The house is so close to our favorite beach in the Cape, Mayflower beach (8 min walking).
The deck with the bbc is perfect to enjoy the afternoons.
The house furniture is old style, but it is working perfectly so I don’t complain. The small insects and their bites were the worst part, but I am not sure if it is something to improve

Great location near the beach. We did have an issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately. Having a service to call 24/7 was helpful in having hot water restored. Games were left at the house as well. Just show up and have fun.
Driveway was difficult to see when leaving. Definitely needs the Bushes and trees trimmed.

It smelled musty, refrigerator was rusty on the side of the fridge, older furniture, and not updated.
