This is a four bedroom, three full bath, 2800 square foot unit, with incredible water views from every room. It sits directly on Pensacola beach. Located at Regency Towers down towards Portofino. We have a beautiful large swimming pool, with umbrellas and picnic tables, as well as private beach access via ramp. Features include a beach front double balcony, approximately 40 feet long (with sofas, high top tables, swivel/rockers), two master suites each with full bathroom (one features a large shower with 4' bench and four heads) (Jacuzzi tub), a guest bedroom with two queen beds (game console and large tv), a second guest room with a queen size bed, a queen size pull out sofa with upgraded 5" thick gel foam mattress, separate laundry room with full size commercial washer and dryer, two full size refrigerators in unit (both make ice), fully stocked kitchen, large dinette area with seating for 12-16, extremely large living room with 50" HDTV, Wet bar, beach towels, folding beach chairs, misc. beach toys, small grill, binoculars, flashlights. We also provide starter sets of trash bags 1-2, toilet paper 1-2, paper towels 1, laundry 1 and 1-2 dish pods. So you don't have to run to the store right away!!

Beautifully renovated condo! We had 5 adults + 2 kids (ages 3+4) and had plenty of space to accommodate us all very comfortably. Loved the big kitchen + 2 balconies. It was awesome to have access to chairs + beach toys galore! Michael could not have been more helpful- very accessible, friendly + welcoming. The additional touches he + his wife included during their renovation with guests in mind were greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this condo or any others of these owners without hesitation.

We loved this condo. The sleeping arrangements were many and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table seating for 12 was amazing. Met and exceeded all expectations.

This condo was perfect for our family group. The extra large living & dining definitely made a big difference on those rainy days. Lots of amenities inside the condo. Already booked again for next year. Owners are great with communication. Unless things changed, the beach chair service offered by Lazy Days is not worth the price (this is nothing to do with the owners, just a bit of extra info).

We love that the condo was so close to the beach and we were able to set up our tent and chairs right next to beach. The condo was a perfect size for our family with a well stocked kitchen. We loved it and have already booked it for next year.

The condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Right on the beach with an awesome view. All of the rooms are updated, and there are two large refrigerators in the kitchen, which was so helpful. Meeting and communicating with the owners was a pleasure. We would absolutely stay in this property again on our next trip to Pensacola.

Location was perfect. Just outside of town so the beach was not packed. Property was exactly as described. Only issue was the sand on the floor when we moved in - but then again how do you keep it all out if your enjoying the beach:) Having a vacuum available would be my only suggestion. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was our 3rd time visiting, still beautiful views and easy access to some great restaurants. Exterior renovations going on so a little noisy but still had a wonderful time. Although our son is being transferred to Virginia we all agreed we would like to come back again sometime.

This property is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved the whole condo and will definitely return. We also loved the short walk down to the beach and pool. Pensacola is a favorite of ours, and this condo is our new favorite!

The place was exactly as described. Great view. Plenty of room for the whole family. The large dining room table and 2 refrigerators were a big plus. There was a little construction going on in our building, but didn't effect us in any way. Not within walking distance of any restaurants, but a very short drive. Beach wasn't crowded at the time we was there.

Beautiful condo and an amazing veiw

This condo was perfect and we were able to get in the room early!! We had 2 families, 10 of us total, and we had more than enough room to move around, sit & relax and of course run around and play. The 2 separate balconies were perfect for morning quiet time. The storage closet on the balcony was full of chairs, umbrellas & beach toys. The elevators were never busy, the pool was never crowded, and access to the beach was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to family and friends. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The suite was wonderful! The beds could be somewhat more comfortable and there was condensation in one of the bathrooms on the upper vent. Overall, it was a great place. Very open space in regards to the kitchen, dining area and family room.. nice views from all the balconies. We would stay here again.

My 3 adult children, their spouses, their children, my husband and I stayed in the condo and loved it!! We had a total of 14 people who stayed here for 7 nights. We loved all of the space in the condo. There were 7 adult beach chairs, plenty beach towels for all of us to use., a lot of children’s beach toys, and nets for crabbing!! We have been taking a beach family every year to many years. This is the best place we have stayed!! I can’t wait to stay here again!!
