Situated in Seward, this charming house for $505 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4 Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #971600). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

After hiking and kayaking in Homer and Seward, it was great to spend the night here. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen has everything we needed, the shower was nice and hot and the beds were cozy and comfortable. Just what we needed before the long flight home the next day!

The property is exactly as shown online. Small and basic, but it has everything you need. You can walk to the water and a decent stroll to town. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities (including toiletries). The black out curtains were appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom cottage. We stayed here the night before our cruise and wished we had more time here. We enjoyed the room to spread out in.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with spices, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was easy and smooth.

Tim was so easy to contact and this was our first VRBO experience so we appreciated that! Loved the quaint little 2 bed/1 Bath home and LOVED having access to do our laundry! Great location within a few steps to a beautiful shoreline trail. Seward is absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful for Tim’s “Sweet Stone Cottage!”

Worked well for two couples, good value compared to hotels in Seward, convenient location for activities out of Seward Marina. We really appreciated the washer and dryer after a long day of fishing in the rain.

Its a decent house... had all amenities and good utensils in kitchen. Loved the location... its literally a block away from the beach side and beautiful view...and very close to the harbor for cruises. We enjoyed our stay and convenience from this location.

Very clean and well appointed cabin. We were able to do laundry after our cruise and prior to traveling independently. Tim has great communication and is an excellent host.

This was the perfect spot to warm up after a chilly boat tour! The location was ideal for walking to the Mermaid festival, dinner at The Flamingo Lounge, and an evening stroll along the coast with sea lion visitors. Everything was as advertised, beds were comfortable and we would definitely book again.

One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. I even took a bath instead of a shower. New carpets in bedrooms. Washer a plus. Owner responds quickly. I wish we were there a bit longer. There is a free shuttle bus that goes out to the only grocery store. I didn’t find notes from owner about tv streaming service, what to do with garbage, and that kind of thing. Coming off cruise ship we called Red Taxi to Exit Tour Guides where we left our luggage for $5 per bag and they drove us out to glacier. We rode the free shuttle around town till house was ready and called the taxi once again as the four of us had a lot of luggage.

Highly recommend this place it was a great location cental to the harbor and downtown, walking distance to both also the free shuttle service city of Seward provides was great. Home and rooms were clean.

The apartment listing and photos are accurate (living room furniture was different, but probably newer than what is pictured in the listing). Fantastic location walkable to beach, playground, and downtown restaurants and shops, and a quick drive to the harbor. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use salt and pepper - there was a full spice rack, just no salt and pepper. Washer/ dryer were great to have. Bedrooms are comfortable.

We loved our stay at this property with breathtaking Mountain View’s, walking distance to restaurants/shops/harbor, and we would definitely stay here again. The host was a great communicator, having laundry in the unit was great, and we can’t wait to come back.
