This stand-alone home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings and a second story deck with a private hot tub and beautiful mountain views. Updates throughout the interior and exterior, Summer 2020. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The basement den has a walk-out patio with access to greenspace. There is private laundry and a private garage. Equal distance between Lakeside Village and River Run Village. With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you have the feel of a mountain home. Head upstairs to the main entryway with a closet and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living room features a large, remote controlled, gas fireplace with stone surround and a flat screen TV. New flooring, sofa, loveseat, and rug welcome you to relax and enjoy the space. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the french doors lead out to the private deck. On the deck you're treated to a private hot tub and panoramic mountain views. There is also seating and a new private grill. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with some new cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six and there is a dry bar nearby. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private laundry room is also on the main floor. It features a new full-sized washer and dryer. For your convenience, laundry soap is provided. The spacious master bedroom is upstairs in the loft, overlooking the living area. It features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a seating area. The vaulted ceilings offer an open feel and an additional window for natural light. The new lamps are equipped with USB charging ports. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a soaking tub. Downstairs on the lower level there is new carpeting and lighting for the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom can also serve as a den. It has a bunk bed and a sectional with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is also a flat screen TV and a walk-out patio with access to greenspace. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Can’t beat the price if you book ahead of time. Plenty of space for 6-8 people, 2 minute drive to the resort. Kitchen stocked with everything you need if you bring your own groceries and can’t beat the hot tub after a day on the slopes!

We could not be more happy with our stay through Summit County Mountain Retreats. We got a little bit of a scare when we arrived for check- in because our check-in instructions were missing from the lock box. When we went to the office, the lady explained that the owners of the property we were bioked at, had not checked out that day. She immediately went to work to find us an alternate property to stay in, and to make sure that we were taken care of. Within just a few minutes, we were on our way to our new property. We were checked on multiple times during the week to make sure that we were not having any issues with our stay, and to see if there was any way they could help. We were even asked to let them know if we found any issues with the property that needed to be addressed. For several years now, we have exclusively rented vacation rental properties like this,and were taken care of by Summit County Mountain Retreats better than any previous management company. We could not have been more pleased with a rental management company than this. Summit County Mountain Retreats!Thank you very much.

Great location and nice walk to River Run Village and fun at The Goat. Beautiful views from sun up to sun down. The hot tub, patio furniture and gas fire table make for an amazing outdoor hangout spot.

We understand things break but the number of items that needed to be addressed during our visit seems excessive & no accommodation for these inconveniences were offered. While service to address the items was mostly prompt-even loss of one day is significant during a 3-day rental.
Prior to our arrival we were told the fireplace was out of order which was very disappointing.
One of the MAIN reasons we chose this unit was the hot tub. The water was filthy & a bath towel was left in it. Obviously, it had not been checked prior to our arrival. We called & Carlos arrived within an hour to empty the hot tub, refill & treat the water. He did a great job. Unfortunately, the water takes a long time to warm up, so we were unable to use the hot tub 1 of our 3 nights.
The code rec’d to the lock box for the key didn’t work.
There was a humidifier that didn’t work – a new one was brought quickly.
Wi-fi was intermittent making watching tv difficult.
Tues night the dishwasher would not turn on. Wed morning, I called was told someone would come by that day. We left to ski. When we arrived back that evening it still did not work. I called & was told that maintenance was running behind & someone would be out “first thing in the morning”. They offered for someone to come over & wash the dishes. I declined because it seemed awkward to have a stranger doing dishes while I was cooking dinner. 10am Thurs morning no one had arrived. I called again. About an hour later someone came & was able to fix it.
Fri morning, as suggested, we made sure dishes were in the dishwasher & it was running, the dirty towels were in the bathroom tubs & all trashcans emptied. At 10am we were loading the last suitcase in the car & the cleaning crew arrived. They had to back down the driveway so we could leave.
At 10:15, I rec’d a call to remind me check out was at 10 & that the cleaning crew reported they could not get in the unit. I told her they were only delayed a couple of minutes.
This call was very upsetting. We could have left the dishes on the table, towels wherever they lay & the trashcans full. We didn’t. Less than 10 min late leaving & I get a call complaining about the inconvenience to the cleaning crew. After everything that went wrong with the unit, it was hard to believe we were being called out for a few minute delay.
The view is great, the unit is beautiful. But personally, I would not rent this unit again & have significant concerns about doing business w/SCMR.

The house is in a great location with easy access to Keystone resort and within walking distance to a couple local eating spots. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were there and you could not access the garage from outside which made parking in the garage much more difficult.

We loved this property! Very spacious with plenty of sleeping room. The hot tub on the deck was amazing!!
The only negative thing I would say is the one ply toilet paper and Kleenex (really hard on the skin). I will bring my own next time. Other than that, we loved this place!

Everything in our rental was great. The hot tub was perfect and maintained the day we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed for our trip. The location was amazing. A short car ride to all the beautiful sites and activities in summit county. The mud room was so handy and had plenty of room for all our snow gear. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of six. The heat inside was cozy and there was plenty of hot water. The humidifiers were very helpful. We have a family of six and the layout was perfect for everyone to have their space when home between road trips and shopping. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice to have a modern kitchen to cook meals for the family. Place was clean and ready to go. Location is 20-30 minutes from several other popular resorts and destinations. Beds were firmer than we liked but still fine overall.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this recently updated home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback was all the stairs. There's about 14 stairs to get to the main level and another 14 stairs to get to the master bedroom.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this property and loved it! It is conveniently located only minutes from the Keystone resort and ski slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub on 2 of our 5 nights. It had a very cozy feeling and had plenty of key amenities. We will definitely have this place on our mind when we visit Keystone again in the future!

Awesome, comfortable and convenient stay

Had a great time and the hot tub was a plus. Nothing beat coming back after a long day of skiing and jumping in. Had a brief issue with a faulty alarm but it was resolved promptly and the battery was replaced. Really appreciated the quick response and when we wanted to extend due to weather it was super easy. Plenty of amenities and right next to restaurants and keystone.

We had a family Thanksgiving at the home. The kitchen was very well appointed with nearly everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge plus for our grandson and adults alike. The living space is very comfortable and the views of the mountains were stunning. As others have mentioned, we also had issues with regulating the heat. We also had a very small issue with a mix-up in the numbers for the garage door. The management company clarified it and we had no problem getting into the garage, even after dark. The management company always answered our text message questions within minutes. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Let me start by saying that the home was lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials, there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house, the views and the hot tub! We had some communication issues with the property management company. The guestbook sent ahead of time was much appreciated and thorough, but gave conflicting information regarding the garage code and lockbox code. I called the day before our arrival to try to clear up the conflicting information regarding the codes and was told the code and that it was the same for both. When we got to the house, the code was not working for the garage keypad. We were able to get the key out of the lockbox, but I then had to go to the 2nd floor door to enter the house to then go downstairs to open the garage. I texted the company and was given a different code to try. It did not work and I texted them this information, but no one followed up after that so we were never able to access the garage with the keypad. We were still able to get in and out from the second floor/deck, but it would have been much more convenient to go in and out the garage. We also had some issues regulating the temperature in the house. Finally, the refrigerator hummed the entire time we were there - sometimes very loudly and other times less loud, but always noticeable. We initially thought the noise was due to the construction being done behind the property, but it was actually the refrigerator. I also mentioned this to the company via text and got no response. These three things were minor inconveniences, but did cause some slight frustration.
