Nestled in Florida, this attractive house for $1,214 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beach View Home On Cape San Blas King's Landing is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that awaits renters to enjoy and return to year after year. It is within walking or biking distance to the Trading Post. You can't forget the delicious Weber's donuts. The open garage area provides ample room for many cars to park. There is also a storage area for renters to store their beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers pool (can not be heated) area is accessible from the garage area as well. The pool area is fenced in with chairs and tables to relax in. There is also a gas grill provided in the pool area of the home. On the first floor of the home you will find: A king bedroom with a full bathroom and private access to the gulf view deck. A queen bedroom with a bathroom (shower only) and access to the gulf view deck. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and another Queen bedroom. There is another full bathroom and access to the bay view deck. The second floor of King's Landing has your kitchen/Living/Dining areas. There are amazing views!! There is also another king bedroom with a full bathroom next to the kitchen. This room has views of St. Joseph's Bay. This home comes with free Wi/Fi and free long distance. There are TVs in every bedroom and plenty of room for everyone to eat. The dining room table seats 8, there is a bar area which seats 4 and a table outside on the deck that seats 4. There are also 2 wonderful rocking chairs on the top deck to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. We hope you will come and visit this home. This was our second stay at King's Landing.Love the distance to beach; very accessible.There had been some damage from hurricane Michael but the majority had been taken care of. We had 3 generations staying there and there was ample room and the elevator was great for accessibility. Coastal Joe's was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the unit had not been cleaned very well.

My family recently stayed at King's Landing and we loved everything this home had to offer: great layout, spacious kitchen, elevator, nice size pool, close proximity to the beach, screened-in porches, etc. This was our first year renting from Coastal Joe and they were great as well. Will definitely be back next year (if not sooner) and will book this home again.

This was supposed to be a long weekend scalloping with friends but the weather didn't agree. We loved King's Landing and spent a good amount of time inside since we couldn't get on the water. It had everything we needed and the views were awesome!

My entire immediate family stayed at King's Landing. It was great. The setup worked well for us and getting to the beach was very easy. The grandkids were able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. I dealt with Brittany from Coastal Joe and she was very professional and helpful. We only had a couple of problems with things (i.e. tv, loose rails on pool) and they were addressed quickly and professionally.

We had a great time at King's Landing, and it suited the needs of our family with 4 adults and 7 kids perfectly. We were seeking a beach that would be quiet, and the location was perfect. The beach access was directly across the street, making getting down to the beach a breeze. The street is quiet and there are several undeveloped lots, meaning the beach was never crowded and there weren't other beach goers within 30 feet of us. The house stairs were intimidating at first, but we found we didn't use the elevator all week. The sunsets were fantastic from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked including an instapot and a crockpot. We enjoyed walking to the Trading Post and to St. Joe Shrimp Co for delicious steamed seafood. We would definitely like to return.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 9. Loved the location. Great pool. Kitchen had what we needed. Great having the elevator to send all the supplies up. My husband has a hard time with stairs so he really appreciated the elevator too. The air conditioning on the top level ran all the time but couldn’t cool the house with all the sun that came in. 2nd level stayed nice and cool. All in all it was a great house and I would stay there again.

The house was clean and ready for us though!
When we did have to call maintenance they were wonderful with responding, especially Carl whom came after hours when the AC quit working on the bedrooms floor.

Although not directly on beach, this home had easy access and we could see the ocean. The living and dining area and the bathroom were nice and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked although some cookware was dirty. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Now for the not so good part. We had roaches, which we reported and an exterminator came. One of the gates to the pool was broken and I called and it was repaired that day. What was very disappointing was that we had an awful odor in the refrigerator, which I also reported. I was told that all that could be done for this was to give us baking soda. We got two boxes, but the odor was still there, all week long. We brought our boat and the incline of the driveway to the house caused the boat to drag, which also happened with a van.

We recently chose King's Landing for our family vacation. Since one member of our family relies on her wheelchair to be mobile, the elevator made our family beach trip possible at King's Landing. The house was very clean, but there were bugs in the kitchen drawers. If they could resolve that, this home would be exceptional.

This was our 2nd year at King's Landing and we have booked again for next summer. We had a maintenance issue with a door that never got resolved and figuring out how to work all TV's is always an issue, but all in all a very pleasant stay.

This was my third year doing business with Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals. These people are very professional and are class acts.Homes are very well kept. Kings Landing has been our favorite so far. The top floor balcony is screened in and bug free. The sunsets are incredible. You can hear the waves splashing and have great view of the Gulf of Mexico although your not directly on the beach. The acess. to the beach is very close and convenient.Highly recommend the whole package!! We will be back again next year!!

Our family spent a wonderful week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were 5 adults and 5 children in our group, and it housed us comfortably. The AC was powerful and appreciated when temps went to 100. The pool was nicely shaded around 4 and the kids and I had lots of fun there. The beach itself is gorgeous and just across the street. Coastal Joes was excellent and responsive. Excellent house!

This is the fifth house that we have rented in the Cape San Blas area for our family of 13. Every year we would be disappointed with some detail, but not this year. It met every item on our want list plus a few extras, like the half bath on the carport by the pool. Great living space on the main floor and lots of extras in the kitchen. We loved it so much that we have already booked again for next year.

Counters weren't clean. Downstairs hallway in front of bedrooms was gritty. Stairs needed vacuumed. Not up to Coastal Joe Standards or mine. The yard needs landscaping and grass and the septic tank overflowed. But the house was wonderful, well equipped and nicely furnished. We will rent it again. Terrific 8 ft. French doors that open to the gulf.

Perfect
My wife and I had the good fortune to spend February at Kings Landing. This property was perfect. It felt like a new house, yet had all the comforts of home PLUS an elevator. The kitchen was the best equipped of any property we've ever rented. Although not Gulf front it still offered great views of the Gulf from the top floor screened porch. The only thing missing were our children and grandchildren.
Our stay was arranged by Scott at Coastal Joe rentals. He and his staff could not have been more professional or helpful.

Awesome vacation home!
Our family had a wonderful time at King's Landing. The house has lots of light and a friendly and spacious feeling to it. We had our breakfast and dinner on the porch enjoying the gulf view. The beach is across the street and easily accessible. It is our kind of beach, not too many people. As our son has never enough of water fun, the pool is a nice option for after sunset. The house is a wonderful destination for a group of family friends or three generation family vacation or holiday spot as the elevator makes it easy for elderly people get around the house. The layout of the house allows everybody to enjoy each others company in the huge living room on the third floor, yet provides nice private retreat space in the second floor bedrooms or porches. The third floor bedroom guests are a bit more in the middle of the action, but have a nice little private deck to enjoy their morning coffee. Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 have a private bath and are uniquely desirable. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and equipped for more than average cooking and wine cooler has potential to keep happy quite a big crowd. Overall - a very nice place.
