Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $1,129 per night is a great choice for your next trip. BRAND NEW POOL! Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound, this elevated home offers outstanding views of beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and a large covered balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and soak in the scenery. Barbecue gas grill on deck. A large backyard leads to steps into the gently lapping waters of the sound, which are ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking and so much more. 6 bikes, 2 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks provided for guests use! Entry into the home is upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of space for food preparation and a bar area for those wishing to socialize with the chef. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. There is an additional bedroom with one full bed, one twin bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are two additional bedrooms with one full bed and the other bedroom has one queen bed and there is one additional bedroom with two full beds. These four bedrooms have access to the two common area bathrooms. The white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach are a short three to four block walk across the island, about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Event friendly for up to 35 people. Location, Location! This home was clean and nicely decorated. stocked with everthing we needed. (the Bike tires could use air but otherwise everything was great). We enjoyed the Kayaks, beach toys and pool floats...Thanks. The location on the bay was awesome. The kids could get in the water right out front to swim...when they were not busy in the pool. The ride to the beach was short and we spent time jumping in the surf as well. We were close to restaurants, but enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet. Lovely, Lovely, thanks!

The vacation rental was just okay..We would not stay again, however. The wi-fi never worked. When we turned on the sink in one of the bathrooms, old hair shavings shot out the faucet.. weird. The toilets were slow to flush. Everything else was fine. The style could use some help.The pool was a great feature. My guests complained about it being too warm (I liked that it was, personally). The dock was a nice feature.The Bluetooth speaker by the pool was a nice bonus. The biggest upset was the wi-first. Oh, and the fridge! Could've been cleaned better and the raw fish scent hit you soon as you opened the door. The baking soda in the box wasn't helping too much.

We stay in a sound front house every year and this was a new one for us. The house and location were great. We had everything we needed to cook except a sheet pan. The staff at Paradise, as always, were great to work with. Can't wait to come again next year.

We LOVED 1205 Panferio vacation home. For a group of 8 adults, this was a perfect choice! The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful location right on the Sound and steps from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and and bedrooms nicely furnished. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside watching boats and other water activity on the sound. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this home to celebrate my retirement. Our aunt, sister, kids and grandkids joined us for various times during the stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool every day. We walked to the gulf, baby beach and park. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The location was great, and a quick drive but a little far to walk to all the restaurants. The house is older but very clean. The management company was very responsive to all our requests. Overall I would recommend this for a great family vacation!

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, beautiful, and right on the water. The patio was the perfect place for meals and hanging out. Also just a short walk across the beach! Only cons are it says it sleeps 16 but we really only comfortably fit 13 in there with the small size of some of the beds. Also just note to add toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags to your list!

The views from the kitchen were amazing. The house could use some proper upgrades as there was some patchwork done that wasn’t very aesthetic. But it was a great house for kids and dogs right on the water.

The house was very nice with a lot of amenities outside to utilize. It also has a beautiful water view. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold. The major complaint is the master bedroom - there was no heat in that room - it registered under 40 degrees on a thermometer and it was unbearable to sleep, even with extra blankets. Maintenance came out to try and fix the problem but was unable. Even during the day we would wear heavy sweatshirts in the living area. It was extremely cold weather that weekend but the house is poorly insulated and very drafty.

We celebrated the holiday in this house and had a lovely stay. At one point there were 16 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Location was great and the pool looked nice but was a bit too cold for our use. The dock was nice to sit on, but was not a good location to catch fish. The kitchen was adequate, but a second refrigerator would have been nice for a five bedroom house. Plan to bring coolers if you are a large group. Beach was a five minute walk. All rooms have TVs. We would stay here again.

The house has a beautiful outside sitting area, porch it’s perfect, love the views, beds are really comfortable to sleep.The ac works perfectly in 3 of the 5 bedrooms and the living room, but the kitchen master bedroom and the kids room gets hot, it’s really noticeable and uncomfortable to sleep, also the fridge broke the 3rd day of our stay, apparently it has a trick to work, I had to cook all the frozen food I had in one night since the fridge didn't get cold and almost all was thawed, fridge section some food did spoil , we notice that really late that night idk when or what time did stop working , I call the office and they sent someone next morning to fix it, he told us the fridge had trick to work, honestly it was really old, in our opinion and need to be replaced. Kitchen needs a little bigger pots and pans, I mean the house it’s for more than 10 people so if you need to cook breakfast for at least 10 people a small pot doesn’t do the trick.I’ve been staying at paradise beach homes properties for many years, and this time I saw some areas that need to be better cleaned and this never happened before.Love the Pool and downstairs, I would stay again, but please fix the fridge and the AC.

This was a awesome vacation for my family. All of us had a great time and the house was fabulous.Clean plenty of room and plenty of things to do.Pool bicycles and kayaks fishing pier all provided Plenty of household items to cook with along with a washer and dryer!!! The sunrises and sunsets are fabulous.Everyday there were dolphins that swam by also Would definetly give this a 5 star plus Can't wait for next year!!!

We had a great time with enough space for the whole family. The pool was an extra bonus. We had everything we needed supplied in the rental. The only thing that might need to be addressed is the air conditioning in the master bedroom, it was pretty warm in there. Another thing that was that I am not sure if they changed the beds because 3 of the beds had sand in them, so we just used our own bedding. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. We would also stay there again.

The view of the bay was fantastic. Very relaxing. The house itself is very worn. We spent initial time wiping grease off cabinets and cleaning. HVAC system does not cool evenly and on last day when HVAC kicked on, there was a very odd smell in one of the bedrooms that forced guests to switch rooms.

Beautiful view of Pensacola Bay. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood giving you privacy, relaxation and a lot of open spaces to walk. Ocean was 3 blocks away and very clean and beautiful. We saw a mullet fish run standing on our private dock with hundreds of fish as well as dolphins and a family of stingrays. We brought our dog this trip and enjoyed the fenced in yard. House is older but clean with plenty of kitchen supplies and comfortable beds. Stove is older and could use a replacement. Only real complaint would be arriving to town earlier than planned after driving 18 hrs to not be allowed to check in even though the property was ready. The company made us wait for 1.5 hrs half of which in the parking lot. We had stopped by the house to check where we would be and no one was there and it was ready. Everyone was exhausted and the inflexibility was a little disappointing. Overall good experience and we really enjoyed the area. .

This property was in a great location and very clean on the inside. A few things that were NOT ok and should be considered if renting this property within the next year would be: The dock was not safe and we could not use it! They had tons of wood just piled up in the yard with screws and nails everywhere. The yard was full of dog poop and beer bottle caps, which my son cut his foot on. I do realize they had storms earlier in the season, but what a mess!

Wonderful vacation
Everyone was very helpful and put me at ease during corona virus and deciding to come down. The house was nice and my family had a great time. We will be booking again and making this a yearly vacation.
