Located in Seward, this lovely house for $508 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 5 to 6 Also known as Captain's Quarters. Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer and a BBQ. this unit also has a futon style couch that folds flat and could sleep one to two more people. Bringing the total to 6 people. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #738304). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

The hostess did not communicate after I emailed her. I had to call her. Then she gave me the wrong apartment. She gave me the code and I walked in and there were other people's belongings in the apartment. She gave me another place but the whole place smelled old and stale. Both bedrooms smelled like urine and sweat. The bathroom was moldy. It was too late to get a different night stay because everything was booked up. The old building is actually a doublewide trailer or manufactured home. I would not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our night at this property. The location was perfect for whatever a guest would choose to do in Seward. We centered our visit around a cruise of Kenai Fjords and we could reach the small boat harbor quickly. Consider this property for your visit to Seward!

Tim and Bri have a beautiful home nestled in Seward, and within walking distance to everywhere. My son had his wedding at Miller’s Landing and this was a quick 10 minute drive to the location. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities.

Nice cozy place and clean. Seward is not a big town so this home is placed perfectly between the docks and downtown. The bedrooms are tight but we weren’t in Alaska to hang out in a house.

This was a neat, quiet property. It was close to a nice walking path that skirted the harbor area. The apartment was neat and tidy, and the lawn was freshly mown. I would recommend this spot and stay here again!

exactly as shown on VRBO. met the need, was clean and comfortable. For some reason, I thought it was right on the water and wasn't. No har no foul. It was close to water and two. Nice place and super nice and super responsive hosts!!! Would stay again if in Seward a 2nd time.

Vrbo was clean and available as expected. Nice location where we walked to some of the tours we booked. Seward and the Vrbo was everything we had hoped for.

For some reason, my stay dates got messed up and I was scheduled for days I didn’t request. Indeed, those were days I never would have requested as I was out of state. I paid and tried to connect with VRBO. I admit I hadn’t checked the initial confirmation, but have never before had such a problem with VRBO. So we had no place to stay. Never again will I use the service and recommend that others beware.
