Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $945 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Luxury four-bedroom home situated on a canal in Sailmaker Cove and overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound! High end appliances in the kitchen, along with granite counter tops and other incredible amenities. Master bedroom has a king bed, 1st guest bedroom also has a king, guest bedroom 2 has a queen, and 4th guest bedroom has one twin and one full. In addition there are four bunk beds in the hallway upstairs - the kids will love it! At the end of a sun-soaked day on Navarre Beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Step out onto the decks from the living room and soak in the amazing views of the water. Almost every bedroom offers a private deck too! The house is pet friendly too, so bring your four-legged family member with you. This gorgeous house also offers bikes and paddleboards as well. This gated community offers a pool that is located just steps from the home. You don't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind luxury home on Navarre Beach! No boats or trailers allowed to be parked in the driveway. Passenger vehicles only per HOA rules and regulations. The home was great. Spacious, all of us had our own space but still had community areas to hang out together. The bikes were nice as well, and the walk to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

The BEST place we have ever rented! Location was absolutely perfect, beds are SUPER comfortable the house was large and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. So much to do! The sound is in the backyard and the beach is directly across the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The rental had everything we needed for a great Spring Break stay! The location was perfect and the views were amazing from the decks. Our kids love to fish so it was a huge plus that they could walk right out the back door to fish and kayak. Short walk to the beach.

My husband and I had our 4 adult children and spouses and our grandchild stay at this house. It was wonderful! The layout of the house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the first floor master suite were great for all of us. The kitchen and living area was a dream. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for lots of cooking.
The location of being on the sound and a VERY short walk to the Gulf was spectacular. There was so much space for group gatherings but also good space for private time. So many decks for lounging, eating, viewing..... we even saw dolphins in the sound!
We would 100% re-rent this home!!

Repeated our stay in Feb/Mar '23 from '22 and extended for 3 weeks. This is an ideal location to get away from Chicago area winter weather and regenerate. There is a large amount of construction in the area but this home is acts as a oasis with its back porches and access to the Gulf beach.We plan on coming back next year for another visit.Hoping it is available for us to enjoy.

The house was great. Fufilled all our needs for bedrooms and living space. Beds slept great and plenty of amenities. We grilled out, used their beach toys and being able to have three garages for cars was fantastic. Would recommend the house to anyone with a larger family and we will plan on going back.

This is a beautiful, upscale house. Very nice, very comfortable. If I could suggest anything, I would add a small “landing” dock similar to the neighbors. Other than that, perfect!!!

The place was nice but there were some fairly large issues that did not ruin the trip/experience but definitely worth noting especially for the exorbitant price!
1. The place was not super clean. Old food residue all inside the couches/underneath tables. Lots of dust.
2. The internet is atrocious. If you come expecting to do any work on the side, plan to drive to a Starbucks for decent wifi. The televisions worked fine but it did go out here and there.
3. INSANE CONSTRUCTION happening right next door (10 feet away) and on all sides of the neighborhood. I realize this is notated but it is way worse than we imagined. They started at 6:30 in the morning and went until 7pm at night. Constant hammering/sawing/construction workers ogling all the women in our group/no privacy.....
All in all, for a large group, this place is decent. To check in-you have to drive a few miles away and sign papers which I found to be fairly ridiculous. However, the man who accommodated me was very sweet and even gave us free beach coolers (they broke almost immediately). For the price and the issues, we will not be returning. I recommend this place to larger groups when construction is no longer an issue. Until then, look elsewhere.

This house is located perfectly between the sound and the beach. Our kids loved getting up in the morning and fishing from the seawall right at the back door, then heading to the pool just steps away. When time for the beach it's a short walk up the driveway and across the street.The beach is almost private. Very little activity on that end because it is right next to the game reserve. The house is excellent with four bedrooms and four hallway bunks. Bottom floor has large garage storage with extra fridge. Elevator is nice to move luggage and supplies to the second and third floor. Golf cart was there but didn't look like it had been running for awhile. There was construction going next door and across the street,so it was a bit noisy and crowded. That should be done by late fall or winter. Biggest negative is the driveway was tricky. We got one vehicle stuck while backing out. Stay in the concrete and you'll be fine.We had minor air conditioning issue and a dryer issue but the the property management took care ,surf, pool and sound from one place. Hard to beat!

This property was a PERFECT rental for our family who gathered at the beach in March 2022! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family of nine just perfectly. This is located right on the sound, and was a quick five minute walk to the Gulf Beach. This was a perfect beach location for our family, as it was not crowded, with beautiful white sands and an ample supply of shells. The location is great for privacy on the beach but a short drive to Destin or Pensacola for activities. The home is nicely furnished with all of the amenities you should need, including an elevator for moving your luggage and vacation needs. Our grandchildren loved the bunkbed space and each family had plenty of private space with their bedrooms and bathrooms. While there we enjoyed the restaurant Crabs on the Beach at Pensacola and beautiful family beach photos by Jessica Salort. Thank you, Paradise Beach Homes, for a WONDERFUL family vacation! LOVE IT!

House is next to protected dunes so views are stunning. Easy walk across the street to the gulf side beach. Elevator was a bonus for 80 year old family member, worked well to keep him safe.

Our 2 week visit to Navarre Beach and 7316 Spinnaker Ct was just what we needed. This house is beautiful and was perfect for my wife and I and another couple. The location was close to the beach for sunset walks and allowed us to relax away from the snow / cold in Wheaton, IL.

Overall, this is a beautiful property with an excellent location close to the beach as well as an absolutely beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound from the back porches. This house provided adequate sleeping arrangements as well as spacious gathering areas. We loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom attached and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. David from Paradise Beach homes was a spectacular host and was very attentive to our needs during the stay.
I would be remise if I did not share that if you have pet allergies, this may not be the best property for you. We own pets so we did not think twice about renting a pet friendly property, however, a family member suffered an allergy reaction after sitting on the sofa the first night we were there. When we brought this up to David, he apologized and informed us that if we wanted to stay in a property of theirs again, to just let him know ahead of time and he would put extra cleaning procedures in place. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Paradise Beach Homes and would absolutely rent from them again!

The property itself was fantastic - beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. There were only seven of us, so we were able to cook/eat meals and watch movies together - then spread out when we wanted to. The amenities included comfortable beds, hot showers, and various patios offering many beautiful views of the surrounding waters. There was a very short walk to the beach and a short drive from any manner of food choices and adventures. The elevator was very useful in getting luggage up to the top floor. There was a minor issue with gnats and flies - we checked everything and couldn't figure out why they were so relentless! But they did not deter our fun. We had a great time and would definitely do it again!!

The property itself was fantastic - beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. This house is beautiful & well-appointed but I have mixed reviews on our experience. Some items were points of frustration since we flew in from several different states to gather together. One roll of toilet paper per restroom for a week's stay, two garbage bags for the week, no napkins, no kitchen scissors, and limited items to keep the place clean and tidy for a large group staying for the week. With all of that said, the house provided a variety of sleeping options for 4 families. Children on the bunk beds, couples with their own bathrooms, tons of balconies & private spaces. The views are wonderful. The layout worked out very well for us. With toddlers in tow, it was good that the pool was not in the yard but literally right next door. The Gulf of Mexico beach is a 5 minute walk across the street & there is a very small beach area right in the back on the canal which is perfect for the toddlers to play in the sand. Loved the beach toys. The kayaks onsite were great, but one of them has a split bottom which limited our water time to about 45 minutes for that one. Life jackets are a youth large and an adult XL and that was it. We planned to use the grill but we couldn't get it lit. The ignition didn't work and once we borrowed a lighter from next door, realized that the grill hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and was not something we wanted to use. We still couldn't get it lit; probably out of gas. We had a very rainy week which revealed a leaky ceiling in one of the upstairs bathrooms.
Would I stay at this house again? Probably yes, but would clarify a few things before booking. As a rental property owner myself, I have a different view for how to provide for my guests during their stay. Everyone we called for questions or assistance was very nice and helpful. Again, the house is very beautiful and the elevator was a big help in bringing in luggage and groceries. Morning coffee out on the balcony was enjoyable while watching the sunrise.
