The main level of the home has a large gourmet kitchen, sunken dining room and over-sized living area. This level of the home also offers three-bedrooms and three-baths. There is a king suite on this level with a twin over queen bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. This bedroom offers a private bath. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and twin bunks which has a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom on this level has a king bed and shares a bath with the living area. The top floor of the home has a large master bedroom with king bed, daybed with trundle and a queen sleeper sofa with a Gulf facing sun deck. The master bath has an over-sized shower, soaking tub, two vanities, private toilet area and small private balcony. We had 4 adults and 4 teens at Maldonado 1010 for the week. It was fabulous! The home has PLENTLY of space, inside and out! Some of the amenities of the home include: a nice pool, table tennis, foosball, basketball game, a fully equip kitchen (even with a slow cooker), a gas grill, a gas fire pit, pet friendly, nice grass, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of TV's, an extra fridge by the pool area and close proximity to the beach (5 min walk, at most). We felt like we were at our own private mini-resort! We had such a wonderful time! I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future! -And honestly, I'd probably bring more people, because there was so much space and so much to do!In addition, Pensacola Beach Home Rentals was a pure pleasure to work with. They were incredibly friendly and communicate extremely well. I found there customer service to be "top notch"!

We couldn’t have had a more perfect vacation and the long drive from Texas was totally worth it. Only 7 of us made the journey but praying the other 4 will be able to join us next year. We stayed so busy between the pool, game room and beach that we hardly had time to go shopping. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, the house was perfect, the reviews I read last year and speaking to the ladies from the office gave me the idea to start a Walmart order (they deliver). We brought only enough food for dinner and breakfast and then Walmart delivered a weeks worth of groceries. That saved a lot of food packing and gave extra space in our vehicles. The beach has great access (easy short walk) and was not crowded at all. Some days was windy and the water clear and refreshing. Not many sea shells though. Some days the waves were dramatic but most days were calm. Made for great family photos! The kids had a blast, never a dull moment. The house has plenty to entertain for hours on end....for everyone. Lots of relaxing and visiting. Next year we will try a local restaurant, lol the kitchen in this house was made for lots of cooking and setting out platters of food out for grazing. I love this floor plan!! Thank you to the owners for sharing. We took great care that you would give us 5 stars as well😃We have no complaints and love to share with future guests that like to plan ahead... *Things we added to our grocery list: dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, paper towels. (A week long stay required more.)👍

The house is beautiful and perfect for our family. We rebooked for May 2024. A few issues...1. Ants in the kitchen window and counter top.2. As can’t be prevented, the storm left tons of water underneath the house and pool area. Water got in the game room and one bedroom on the first floor.

House is nice for a large group. Upper suite has kitchenette but stair are steep and slick. We were there for Spring Break, pool was nice but not heated. We enjoyed the outdoor space and decks for morning coffee. Fenced decks and yard were great for Little kids. This house has NO beach toys, pool toys, folding chairs, bikes, NOTHING for enjoying the beach outside the house. So plan accordingly. House also has only 1 day supplies for dish soap/laundry/garbage bags (as stated in the ad) so plan to stop by a store the first day.

Our family of 11 had a great week at this home. A very roomy home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We loved the pool area. Plenty of space for hanging out. The outdoor TV was nice- we mostly used it to play music but it gave us lots of options. The extra fridge down by the pool was nice. A really short walk to the beach and not much longer to go to the bay side. Quiet area and the beach only had a few other families. We had a small problem with the pool but had an immediate response and it was fixed within 2 hours. It was a wonderful week!

For the month we were there, we were woken every morning around seven am by the relentless sounds of construction noise. The work continued all through the day until evening. They were not finished when we left, no idea how long it will go on for. I'd ask Paradise homes before booking what the status is on the construction work. The house itself was ok. The fenced in back yard is nice.

Just returned fron a week at 1010 Maldonado. Family vacation with kids and granchildren. Home was spacious and fun. Short walk from the beach, and the pool was a huge bonus. Updated laundry and kitchen dishwasher were used often! Down side--there is no table inside for your family to sit together and dine or play games--especially when it's raining outside. The house is a little worn, and you will deal with sticky doors and a bit of a musty smell. Biggest issue we had was the master bedroom shower features multiple nozzles and many knobs--few of which worked. Some days we had hot water and some days we did not. (Shower only--the sinks and tub worked properly) Bottom line--if you are on a family vacation--1010 Maldonado rocks! If you are hosting clients or finicky people--pick a newer property to rent

Overall it was a good stay! The house definitely needs some upgrades! Before I rented the house I asked the staff if the water leak on the roof in the first bedroom was going to be fixed and ifthe doors were going to be able to open (some were not due to rust and swelling). None of these items were fixed upon arrival. Also the house does not have cable and the internet is extremely slow if it even works at all. the house is fine if you have about 8-10 people staying and an easy walk to the beach.

Great location for a family Vacay. Only problem with the house is that ALL the doors NEED to be replaced. Hard to shut the doors. Pool quit working. We called property management, but pool not fixed before we left. Doors not repaired before we left. BUT OVERALL it was a great experience.

Overall it was a good experience, the house was clean and the decor was very inviting. The only negative thing about the house that I must add is that there was mold on the ceiling/ wall in one of the bedrooms downstairs.
The rental company however was not impressive. As soon as I signed the rental agreement, they stopped responding to my emails. One week before our arrival, I called and asked whether there was any way we could check in earlier than 5 pm. I was told we should call the day before. I did and I was told to call in the morning . I called in the morning (we were already on our way there) and they still couldn’t tell me what time the house would be ready. Please note that the house wasn’t being rented for 3 days before our arrival. The check out was also a bit prolonged as the lady at the front desk was too busy telling her stories to another lady.
The rental company however was not impressive. As soon as I signed the rental agreement, they stopped responding to my emails. Great location but the pictures are a sham. The property is worn down and beat up. I specifically asked about roaches saying it was a deal killer and found them on the floor in the living room the kitchen and my wife had the pleasure of finding one in the toilet after she got up!!!! Don’t do it until they fumigate and refurbish and don’t trust the company. I specifically asked about roaches and there were dead roach guys on the ceiling where a previous renter had killed one. No way they didn’t know!

My family of 6 and my in-laws just spent a week in October in this home. The home had plenty of seating areas around the pool and deck for the whole family. The kitchen was well appointed, the only thing I would have preferred was a seating area for all 8 of us to eat dinner together. The property was clean and while the pool was dirty upon arrival, someone was out just a few hours later and had it all cleaned up and looking good. Paradise Beach Homes were so awesome to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 32 meets every 3 years from the 4 corners of the US to enjoy famiky time. It was my families turn to plan and we chose Pensacola Beach. We had never been here before. My scouting trips paid off and I was able to secure two houses for our group to stay at. Maldonado 1010 was our gathering place for our evening meal as it has an elevator which was needed for our group. After being at the beach during the morning and early afternoon, the pool was a hit for the little ones before supper. The outside deck was perfect for eating as a group and later turned into a great dance revolution for our little ones in our group. 10 of our group stayed here at night and it was perfect. The rental office was extremely helpful and responsive to any of our needs, absolutely loved it.
