Flip Flop Retreat is nestled in the middle of the island between the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach) and Navarre Sound, Santa Rosa Island. The property has indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the deck and pool with spa. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, comfortably sleeps 16 guest. The living dining room has a large Amish banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. The wrap around deck goes around the home so you can watch the sun come up and the sun go down. Large private in-ground swimming pool and SPA that can be heated, and outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas grill with 6 burners and a charcoal grill which every you prefer. Outside dining area. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WIFI, full size washer and dryer, large bunk room with on suite and entertainment area. Perfect for family reunions, celebrations, and events. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars. This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change. Rates are set by owner. This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Damage deposit is $450.00 refundable Unless you damage the property or Smoke. A removal fee of $50.00 will be accessed for broken glass in pool or spa area. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional departure cleaning charge of $150.00. To heat pool is an extra $175.00. Cleaning after your visit is $300.00 You must be 25 or older to rent this property. No Exceptions! This is a Non-Smoking Property.

The house was great. Very clean and the AC worked perfect. Plenty room for my whole family. Pool was exceptional. It will take me awhile to get my knees back to normal from climbing the stairs so much. All this place needs is an elevator to make me a repeat customer year after year. Thanks FlipFlop Retreat!

We go to Navarre every year with our two adult children and their young children. We usually rent a townhouse on the beach. This year we decided to try your house because of the pool. We couldn’t have been happier. Getting to the beach w our crew was no problem And everyone loved having the pool. Great entertainment for everyone. The house is huge and our little ones loved having their own room to hang out together. We will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very large and had plenty of room for our party of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Large living room and dining table were great with our big family and game nights. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The only improvement I can think of would be to add TV’s to the bedrooms. There are only two TV’s in the house-living room and kids bunk bed room. Plenty of parking. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the spacious porches. Enjoyed the use of the bicycles around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

However, the hot tub was luke warm-not hot. One day the level in tub dropped about 50% and stayed down one day- it refilled the next day.
The TVs could have used some detailed instructions also.

Our family of 7 had the best time here! The house was perfect from the cleanliness and size of the home to all the amenities! Check in was a breeze and becoming familiar with local restaurants and grocery stores was easy thanks to the detailed list left for us!! We will absolutely be returning next year!!

The house, heated pool and spa were great. It was very comfortable for 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for the group, the common areas were wonderful to enjoy relaxing, reading, and spending time with the whole group. We had a problem with the pool heater but we got a response quickly and was remedied. The bikes were not in working order. Mattress are at the end of there life and need replacement. Over all we had a great time and would recommend to anyone for a great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Tom and BJ’s beautiful home. The location was perfect for our family of eight! The house was perfect for multiple families to have their privacy yet get together as a group! Having the four bathrooms was a huge luxury for each family. The bunk room was perfect for my son’s family that included a three and five year old! With its location at one end of the house it gave a quiet spot for them to watch their own tv with the kids before bed and allowed the others to enjoy adult time in the huge and open living room area. The newly renovated kitchen allowed us to have many family dinners together with plenty of space for cooking and everything we needed to prepare them! Of course the beautiful pool and spa were a great hit with everyone! We had several cool days and warm days to enjoy it! There were plenty of pool and beach toys in the outdoor shed for us to utilize. The beach wagon was a perfect way to carry our towels and toys to the beautiful white sand of the gulf which was just a short walk down the road. There were so many things we enjoyed as a family in the area including a day trip to the Gulf Island National Seashore and Ft Pickens, the beautiful Navarre Pier, and the kids favorite was getting to meet Sweet Pea at the Turtle Sanctuary. There were only a few mishaps when half of our party arrived at the house the first night to find the lock to the entry door did not work and the heat in the house was not working . Tom was very prompt in getting things fixed and sent out locksmiths to get us into the house that night and had a furnace guy out the next day to get the heat on! We had to stay there and wait for the repair man so we were not able to pick up the rest of our party at the PNS airport that night so they had to rent a car to get to the house. There is plenty of parking at the home for several cars. The family loved the wrap a round porches! So much space to read, eat and enjoy the views of the gulf and bay! I especially enjoyed one evening sitting on the bay side listening to the frogs and rain….so relaxing! The only two things we missed having were the grill which we were not able to get working and the bicycles. The tires were not aired up and the air pump didn’t have the needle to render it useable! Overall we had an amazing time at the beach house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation. The owners were easy to work with and the home is amazing!

The pictures cannot fully show the layout of this home. The layout is wonderful when you have kids and adults. Bedrooms on opposite ends of the house are very helpful for those that who need to go to sleep early. Lots of room to spread out and relax. The wraparound deck is very relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked. There were lots of books and games. The highlight of the Flip Flop is the pool and hot tub! With the beach within walking distance and the pool, it’s the best of both worlds. We will definitely want to stay here again! We had a couple issues with the owners and they were prompt to respond. The only downside was it is not as clean as home which most places are not anyway. I almost want to suggest more TV’s but vacationing is about getting away and spending more time together.

This was our first trip to Navarre beach and we were blown away at the beautiful beaches and laid back surrounding area. The house itself is huge - 2 king bedrooms with bathrooms, a queen with a bathroom, a queen, and a large bunk room with bathroom for an entire family. The pool is amazing and a rare find in the area - very large, hot tub is nice and everything you’d need for the beach and pool are available in the shed on site. Kitchen is lovely, and well stocked. The direct beach access is private property so you have to go to either public access site. Plenty of seating inside and outside - we had a party of 8 adults and 6 kiddos. I received immediate responses from the owners about any questions/concerns as well.

We normally do not spend a whole lot of time in the house however this time even with good weather we stayed at the house because of the fantastic pool. The layout of the house is fantastic and works great for large families.

Pictures don’t do this house justice—-it’s huge! Lots of room for everyone, and the bunk room is PERFECT for teenagers. Kitchen is stocked with all that you will need, and there’s lots of counter and cabinet space. Everyone enjoyed having our own private pool, so glad we chose Flip Flop Retreat for our vacation!

The house was the perfect setup for our family. We had 4 adult couples and our children. The bunk room was amazing for the kids to hang out and play during the day and sleep at night. The pool was so nice relaxing at the end of the day. I would recommend this home!

Overall this was a great house for our group of 13. Lots of room and great wrap around porch. The pool is amazing! It would have been nice to have beach access right across the street but it wasn’t far. There were a few cleanliness issues including mold on the fridge ice/water dispenser and moldy shower curtains. I know this can’t be controlled but T he algae at the beach was unreal. The kids were not happy so we had to drive to Destin for clear water.

We have never rented a beach house with a pool before. I’m so glad we did this time. It was great to come get in the pool when the June grass was very thick at the beach and at night after dinner. The house had lots of room. We had 15 people ages ranging from almost 1 to almost 70. Unfortunately, I’m assuming the guests before us didn’t take out the garbage cans before we got there on Saturday and the trash cans were almost full. Luckily we brought large trash bags. There were some small details to cleaning that need need to be addressed. Over all we had a great stay.

The whole family of 13 had a great time at the property. The house is centrally located for the beach, attractions and shopping. The pool and hot tub are better than the pictures. The bunk room and attached bathroom was great for the 5 grand kids. The house was large enough for the whole family. The host worked with us on all of our requests.
