We felt like well-to-do city dwellers exiting the Davenport and walking a few blocks to Main Street Greenville to dine and shop. A last minute ticket purchase to see the BoDeans at the Peace Center was a spontaneous decision that made the birthday getaway even more special. This VRBO, with it's charm, comfort and location are well worth the fee!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, just blocks from restaurants and a grocery store. Everything is within an easy walking distance. The condo was very well equipped with everything needed for a short or extended stay. I would definitely come back or recommend to others.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed 4 nights at this charming property in downtown Greenville. It was a perfect home base for us to explore the city. Everything downtown is within walking distance from this property including restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the falls. The property itself is perfect for a small family. Check in was a breeze, it was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved our stay and we plan on returning the next time we travel to Greenville.

The apartment at the Davenport was charming and exactly as advertised. The location was convenient - and even though parking is off-site - it was no problem at all. Grocery was convenient. Lots of good restaurants. Trish is a very responsible host. I was especially impressed that she called at check-in time to make certain we got in with no problem. When I needed to reach her because we locked ourselves out (oops) she answered her phone right away (thank goodness). We would stay with her again.

The apartment was perfect. Plenty spacious and the location was so convenient to everything downtown. We parked the truck and didn’t get back in it until we were leaving. I felt like it was extremely clean, well kept, and perfectly decorated. They even had cream for the coffee stocked in the fridge— and many other essentials (sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, etc) The Davenport Building was very nice and had lots of character. The courtyard was beautiful and well kept. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Greenville.

Tricia is a property owner that truly goes out of her way to pls you. First off, she was always kind and easily accessible if we had questions. Second off, the condo is clean and has everything you need. However, most important, it is in a great spot for easy access to downtown Greenville. Tricia also provides excellent recommendations for where to eat and what to do! Tricia, Thank you for making our trip so perfect! Our kids really enjoyed it and it was a nice precursor to moving our son into his dorm room at Presbyterian the following weekend! Go Hose...and especially PB Wrestling!!!💪

This little gem was perfectly situated close to downtown and the local attractions. It was super easy to hop on and off the major highways to explore the area. The downtown shops and restaurants were an easy quick walk and there were many places to explore. Most of the food was great, although we would not recommend the pizza place on Main right down from Mast General (maybe Antonio B something, definitely not the pasta... just gross). The downtown waterfall park and suspension bridge are wonderful to stroll in the late afternoon or early evening. And there are plenty of nice hikes just outside of the downtown area if you're in the mood to explore. Must check out the "pretty place" chapel above the YMCA camp. Other interesting finds were the Bald Rock Heritage Preserve, Campbell's covered bridge and a gothic-like bridge featured in the visitors guide. You can't miss with staying at this quaint apartment and discovering the Greenville area!

Your questions aren't adequate. Loved the location. Electrical in the kitchen was inadequate. Couldn't use the microwave without blowing the breaker. Needs better lighting for reading. Dining room is waste of space. Floor of the tub is very slippery. Dangerous.

We loved our stay. The condo is cute, roomy., and welcoming. The host was very responsive and great to work with. I enjoyed the coffee setup each morning. The location is perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to Main Street. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect little condo for a weekend get away to Greenville! The condo was cleaned well and was easy to access. We did have a little trouble locking the door when we left. It took a few tries. It was nicely stocked with toilet paper, but no paper towels. That was an easy fix because there is a CVS within walking distance. The foldout couch wasn’t very comfortable for 2 adults sleeping on it. We would recommend bribing an air mattress instead. We played the Greenvilleopoly game a couple times during the rainy weekend. It was one of the highlights of our trip. 🙂 There are tons of restaurants and shopping just steps away. I would recommend this condo!

insurance or deposit to book. Property was great. Emergency booking for my wife while I was hospitalized. Had to buy Insurance or deposit to book. Both are ridiculous and I have never experienced that on Vrbo before.
