Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for $1,121 per night is a great choice for your next break. Large, open waterfront home with all the best amenities! The open kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, microwave, granite countertops, and a wet bar with beverage cooler. In the kitchen you will also find special dishes and silverware for the little ones, a highchair and pack and play. The kitchen table seats 12, and there are 4 bar stools at the counter. Four bedrooms, sleeps 17 comfortably. Whole house water filtration system provides great tasting water to drink and cook with. Great location in between Navarre and Gulf Breeze. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus pool bathroom downstairs. Play in the saltwater swimming pool, relax on the large patio, and Cornhole, you will always have something fun or relaxing to do! 2 adult and 2 youth life jackets are also provided. Boat dock in front of house, with boat launch a mile down the road. Easy access to the Santa Rosa Sound. Pensacola Beach is minutes away by boat. To celebrate our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, this was the perfect location to stay for a family trip. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about the home. The elevator was much appreciated and the kayaks were so much fun. Plus the pool I hope we can come back soon!

The home was very beautiful exactly like the pictures shown. It was awesome having cleaning supplies,pool towels, garbage bags,enough toilet paper complimenting for our entire stay. Kitchen was beautiful love the colored tableware. I’m a cook so in the kitchen needs skillets that are true nonstick, measuring cups and a griddle other then that I was able to make it work. I know the ice maker could have produced more ice for our party of people, so my suggestion would be having a ice machine at the butler pantry. The pool was very enjoyable for all. The lounge chairs just needed to be dusted/cleaned. We really enjoyed setting outside under the cover patio deck. We enjoyed our stay and had enough room for our entire family. I would recommend this place to others.

Guys if your looking for a place to stay with a large group by Pensacola THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! We absolutely loved the amenities, the cleanliness, how close it was to the beach, stores, and our local family. This is a must if your searching in this are! Btw, the pool 👌🏻

This place is not only incredibly beautiful but the property manager and his wife were such a breath of fresh air to work with. They made sure that we were taken care of in any way. We had a small issue with the elevator and the pool step on the property and he came out within that hour to fix the issues because it was a hazard for our little ones. They were very polite and got back to us any time we needed. The place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and had everything you could ever need to cook with and/or do you daily living needs. Great property for family and friends to spend time together. The salt water pool will heal your skin in a heartbeat too! Along with the sound right there to boat in, it is on the very end so little to no boat traffic our entire trip. You feel like you're in your own oasis. We will definitely be back!

We loved the home and all it had to offer for our family vacation. The pool area was great and we spent most of our time there. The kayaks were a great added bonus!!!! The house is beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable. Its conveniently located close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc so we didnt have to travel far for anything. Our family of 18 had a great time and would definitely recommend this home!

Family got together for a graduation. When we were able to pull the kids from the pool, we were able to go places. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was labeled for easy use. Will definitely look for this place's availability for our next trip.
