About this condo rental
Located in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $584 per night is a great option for your next trip. We are renovating the condo! New floors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, Air conditioner. The complex does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor. One of the most popular spots on Carolina Beach! Only a few steps to the white sandy beach where you can enjoy the entire day starting with a beautiful sunrise. This unit is located oceanfront on the top floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer not to go to the beach the deck located off the living room and master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and is covered from the afternoon sun. There is a large kitchen that comes fully equipped with complete cooking essentials and appliances. A dinning area for four is provided and additional seating for three at the at the breakfast bar. This is the first time renting our unit so expect all of the comforts of home. The condo is on the 3rd floor, within view of the pool. (Convenient for families that have children, allowing the parents access to see their children from the condo). Master bedroom is OCEAN FRONT has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass door to the deck. Blackout curtains. Bedroom 1 has two single beds. Loft Bedroom has queen size bed, full size futon and its own private full bathroom with shower. In addition a Ceiling fan and entertainment center with a TV/DVD player, VCR, and Stereo system along with board games to enjoy. Living room: 36 inch flat screen TV and DVD player with cable. Other Amenities: Iron Board, Iron, Hairdryer and Vacuum. There are 2 pools, one you can overlook from the deck and the other located on the other side of the building. Both are close to the two available private beach accesses. Parking is covered. The Ocean Grill & Tiki is a few minute walk down the beach. They serve cocktails and excellent food. Famous Britt's Donuts is located on the board walk about a 10-15 minute walk where every Thursday night in the summer a fabulous fire works display takes place. Vinni's Italian Restaurant is very convenient right across the street. Pop's is a short walk to get delicious soft serve ice cream and burgers. There are several other restaurants located in the area that can be reached by walking or a five minute car ride. A Red Box rental is one block from the condo.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The condo was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean are amazing. My kids loved the two pools and the closeness to the beach was great. It was great to be so close to all the action of Carolina Beach, but was still peaceful.

We had a wonderful trip! The condo is newly renovated and bright with lovely tall ceilings and lots of windows. The patio is large with one section in the sun and one partially in the shade. The host, Kristina, was very communicative and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great--far enough away from the public access walkways that it wasn't crowded but close enough to walk to the arcade if you wanted to. There is a cute artisanal grocer right across the street that had takeaway meals (sandwiches, salads, taco bowls, take-n'-bake pasta dishes) and groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the unobstructed ocean view from the spacious balcony and the easy beach access. The beach was uncrowded in this area yet close enough to all the fun at the boardwalk. This condo has all you need for the perfect week at the beach!

Condo was just as described. Communication with Kristina was fabulous and she was always available if anything came up. So many places are walkable from the condo and it was a great choice for my family. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Stayed for five nights for my daughter college graduation. Condo was spacious and perfect for the five people. Views were spectacular and you could hear the ocean waves from the large deck.

Booked our Condo cause it was close by to our son and his family.... We brought our 17 year old son , our 17 year old niece and our 25 year old son with his 1 year old daughter.... We had plenty of space and felt at home... Place had everything we needed and the view was beautiful of the ocean....Definetly will be booking again

Enjoyed our vacation stay in this unit. Condo was clean and very spacious for my family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. The views were spectacular!! Only negative was that both pools were closed in which the kids were not happy. Not sure if the hours were seasonal…but this not impact the trip. Communication with the host (Kristina) was also great with responses in a timely manner!
Would stay here again in the future!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the condo is! Right on the beach and it was the perfect side for our needs. Having the loft was great and each of us had our own bathroom which was great! Can’t beat the location with a walking/biking trail 2 minutes away, pizza shop across the street and my new favorite dessert place - the Peach Cobbler! We hope to back next year!!

This condo has the best view of the beach, from the inside windows to its large balcony, in the condo unit complex. The kitchen was the best equipped of any of our multiple stays traveling through the years. We had 6 adults and a 10 year old and even during the one rainy day it was large enough to chill for everyone. We had questions on the first day moving in and Kristina answered our emailing/texting inquiries immediately, as well as some questions we had before the trip. If we do another family beach trip we’ll come back here.

Really enjoyed staying here. Location is great with a short walk to both the boardwalk which helped me walk off Britts donuts and an even shorter walk in the other direction to the Tiki bar. Owners were very quick with any communication and super nice. Will definitely be looking to stay here again. Not even the stairs could put us off

Everything was super easy from start to finish. The host was very friendly and responsive. This was our second time staying at Sand Pebbles, but the first in this unit. It was beautiful. Everyone had plenty of space and it felt very much like home. The view of the ocean was breathtaking especially from the third floor. It is definitely worth the hike up alllllll those steps. Our trip was perfect and we made many memories. We can’t wait to go back.

Everything was super easy from start to finish. The host was very friendly and responsive. This was our second time staying at Sand Pebbles, but the first in this unit. It was beautiful. Everyone had plenty of space and it felt very much like home. The view of the ocean was breathtaking especially from the third floor. It is definitely worth the hike up alllllll those steps. Our trip was perfect and we made many memories. We can’t wait to go back.

We didn't have trouble with parking but the spots are very tight. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and ice cream! Only downside was 1 of the 2 pools was closed all week making it crowded at the 1 pool! No chaise lounges was a bummer but we made the best of it! And thats no fault to the condo owner. We loved our place and would stay here again! 5 stars!

This was a wonderful week vacation for our family! Kristen was great to work with and the house location was amazing! The only thing we would have changed was the air conditioning- it needed to be 74 or higher and my family is used to sleeping in 69 degrees. (Although my niece was content as she lives in AZ.) When asked where in the agreement is this was outlined I was told that it was not so wasn’t really about the money but more the principle. Overall a good value and I would recommend this property but do yourself a favor and bring your own sheets and save yourself the aggregation.

Best Condo All Around!
We stayed here for our annual beach trip to Carolina Beach and it is by far the best condo we've stayed at. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our two sons, and our daughter and her boyfriend. We booked it last summer and communication with Kristina was excellent from the start! She is very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful and nice. When we got to the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils. There's everything you could ever need. Kristina contacted us to make sure everything was okay, which it was. We had more than enough space to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The views are spectacular, especially from the upstairs loft. We have stayed at the Sand Pebble complex before and we really like it. The location is great...away from the overly crowded beach yet close enough to everything for convenience. Parking is easy too. And you can see the boardwalk fireworks from the balcony! I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owner! We will definitely be back. We're already planning to rent it again for next year!
