(valet) Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock. CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered. Excellent location and good price for the time of year. One issue with a broken microwave but a new one replaced it within the day. Management was fast to communicate. Check in was super easy. Would stay again.

Super easy check in/out! About a 3 minute walk to the Hilton Lagoon as advertised. The bed was a king and super comfy! The hide-a-bed was probably okay for 7 nights but our 17 year old was feeling tired after that. Could use a new mattress maybe? A/C….worked great but sounded like a jet engine taking off. If you’re a light sleeper like me, defo bring ear plugs! Shower drain became clogged along with the suite next door. HVP dealt with it right away and we were pleased. Overall the suite was as advertised and although it could use a couple of upgrades we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for 2-3 people.

The Ilikai property is amazing! Clean and up-to-date with great shops, restaurants and bar, plus a great location. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a perfect view of the fireworks on Friday night. We would definitely reserve this unit again. Absolutely no problems. One thing I would encourage the property managers to do is update the instructions. Parking at the Ilikai garage is $28, not $23, and the washers & dryers at the end of the hallway take credit cards only. I brought lots of change which we couldn't use. Thanks!

Location was great. Condo could have been cleaner when we arrived. The floors were dirty and cabinets needed wiped down. Trying to wash a load of clothes was a challange. Overall it was nice and Chris was great to deal with.

This condo is just perfect for 2, with a location close to the action on Waikiki Beach. The property is a little dated and the AC is a bit loud at night, but overall it is good value in a great location.

The view from the lanai is beautiful. Water was shut off for six hours for maintenance, this is a long time when you are only visiting for five days. We did not receive notification about this and only found out because we had friends staying in the same building.. We did not like the dining room, it was not clean and staff were wearing dirty clothes. Went first day but did not go back.

Unit was fine and location in building perfect. We have stayed in several units in the Ilikai and are familiar with the building. This unit has been recently painted and was in good condition and was clean. Furniture was good. Only complaints were minor. Dishwasher didn't work but we didn't really need it. A/C worked fine but was rusting and rusted pieces falling off onto lanai. Bathroom recently painted but baseboards notcreplaced. Kitchen was stocked adequately. Overall a good unit to rent.

The perfect spot for our getaway!! The suite was as shown. The view was breathtaking. We loved that the Ilikai is away from the craziness of Waikiki. We have absolutely no complaints and will highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Beste Aussicht auf das wöchentliche Feuerwerk am Freitagabend. Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zentrum und das Ala Moana Shoppingcenter sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings lässt das Geschirr etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Besteck ist teilweise rostig, mehr Blech als Cromargan. Spülmachiene sah aus, als ob sie schon länger nicht mehr funktioniert. Spülkasten im Bad lief andauernd voll, obwohl die Spülung nicht betätigt wurde.

This place was perfect for us. We loved to look out onto the ocean and the lagoon. We had a perfect view of the fireworks on Friday night which was right on the lagoon/ocean strip. It was fun to watch the different performances of the Hawaiian culture next door to us also. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, although we just bought stuff for breakfast then ate out. It was very nice to have a key less entry. We did use the valet parking which the people were very fast an efficient. We could have saved by parking our car ourselves in the garage, which I should have read the instructions more closely on that but it was fine. Easy access around town, if you don't need a car don't get one. The transportation system around the island is amazing. The bus system is very cheap. It is easy to walk to many places also on Waikiki. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed in this unit for the first time. The view was good, but the furniture was old and the room was not clean. Kitchen utensils were either oily or dirty. Communication with the management was fast when making a reservation, but when problems arose, it was very slow. It does sleep 4 people, but rather tight.

This condo had my kids saying "Whoa" from the moment we walked in. The condo is well-kept, and updated. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pull-out bed. We felt that we had plenty of room throughout the condo. A previous review mentioned cold shower, but we figured out that the hot/cold on the shower knob was opposite and if we turned the knob towards the cold side, the water got warm. The view was spectacular, especially the Friday night fireworks. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and the convenience store downstairs was a huge perk. The arrival instructions were very clear. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
