About this condo rental
Nestled in Amsterdam, this attractive condo for $186 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This centrally located 475 sq ft (44 m²) apartment with hard wooden floor and nice carpentry, situated on ground floor in quiet area nearby Central Station (only 2 busstops away), is really amazing by it's art decorating and surprising design. Very nearby what was elected in 2011 and 2012 as the most pleasant shopping street of the Netherlands you'll find a variety of conveniences as foodmarket, cinema, restaurants (Japanese, Indian, French, Italian, Dutch, Chinese etc), cafés, bistros, all kind of small shops. At a two minutes walk you'll get the feeling being in a typical Dutch harbour village: Bickerseiland and Prinseneiland. Amsterdam offers a lot of famous museums like the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum (national museum), Stedelijk Museum (modern art). Other sites worth visiting: Anne Frank House, Concertgebouw (the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestre), Synagogues (the Portugese e.g. to be seen!), Music Halls, and so much more.......Enjoy your stay!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Peter's place. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and ideally located. We highly recommend it to future travelers.

Location was ideal for our stay in Amsterdam. Peter is gracious host and welcomed us to the condo and saw us off on our departure.
The condo offered all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Peter provided of plenty of local information (maps, transportation and dining) as well as a welcome gift of fresh fruits, fresh flowers and wine.
There is a laundromat just around the corner which was convenient for us.
The only issues for us was the bed which was much firmer than we’re used to, a shelf or rack in the shower would’ve been nice and the thermostat settings in the unit. The weather in Amsterdam during our stay was unusually cold and temperature range we were told to use resulted in the condo being cold in the evening.
That being said we would return to this condo during the Spring or Summer.

I sincerely thank the host for providing a wonderful accommodation with an artistic sense. The host gave us a warm welcome and kindly guided us on how to use the accommodation. We were very touched by his warm consideration and kindness. If I go to Amsterdam next time, I will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed for a little under 2 weeks, and it was the perfect live in home base for exploring Amsterdam. The apartment is filled with amazing art and design. Most places are walkable, and if not there are trains/buses/trams nearby. Peter was a very patient and wonderful host, providing transport advice and plenty of maps, as well as wine & fruit on check in :) We hope to come back soon!

The place was excellent! Loved the Japanese themed house and it was in a great location. It was very well stocked, with a fantastic coffee machine. Peter was a great host was extremely timely, lovely and generous! Would definitely return for another stay in the future!

This place was perfect for us. It is close to everything that you need. We actually walked to most sites. There is are 2 grocery stores near by. The Centraal Station is a 15 min walk.
We even used the laundromat 3 min away. You can wash your own clothes or drop them off and they will do it for you. Peter was great and went thru everything with us. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again.

Peter was waiting for us on the day we arrived and came to say goodbye on uor last day. He was super patient and answered all of our questions. The appartment was cosy and had every thing we needed. The location is absolutely amazing!! We could walk every where we needed to and still the location is in a quite and safe neighbourhood. The was a supermarket a minute away from the appartment and so many nice places to eat all around just a few minutes away. We truly recomand it.

As we arrived, we were welcomed by Mr. Peter and given a complete tour of the space. The accommodation had everything that you need, so there’s no need to worry. The design of the place was intricate and and unique. Location was perfect, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Close to the center. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Amsterdam to stay here.

This property is such a unique and beautiful place to stay. Close enough to the centre of Amsterdam to be super convenient, yet still in a quiet location.
Peter is a perfect host, very helpful and informative, he provided a comprehensive tour of the property and told us all about the city and things to do nearby.
The stay was very comfortable and wit allowed us to enjoy our first time in Amsterdam very much. An absolute treasure!

The apartment is artful and beautifully designed. There are gorgeous books, a full kitchen, and a totally unique and handcrafted living space. The location is very convenient, easy walking distance to Amsterdam Centraal but also set in a really nice neighborhood of restaurants, bars and shops and close to the very pretty Westerpark and incredible Fabrique des Lumieres. The host is helpful and gracious, a truly special person. We are just sad we had to leave! Stayed here with a little Chihuahua who had the most fun of all as the neighborhood is filled with small dogs.

A lovely apartment in a splendid location.
We had a wonderful time staying in Peter’s Japanese themed apartment. Everything is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for eating in. The area is full of characterful shops and there are two good supermarkets very close by. The local fishmonger has a top notch selection of lunch items and the whole area has a truly local feel whilst nevertheless being convenient for major sights. We ended up walking everywhere, without taking any public transport, due to both our location and the sheer beauty of Amsterdam’s streets and canals. Peter is such a welcoming ,warm host and we would unhesitatingly rebook.

Peter is a wonderful host. He met at the studio, explained everything about the studio and the area. Peter is resourceful about Amsterdam and will direct to the best local attraction. He left wine and a fruit bowl -much appreciated. The location is great. It's close to restaurants and cafes, stores, and walk to many sites and attractions.
