Elevator Capacity: 4 persons or 950 lbs. Bimini House is a new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home that has everything a family could ever possibly want in a vacation home! This stunning beach home will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience! Bimini House offers those extras that a vacationer only dreams about: an elevator, a spacious resort style private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, golf cart, 4 hole putt putt golf course and ping pong table, plus so much more! The golf cart does require a refundable $500 deposit per Venmo and a non-refundable $50 maintenance fee. There is information on the garage wall near the golf cart that explains how to access the golf cart upon check-in. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the second floor living room and a twin sofa sleeper in the third floor living room. Large screen TV's and Wireless Internet throughout. Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (13) beach chairs for your convenience. Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and a beautiful dining table to accommodate large families. Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. This home makes for the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home! The designer in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The hot tub on the balcony is the perfect spot to soak and take in the views of beautiful Navarre Beach. The pool is NOT heated. Bedroom configurations: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: King Bed (3rd Floor) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (3rd Floor) Bedroom 5: Bunk Bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom) (3rd Floor) Queen Sofa sleeper in 2nd floor living room and Twin Sofa Sleeper in 3rd floor living room. *Please Note: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded): *Exceeding maximum occupancy. *Disruptive behavior. *Bringing any type of pet into the home. *Smoking/vaping in or around the home. *Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement. Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund. Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.

What a beautiful property. The property manager, Michelle, went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. A welcome gift basket with things for adults and kids set the tone for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. The house was top notch. The hot tub made the cooler temps refreshing. The ping pong table and putting green gave the kids plenty to do as well. Could not recommend this more. We will definitely be coming back.

The small gestures left around the house were above and beyond what I’d expect from a rental. The house can easily fit 2 families and has everything so there is no need leave other than the short walk to the ocean. My family wants to rent the same house next time we come in town!

Beautiful home and location. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work but we were compensated for the inconvenience. The beach is beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying at the Bimini House! It was beautiful inside and the beach was beautiful outside! So much to do for everyone and so much space with every bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen truly was fully stocked and we were even able to make a thanksgiving meal while there. We all really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

The Bimini house is beautiful. Easy access to the beach, just cross the street and you’re there! The house had everything we needed, from paper towels to beach towels! It was perfect size for our extended family of 10. Michelle was a great host! My only negative is the pool is not heated.

Perfect property!! Our group enjoyed every bit of this house. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable beds. All the amenities were perfect. The Host added a special touch through out the house. We loved the outside living space. There was a perfect spot for everyone to hang out and relax.

The Bimini House was fantastic! There was never a dull moment, between the beautiful beach steps from the house, to the pool, the spacious decks where many card games were played, this house did not disappoint! The layout was great. Ice machine was an awesome add as well. This place had it all!!

The Bimini House was absolutely beautiful and the furnishings were impressive. Michelle and Diane were great to work with and the little extras scattered throughout the house were impressive. Everyone loved the pool, the hot tub, the large deck, the volleyball court and of course, the golf cart. Our families enjoyed taking the golf cart across the street to the public beach parking and the beach was never crowded like at a condo. Our family of 10 rated this property a 10 star, but VRBO said 5 was the maximum. Be ready to be impressed by the Bimini House, we sure were !!!

This house was fantastic. It fit 10 (5 couples) of us perfectly. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The pool was the perfect size for an evening/night swim! The back porch was perfect to stargaze and watch the meteor shower! It is a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with an ice machine. We will definitely be staying here again. Communication about checkin and checkout were provided promptly and quick responses to any questions or comments. There is an elevator in this property that made it super accessible to everyone and helped after a long day at the beach. 100% would recommend this property!

Great house, super clean, lots of space! Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. Pool was awesome and so close to the beach. We used the golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach but it’s a very short walk to the parking lot. Definite 5 star stay and very helpful host and property manager. Our family of 12 had plenty of room. My mom has a hard time with stairs and the elevator was wonderful for her and excellent for luggage and groceries as well. Lots of extras and details. Recommend!

Everything worked out well. Great communication from owner and management company. 10 out of 10 would stay there again. Proximity to the public beach access across the street made it work and the kids loved the private pool. Its in shade before lunch so they could avoid the sun for a while. We brought a cornhole set and there was room to play downstairs in the garage area out of the sun. Overall great stay with great hosts.

Our family had a first class vacation at the Bimini House! Every detail was custom and we felt welcomed! There was plenty to do from the putt putt course, to the beautiful pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, volley ball court to mention a few. The kitchen was well stocked and we even had a candy waiting for us on our pillow before bedtime! Beautiful decor at every turn! And lots of lovely restrooms, too. This home will not disappoint! Oh and did I mention the beautiful beach!

I highly recommend to rent this beach house. This house is spacious and it is perfect if you have a big group of people. The house is very clean and has everything you need. It was nice just to hangout by the pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and the mini putt putt when you don't feel like going to the beach. The house is very close to the public beach access and the walk is very easy. The beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Bimini House. There are so many extras…bathrobes, toiletries, an ice machine, the golf cart, and a vert well stocked kitchen. The layout was amazing, there is enough space to gather as a family, but also allows you to have your own space when needed. The pool felt we were at resort. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be coming back.

This was an amazing home just across from a beach access. It was highlighted by an enormous open kitchen, family room, and outside deck that all could gather. The pool area reminds us of a resort. The amenities were great and all three generations of our family were thoroughly entertained. We will return!

This house & RMI are marvelous! So much more than we imaged. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The elevator was great for taking in suitcases & groceries from garage level to upper levels. The golf cart was wonderful for checking out the area. Easy access to the beautiful beach across the street. RMI was easy to contact & quickly responsed to any questions we had. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place. Many great family memories were made here. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. We will definately be back if at all possible.
