This property has just been open for a 4 night stay in Summer 2024 Together Resorts property at 407 9th Avenue South Unit B is in the heart of Myrtle Beach Tourist District. This property is great for Corporate Events, Golfers, Family Vacations, Reunions and Family Vacations. We offer many features that you are not able to find in a hotel. Feel protected knowing the air circulating in your property is not shared with others outside of your guests. Each property (each unit if duplex) has its own HVAC system with each floor having a separate system. We offer private pools, private elevators, private media rooms, private game areas and great locations. Rent- 1 unit of 8 beds/8 baths or all 4 units for 32 beds/32 baths to have your own private resort. Brittany was extremely helpful during the booking process as well as the time before, during and after our stay.

My stay was perfect and we enjoyed how convenient the location was. The size of the pool was great for any size family. I also ran into the pool cleaner and was super surprised how management take care this property. I will be booking this place again.

Good arrangement for the # of people we had. convenient to beach. Half the TV remotes were missing batteries. Toilet didn't work, but was fixed promptly. Pool seemed cleaned, but we noticed "other" people using it late at night. had a cooler stolen. Would probably stay again, just be more vigilent

Unit A worked out well for our group. Perfect for 8 families with lots of space to gather to eat and play games in the main area. Owners and office staff were very responsive to all of our groups needs. Check in and checkout process was simple, unit was easy to find and very close to the beach, stores and food. Great options for a large group on a budget.

The Mumphery Family enjoyed the stay at 407 9th Avenue South. The beds were really comfortable, the children enjoyed the pool. We cooked and really enjoyed. The house was very clean, it was a short walk to the beach. I will contact Together Resorts again when I want to stay in Myrtle Beach.

This property was in a great location and very close to the beach (2 min walk). We play a lot of softball at Grand Park and to have a place within 10 min that accommodates 20 players and wives is great.

The property was big enough for 29 people in two different units. It was clean, my only complaint was that the pool was not maintenanced over the weekend. Leaving 2 days for the pool to be dirty. Also, maintenance never showed up to check the refrigerator that actually took like 4 days to start cooling. However for the most part the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Property review
The property was clean and had plenty of parking during the off season. It was good that it had so many rooms, beds, and bathrooms, but some of the beds were actually rollaways with little support. The dining area and kitchen were just as advertised. Several of the outlets in the kitchen did not work, and the disposal was loud, as if something might have been left inside. Please repair exterior light in the pool area which flashed all day and night long--your next renters will appreciate it!

The Compound Is Great for Groups
This place is strange but great - it's got 12 big beds / 8 baths per unit with no closets or other amenities inside. It's clean and generally nice and was perfect for our group of 20 guys. Only one of the grills was usable - it worked fine but was pretty run down. The pool was full of water. It's only ~2 blocks to the beach and right next door to pizza hut for all of your pizza and/or hut needs. Coordinating with the owners was easy as could be. Good place.

The week we stayed at Unit B all the other Units were unoccupied for the first 5 days, which was nice having such a large group. If all Units were rented it may have been crowded sharing the pool area and parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at a Together Resorts property again.

The unit was very clean and the local support staff was very quick to respond & resolve the few minor issues we encountered. When we had a questions they responded to our text queries within a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff makes all the difference in our vacation experience. We will definitely book again.

Clean, exactly like the pictures
Pool area was nice, everywhere around the property was clean. Very short walk to the beach, corner store and pizza hut is basically next door. 5 minute drive to Wal-Mart. Sound proofed, music cannot be heard from outside. Perfect for get togethers as everyone could have their own bathroom / bed. Will definitely come back again, thank you so much.

Nice property, badly managed and operated
Very nice property, I only wish bathrooms were little bigger. It's hard to shower touching the walls.
Contract says Units A and B, but then A was rented to someone else when we're there. We're told that we got only B.
Swimming pool on-premises, but flies everywhere. Diapers thrown around the pool with no one to attend, clean or to discipline the misbehaving tenants.
Way too many lengthy emails prior to travel, it's a hassle to attend to all the details. But, we only got one phone reply once for the too many phone calls, emails, we got reply only once.
No one will help you check-in/check-out. We didn't receive the unlock code until too many phone calls made and were stuck.
Management fees too high.
Also a pet fee mandatory even if you don't have pets.
