We had to buy air fresheners and open the door to even remove the stuffy musky smell. The house is in need of desperate updating and a deep clean. At first we thought it was mold and heavy smokers who lived there but the odor and smells were everywhere. The bedrooms need an update to the bedding and mattresses also as they felt like broken metal frames.

Great clean and quiet community and location. Marcos provided all information ahead of check-in date and was quick to reply to our email. The house was clean. We enjoy the location as it is close to everything, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy. Some items could used to be replaced due to being worn out but as a whole was very acceptable. Only real complaint we have would be all the beds are uncomfortable. Planning on booking our next vacation here. Our stay was fine. No major issues. Furniture is definitely dated and damaged and needs replaced. Marcos did let us know the master bedroom furniture would be replaced soon. Downstairs had an odor of dog urine which is most likely in the grout of the tile. Marcos was very responsive when we mentioned odor and asked if we wanted it cleaned again. We declined as we knew the extra cleaning would not help with the set in odor. Living room blinds needs replaced as they are damaged and missing slats. The unit was generally clean, but definitely could use a deep clean. There were towels and hand towels but no wash clothes, but we had our own so it was fine. The place isnt terrible, just needs some tlc. It was good for what we needed for the week. Close to Disney parks, shopping, and restaurants. Located in a secure gated community.

We had a great stay at this townhouse for our weekend. Townhouse was clean and there was more than enough room for the 3 of us and our German Shepherd. Host was very helpful, for the very few times we needed to contact him. I would highly recommend this rental unit.

We rented this for a mom-cation. The owner was exceedingly accommodating and friendly. Very responsive. The property is in a great area, close to most things you want/need in the area and great security. If I had to find something to nit pick over, I would say the furniture could be updated. But for what we needed, it was perfect!

I hate to give a bad review, as my scale is skewed towards hosts as I am one myself, but the condition and amenities of this property for the price are simply unacceptable. This property is full of furniture in damaged condition, is ANCIENT, and has the comfort of your nearest rock. There were no spare full size bath towels, no hand soap, no paper products. Layer added fees for parking despite the security gates never actually being down and you end up leaving disappointed and frustrated as a whole. Find your nearest Red Roof Inn, you'll get a better experience, for less.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was very quiet which we liked. The only thing was we would have liked more towels, their was only 1 set and we stayed 11 nights, there were more sheets than anything else, but you don't really need them. And there were some things that could be fixed but other than that, the manager was nice and quickly responded to any concerns. We would come back to stay for sure

Cons: Front door top lock latch broken in pieces and pushed into door, bucket catching water under sinks garbage disposal, badly ripped cushions on couch and dining chairs, some dining chairs backs broken, many blinds broken in living room (not much privacy) and people threw broken blinds in the water tank closet, little things like holes and cracks in tiles/large scrapes on walls, downstairs tv didn't work, little decor- downstairs felt empty, floors downstairs were dirty and sticky and left feet black, vacuum didnt work (bagged vacuum), we had to mop and sweep when we arrived Pros: good communication from owner, told him tv wasn't working and he offered to have maintenance come (we declined), upstairs was much better condition than downstairs Overall: main thing is the house needs new furniture badly and new locks/blinds, better cleaning

last minute booking found easily online. Immediately loved the location. Ive lived in FL my whole life and never knew this location existed. I will definitely stay here again. The inside space is more spacious than photos show it. Short ride to Disney. Didnt stay long enough to enjoy the other areas of resort, but everything looked great and just had a great time. HIghly recommend and will stay here again.

Marco is an excellent host as I haven't found someone on my travels as responsive as him. I emailed my concerns to Marco which he said he will look to address in October on a visit to this location which I believe he will do. Overall, the neighborhood felt safe, and it was surprisingly quiet here even on the Fourth of July. The location to the parks and highways were great to this place. The quiet pool was a short walk and not crowded. We rented this place for the whole month of July, so we had time to make a fair assessment of the place. If you are looking for a bargain close to everything this is the place. The washer/dryer and all appliances worked, and this place really was a good hub for our home search. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The unit was extremely dirty to the point we went to buy blankets, towels, toiletries, and pillows the one night we stayed. We ended up staying at a hotel the next morning and only utilized the pool for the stay. The window in the kitchen was also broken making us feel unsafe being women.

Home located close enough to the Orlando attractions to get to anything in under 20 mins. In a gated community which allows you to feel safe being somewhere you’ve never been. There were 7 of us in the home and we all slept comfortably. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely be looking to come back whenever staying in Orlando area.

Perfect for a trip to Disney especially if you have pets! Everything within 15-20 minutes. Marcos is definitely the friendliest and most helpful host I’ve had and I look forward to staying here on my next family vacation!!

Overall very good stay. Upon arrival unit was clean and inviting. We stayed 10 nights, close to all things Disney. Traffic in Kissimmee is horrendous, but even still drive to parks was easy. Owner was a delight to deal with. I added additional nights, twice, and he quickly replied to each request. The resort offers 2 pools, one with tiki bar and hot tub. We were able to use several times. I would choose this property again.

This was our second year renting from Marcos and the condo is very nice and in a good location. It is an easy drive to food and shops. The resort has nice amenities. The condo is nice and clean with a nice kitchen and an outside sitting area. Marcos is a terrific owner to deal with. Thank you again for a great stay.

The resort this property is located in is generally very attractive, safe and secure, and the grounds are lovely and well cared for. The unit itself, while very clean, is in need of updating and suffers from some deferred maintenance. The furniture in many rooms is basically worn out, with several pieces blistered and scarred, vertical blinds on the slider are missing some slates, the microwave has a large crack on the exterior door, all beds appear to have worn out box springs which loudly squeak when the one moves, the shower head spray in the the upstairs non-master bathroom is no longer adjustable, the only table lamp in the living room is broken to where the shade is very loose, the kitchen sink has a small leak, with a pall underneath to collect water. The stove/oven, while functional, is very dated. It also lacks some basics, which would be nice to have, including a variety of kitchen knives, hand towels in the non-master 2nd floor bathroom, a bathroom floor mat beside the tub. The unit has great potential to be a super short term rental, but really needs some attention and updating.

I don’t know how this house can be rented out in the state it is in. Sofa has massive tear and insides showing. Went to use the fold out bed and it looked like a science experiment gone wrong so shut it back quickly. The sink doesn’t drain. Cable TV wouldn’t work. Microwave door is still split open (a year after the homeowner has been advised). Crockery has big chips and cracked. Most of the furniture is fit for only the dumpster.

Owner emailed all pertinent information prior to our arrival so we were prepared. The house is convenient to the parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The community has a lot of amenities if you just want to stay local. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Thanks!

Great location. We like to bicycle and are within a short drive to many nice trails. If you are looking to go to Disney World you are very close here. Nice pools in the resort.

Marcos has a great property that’s actually within 15 minutes of Disney unlike other locations! All amenities are provided within the house and there are great facilities on the resort.

Upgrades that need to be addressed: The toilet paper needs to be a better grade. The king size bed squeaks everyone you turn over, sit up in bed, very noisy. The couch has a torn cushion. The microwave door has a major brake in the door. We worked around these issues.

Overall, enjoyed our stay here. Its a sfe gated community just off the disney property. Close to anything you would need. It is super pet friendly, in a good location and very affordable, that is why I chose to stay here. Marcos was very helpful and responds almost immediately when you need him. Beds were not the best, but again if you are traveling with pets and looking for somethimg close to Disney and affordable then this is the place. Wpuld stay again

It was a great townhouse. 15 minutes from Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom. The only suggestion I would make to let the Ac lower than 72 cause at night it could get hot, and the house need some work, some thing are scratch or stain or broken and need some love other than that it was lovely and I would definitely keep it in mind for my next trip. Also a bigger tv for the living room. THANKS
