This is for the beach lovers, the boaters, the water sport enthusiasts, the fisherman, and the families going on the ultimate Navarre Beach vacation. The layout - starting from the ground level up. At ground level is the garage, two garage doors in the back that open up to the 15 by 30 ft pool (which is huge for the beach), Outdoor shower, grill, Bar, TV, full size refrigerator, ping pong, connect four, and a half pool bathroom. The main level you will find the open kitchen and living room (queen sleeper sofa), and one bedroom with 2 king built in bunk beds and two twin built in bunk beds and on suite bathroom. The main level has one 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs is 4 additional bedrooms : Bedroom #2: Master Suite w/King Bed and large on suite bathroom w/large walk in shower & stand alone tub. Bedroom #3: Queen Bed with on suite bathroom Bedroom #4 Queen Bed with on suite bathroom Bedroom #5 2 Queen Beds with on suite bathroom This new house is located on the west end of Navarre Beach, in an area known as Grand Navarre. The house sits on 40 feet of canal front, the canal leads out to the intracoastal waterway and opens up the beautiful Gulf Coast. This house is designed and built for vacation renters in mind - each bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom. The house has a nice sized private pool, with the ability to be heated ($75 per day). The house has been professionally designed and decorated, modern but yet comfortable. The property has some very unique options - Bring your own boat or rent the boat with a captain, the boat stays at the house on the boat lift if not bringing your own watercraft. If you are bringing your own boat the boat that is with the house will be moved so you have space to dock. 6 seat Golf Cart in garage which can be rented and used to travel around Navarre Beach. There are some other fun amenities such as ping pong table, connect four. Additionally, the beach fun package provided for the guests includes - Kayaks, 4 life vests, 6 Beach Chairs, 5 Umbrellas, and a beach wagon! Our family always tries to get together for Christmas since we see each other only once a year. This year we chose the Big Blue because it was in an area we are interesting in moving too later in the years. Once arrived - it was a very quiet location. It also was about 3 miles from the nearest restaurant- so just make sure to have that in mind. However, you are halfway to Pensacola and Destin equally so depending on where you want to go - it’s only a 25 min drive. But, no real need to go to those places if you don’t really want to. We ate at Andy D’s and it was great! We met the owner himself who was absolutely a sweetheart to a grumpy (tired) 2 year old in our group. The house had PLENTY of space for us all - 12 in total… and the service was just as good. When we first arrived to the house we discovered the elevator was not working properly. We called and within minutes someone was there to fix it. Taking a week’s worth of groceries up those stairs as well as luggage would have a been a huge feat. The time of year we arrived - it was too cold to really enjoy the water or any outside activities. We did walk the beach occasional which is only a short block away. Lastly, you can’t visit Navarre Beach without visiting sweet pea at the turtle conservatory nor walk the pier. Well worth the time and memories.

This house is fantastic and there was more than enough room for our family. Beds were comfortable. All the creature comforts of home! A bit of caution - there is a lot of construction going on in the area around the home. It certainly did not ruin the fun, but most days during the week it was mildly/moderately loud during the day. Heating the pool was heaven and it was our go to after the brisk ocean water. Highly recommend! You can walk straight to beach from the house. It’s a perfect location! We rented the golf cart on the property but did not use it as much as we would have liked because we had a rental car and no one (all adult children) wanted to mess around driving it to the restaurants as it is a bit slower than getting there by car. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! 5 out of 5 stars!

We are so happy to have found this house! It is beautiful, large and clean. Large inground pool with bathroom that was on1sf fl. We absolutely loved the pool and used it everyday! It was so beautiful lit up at night. The deck off the living room was spacious and had plenty of seating! The kitchen was beautiful and large. Also had every kitchen tool we needed and then some. Definitely appreciated having an ice maker! The living room was next to the kitchen with a sectional sofa. Honestly, the only drawback to the property was that the sofa seating really was not enough for the 12 people that we came with. Loved that every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The elevator in the house was so convenient and helpful for bringing in food and luggage. The communication with the property manager was quick with responses. Very easy to work with them. Short walk to the beach. The house had beach chairs, pool toys, wagon, etc. We definitely want to come back!! Oh and did I mention the pool!!??
