Situated in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $941 per night is a great option for your next break. Dogs allowed - requires approval, $200 per dog cleaning fee Casamigos is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bath home, located in a gated community with stunning water views of the Inter-coastal Waterway! This home includes an elevator for easy access to each floor. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious tile flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Casamigos sleeps 15 guests comfortably (8 adults, 7 children), with two master bedroom suites. All bedrooms have smart TVs. On the main floor is bedroom #1, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the top floor. Bedroom #2 is a large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a large walk-out back deck with water views. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full over full-sized bunk bed with a pull out single-sized trundle bed and attached full bathroom . Bedroom #6 has a single over single-sized bed. You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. The main floor Master bedroom includes king-sized bed along with flat screen tv. Casamigos offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy three decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. There is a large gas grill for your family cookouts. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community. Complimentary kayak and paddle boards offered throughout your stay. Deposit required. Golf cart rental available. Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motor boat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean, and well kept. Our group loved the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The house also had kayaks and life jackets as well as a paddle board that we used. Another thing that was amazing is that the house had the bay on one side and the ocean on the other so for those of us that don't enjoy that sand on the beach or the waves we could go to the bay. So the location was perfect on top of how awesome the house was on the inside. The elevator was very helpful as well to get luggage upstairs and was just over all extremely convenient. The house was full of conveniences. Over all our stay was amazing thanks to this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this little community, and we love it. The house is steps from the back bay and the pool. The beautiful and I not at all crowded beach is just across the street. It is an easy walk (less than 5 minutes) or a very short drive (less than 1 minutes) with parking to beach access and parking . This house, layout very well with master on the bottom floor, and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. Each of us three mothers and 7 teen and preteen boys were able to sleep comfortably. The house was clean and well kept, and there was plenty of space. It was well-stocked; there were even plenty of beach chairs, paddle-boards, and a wagon. We could have left all of our beach gear at home, and been equipped.. We had no reason to contact the rental company, but in the past, they have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and polite. I would note that it is a nice and quiet community, it’s not for those looking to party at the beach. The pier and beach bar are a mile or 2 down the road. Also, national seashore is walking distance from the property.

My family and I (8 adults & 3 children) had a spectacular stay at Casamigos. Everything was extremely clean and the place was well appointed with all the necessities - do bring your own consumables however (soaps, shampoos, paper towels, etc.). The location was easy to find and access and super convenient for the unbeatable Navarre beaches. The host contacted us ahead of check in to welcome us and the check in process was smooth and quick. The host was also very responsive to my inquiries and even resolved an issue we had very quickly. We felt perfectly in luxury’s lap and especially grateful at the end of a full day to be able to unwind and rest in this beautiful home. You won’t regret booking this place. Our thanks to Casamigos for hosting us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed here to celebrate or 60 wedding anniversary and our party of 4 generations. The house was lovely and decorated with a nice beach theme decor. We used the kayak and paddle board in the sound, and there were lots of sand toys for our great grandkids for beach time. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate our party on rainy days when we were unable to go to the beach, Board games and cards were stocked in under the TV cabinet in the main living space and the kids had room to play inside. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils, glasses and dinning ware. The elevator was a plus for our elderly and disability members. The managers were very responsive in providing a golf cart rental. Unfortunately, the elevator broke the day before we left, and the managers were very responsive in have maintenance personnel come out right away. Great place to vacation.

Beautiful decor/paintings/beach themed Christmas trees. Very nice finishings in the bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable master bed and two lovely master suites. Easy to walk the beach wagon and paddleboard to the bay which was very calm and quiet. Elevator was a big perk for the older family members and for taking luggage and groceries up. A few indoor games for the kids but loads of outdoor beach supplies, beach chairs, 2 kayaks to use during the stay. Only negative is wishing we had a better view of the water from the deck.

We had a wonderful much needed weekend celebrated bday and Mother’s Day. It was right by the beach and we took advantage of the grill. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect weekend
