Nestled in Mayflower Beach, this charming house for $1,864 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Private family retreat 3 minute, 0.1 mile safe walk to beautiful Mayflower/Bayview Beach. This is a Saturday To Saturday rental, after 9/10/2022 and before 5/21/23 we will accept a 4 night minimum reservation. An especially popular rental during spring, summer and Fall, although winters are quite and relaxing. Restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery only a few miles away. Perfect for that special family reunion, multiple families, couples, getaways, wedding (family) lodging, celebrations. Very child friendly and the common areas are spacious. Full kitchen with large table, large dining room with adjoining enclosed deck and screened in porch with partial view of Cape Cod Bay. Includes 2 fireplaces, 2 large TV sitting rooms, large living room with a fireplace. Game room, and 2 other sitting areas. This 7 Bedroom Rental is one of the most popular rentals in the area and comfortably sleeps 15. Has 4 full baths and a half bath with laundry room. There is ample living space for your whole family to enjoy. The 1st floor (upper level) has a large and sunny living room area with a fire place and plenty of furniture for everyone to sit. The kitchen and dining area are open and next to each other along with an extra table in the kitchen for preparing meals. Off the dining area is a screened in porch with sliders out to a large deck. You can cook outside on the gas grill and there is plenty of room to gather at the outdoor table which has a sun canopy over it for those hot sunny days. There is a peek of Bayview Beach, from the deck, and is only a few minutes away. On the main level of the house is 4 bedrooms including the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath along with another full bath in the hallway. First floor laundry room with half bath. The lower walk out level has a fabulous large living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV and 3 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. Also on this lower level is a large game room with Air Hockey, Pool Table, Ping Pong table and Foos Ball. So much fun for everyone and the perfect rental to accommodate all ages. The large deck faces Bayview beach, The yard has a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, horse shoe game, a tree swing and a yard big enough to play a game of catch. There is plenty of parking including a circular driveway. The beach chairs, outdoor shower, hose to wash off the sand, clothes line and additional small back deck make a trip to the beach easy and convenient. CENTRAL A/C Beds are 3 Kings and 8 twins, 1 full Linens and towels are NOT included but we can give you a rental company to call to order what you need. Our family of ten had a wonderful time on Cape Cod and this house was a big part of that. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very clean when we arrived. The game room was a family favorite as we visited during thanks giving week. A communal space to gather and play games really helped make the trip. The house is just block from the beach who’s is beautiful. You won’t run out of beach if you like walking. And November it’s practically yours alone. We highly recommend this house and Cape Cod in general. A terrific trip all around.

House was great for our family reunion. The kitchen is large and well equipped, game room is fun for all ages, there are multiple sitting areas and it’s a short walk to the beach! Easy check in and check out! Happy to recommend!

The property was perfect for our family reunion, comfortably accommodating and entertaining our 3 families and grandparents through both the sun and rain. We were also all able to sit together at the table for dinner, which was wonderful! The beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous! Our older family members enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the little ones spent hours playing in the shallow waters and in the soft sand. The games room at the house was perfect for the rainy days and the deck was lovely for sitting out in the sun. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay (June 2 - 11). When we had questions, Jody Sylvia at Thacher Realty was very responsive, friendly and helpful. In addition to the beach, here are some of the other activities we enjoyed while on Cape Cod: tennis, pickle ball, playgrounds, walking, cycling, whale watching, miniature golf, Whydah Pirate Museum, Shark Museum and shopping.

Property was great for our large adult family. With that, my suggestion would be to have an additional refrigerator in the basement? We used coolers for drinks but needed to have them in coolers outside. Basement was a bit damp. Agent was very helpful even providing her personal pots to cook lobsters. Nice easy walk to the beach was great.

This is a beautiful and very spacious home and is a short walk to a very nice beach. Everything was very clean and tidy and the kitchen is well equipped. We held a family reunion here and everyone had a great time. The owner is very gracious and helpful.

Owner should inspect property for deferred maintenance projects such as These should be considered as constructive observations and not as a complaint. We all enjoyed our stay--and speaking for the 8 senior citizens we are very particular. 1)Gas grill right side on lid needs repair---missing hinge 2)Shades in basement bedroom with two twin beds (next to bath) need to be replaced 3)Air hockey game needs goals replaced

House was great. We had 11 people had plenty of space. We loved the screened in sun porch. Kitchen was well stocked. Great game room. There was an issue with the dishwasher but the owner responded right away -issue turned out to be a water valve was not turned back on from a recent plumbing repair. The beach was beautiful it was less than two minutes walk. Absolutely loved this house look forward to many more visits in the coming years.
