The property is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. My wife and I loved spending time in the hot tub and then grilling steaks on the grill. We have no complaints about the cabin or the owners communications with us.

Beautiful property but was a little far out and little outdoor walk space. Very nice kitchen and comfy beds.

I rented both of Kevin & Pipp's, Douglas lake cabins. We absolutely loved both of them and the area. Kevin was amazing to work with. We will definitely be renting these cabins again!! The memories we made this week will last a lifetime. Thank you Kevin & Pipp!

Comfortable stay. Close to town, but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Listing needs a little updating No XBox so kids were a little disappointed on their cabin day to relax.

Great little getaway. Definitely would stay again.

Kevin,
The cabin was great. We did have a couple issues. The sink in the kitchen and both bathrooms drained slowly. Also, the toilet in the lower bathroom leaks around the base. By the way, thank you for repacing the grill. It worked great.

Had a great weekend. Thursday they Sunday. Very clean and relaxing. Hot tub is awesome. Super hot and we used it every night. Space is clean and beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Loved everything about this cabin. Close enough to enjoy the tourist attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg also being just far to enjoy natures beauty. Everything was nice and comfortable however the hot water didn’t work until the last day we were there. Having to bather my kids in cold water was not fun lol. So check that asap when you arrive! Other than that it was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful and would definitely stay again!

This is quite a beautiful 2 bdrm - 2 bath cabin. Nicely decorated and comfortable. One shower stall in downstairs bathroom with a nice garden tub. Very nice hot tub, surround deck.
Outdoor grill seems to be on its last leg, thankfully, we brought our own.
Slow drain in downstairs bathroom sink, so we groomed in upstairs bathroom.
Location is rural. Quite a few winding roads to get there, however, this area has many - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Dandridge. Good brakes and tires a must.
This part of TN is quite pretty. Day trips to different places had us enjoying this trip very much.

This was the perfect place to stay and come down off of our four-day vacation at Dollywood. Location was just right and the size of the cabin was nice.

Cabin was great. I was thankful for a main floor bedroom and bathroom. Communication was great with the owners. The kitchen allowed us to pack some food for convenience. Loved the deck.

I got exactly what I wanted for my quiet weekend away. The hot tub was great, the fireplace was awesome, everything was as expected. There was a recommendation to have bottled water that we did not see until we arrived, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a great experience on our trip to Tennessee last month, this cabin was close enough to the attractions in Gatlinburg and not too high up in the mountains. Both rooms are spacious and pretty much anything you can need was available, my daughters loved being there.

It was a cute cabin. We loved the location. I would like to mention that the sofa sleeper couch is on its last leg and definitely needs to be replaced. When we took the cushions off there were a random pair of socks in it along with pieces of food so that is not being cleaned by the cleaning service. The hot water went out the day before we left so we couldn't shower or use the tubs. The fridge started leaking water randomly so we kept that cleaned up as well. There aren't many pots and pans to cook with and some of the dishes had mold on them. Overall it was an OK stay. If we wouldn't have had trouble with the fridge and hot water then I would have gave it 5 stars.

We had a nice stay here. I gave the check in 4 star because we had not been sent the code for key box and then set the alarm off BUT we got immediate help from the property manager! The cabin was so cute and we loved the hot tub. Would definitely come again.

We had a fabulous trip in a very clean and beautiful townhouse. Mr. Maas was easy to communicate with and kept us updated about our stay. Would love to stay there again & highly recommend!!!

It was all of the above immaculate, with all the necessary amenities. And the dog was allowed to come too! Although would advise they update the blankets and bed covers.

Other than a couple minor things (hot tub on the fritz and a couple appliances having issues) it was fantastic- the neighbors are friendly and their is plenty of parking - the view is phenomenal

Hot tub never got above 64 degrees the 2 days we were there even though it was on . We verified with maintenance :(. And not enough hot water in cabin to fill up at least one of the bath jacuzzis :(. There is only 1 shower between the 2 bathrooms. No tubs. Coffee pot took 3 hours to brew 1 pot. Refrigerator hose leaks - had to put a pot inside to catch the drips. There are only 2 glasses for drinking, so bring your own. Frayed and dirty rugs throughout. With a little more TLC, this charming cabin could be worth it.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable although we spent most of our days exploring nearby areas. On our last evening there, we discovered a very nice walking trail just feet down the side road, Willard Way. The cabin is not far from Lake Douglas but we never did figure out what was available there or how to access it. It would have been helpful if some of that local info would have been included in a book in the cabin (i.e. favorite local eateries, grocery stores, parks/dog parks, etc.)

We rented this property in May of this year. We got there, and upon staying there for a little over an hour, kept hearing some kind of rodent or critter inside the walls. We left and had to find a hotel last minute, assuming we’d get a refund of some sort since we didn’t stay for the 3 days we had booked. We emailed and called the property manager repeatedly for weeks with zero response. We had to go through our bank to dispute the charges, which he responded to the bank only saying we did enter the premises. We obviously would not have done so had we none there was a rodent problem. Any kind of response or answer would have been appreciated at least. We never got our money back for staying there for an hour, and we’re very upset at the lack of communication with the property manager.

Clean and neat cabin. The rooms were good sized and the tubs were huge. The appliances were a little dated and the kitchen is small but it suited us just fine. The only issue we had was the morning we checked out I couldn’t get the water hot in the shower (downstairs) but the tub had plenty so it worked out ok.
We would recommend this if you want a quiet place away from all the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There’s also a grocery store very nearby.

This cabin has it all! In the woods with privacy but close enough to drive into the bigger cities

Like it says on a plaque on the wall: Rest, Relax, & Renew! It was a wonderful place to stay. Close to anything you might want to do but out of the way and private. Great cabin with L shaped porch and gate across the door, so dogs were able to roam it. Very clean and whirlpool tubs in the bathroom were great to use on these old bodies. We will definitely do again!
