something worth noting. Esp for late arrivals when you are at the pools all day.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house, it had everything we needed and was so quiet and peaceful. Having the fully fenced section for our dogs to explore was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights here. The configuration of the beds wasn't ideal for our situation but worked fine for a short stay. Also note that "no linen" also includes towels, which may not be obvious to those (like us) visiting from other countries. We had sleeping bags but no towels so that was a challenge as we couldn't find any in town. Otherwise it was in a great location, close to the Main Street but quiet and private.

Lovely private home in a beautiful garden setting. Communication with the hosts was a breeze. The house had just about everything we needed (no wisk) we had a good workout whipping the cream with a fork 😂. Perfect little place to enjoy Christmas with our family. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and close to the main Hanmer Springs area. Lovely quiet street, the home was tidy, cozy and simple but fun. Just what we needed. Kid friendly and baby friendly, overall the home felt warm and inviting and we plan to come again!

Great spot
We were really pleased with the property and its location. It was a lovely wee house and was perfect for us over the long weekend. It was even better that we were allowed to bring our doggo with us.
Everything was clean and organised, with everything we needed. A home away from home.
We'd definitely stay again.
