Situated in Longboat Key, this charming condo for $380 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Two minute walk to Private Gulf Beach access, no need to cross the street. This charming unit is the only 2 bedroom ground floor unit in Cabana Beach Club, a secluded, tropical, boutique resort that has all of the amenities for a Romantic Getaway or Family Vacation. The private patio has an umbrella table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining as well as a lounge and side table for sunning and relaxing. NEW hurricane windows and doors make this lovely unit even quieter and more comfortable! HD cable, Smart TV, , WIFI, central air conditioning, heat, la free parking and free community laundry are included. Beach towels, umbrellas and lounges are provided. Sleeps 4 privately and up to 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has a King Serta Perfect mattress with memory foam topper. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a gel foam mattress. Living area has a pullout sofa. WE ALSO OWN NEXTDOOR UNIT #9, property ID #711671, that can accommodate 5 people. A Pack and Play is provided for infants upon request. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, full size oven with ceramic cook top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, plenty of cabinet space, and quartz countertops. A complimentary starter supply of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent is provided. The full bathroom has a double sink, toilet, and walk in shower. There is private, Gulf Beach access, heated pool, grills, and fishing dock. Longboat Key is the location for fun and relaxation. Walk one block to Durante Park and stroll the pathways through the lush coastal landscape. Nearby Bayfront Park has Pickle ball, Tennis, Basketball and Shuffle board courts as well as Paddle Board and kayak rentals. Greet the day with sunrise Yoga on the beach. Collect an amazing variety of shells as you walk the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach. Take a swim in the warm turquoise water then lounge under the umbrella and watch the dolphins play and manatees glide by. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the private dock and observe the manatee family frolic in the canal. Cabana Beach Club's location is convenient to restaurants, shops, churches, public bus, bicycle, boat and water sport rentals. We really enjoyed this condo at Longboat Key. It is very close to the beach. The condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. Photos are accurate. The only downside was the couch and chair were not comfortable. So when we tried to watch TV as a family became an issue. Otherwise very nice.

We had the absolute best time at Longboat Key. This cabana is in a very quiet and not commercialized area. Loved the decor and retro vibe! There were thoughtful little extras throughout. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

Fantastic property! Just a VERY short walk to the VERY uncrowded beach! Ms. Damm has thought of everything as far as amenities go. We loved the decor, the comfy beds, and all the "extras!" Great restaurants all around us and never had to wait on a table. Publix and Harry's Corner Store were nearby for any extras you may need. It was a WONDERFUL and very relaxing week PLUS we had a fantastic and entertaining neighbor. An absolute blast of a vacation! Thank you again, Ms. Damm!

The condo was clean and cute inside. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the large table was great for both meals and board games. The beds were comfortable and the beach was just right there. When my kids discovered the boogie boards they were over the moon! The pool was also a nice bonus. 10/10 would definitely return.

This property is literally steps from beautiful Long Boat Beach; just walk out the door and down a short path. Property was as described and convenient to many locations. My only suggestions for the property would be to provider a larger cooking skillet, put some towel hooks up in the bathroom and possibly update beach umbrellas as they were weathered at the bases and did not fit securely into the anchoring device that goes into the sand; causing them to tip over/tilt very easily. Would definitely rent again and recommend to all who are looking for no hassle access to the beach and local restaurants.

When I rented this place I was using a walker and liked the first floor rental. When we arrived (since we couldn’t get our money back) I was using a wheelchair for a foot injury. We were shocked that there were steps inside onto the kitchen/dining level and into a bedroom. The entrance to the bathroom area was too narrow for the wheelchair. The bed in the back bedroom was uncomfortable and the pool area unimpressive. The unit was closest to the busy and noisy road and farthest from the beach area. The kitchen and bath supplies were good; that’s the only good thing about the place. We had paid for 3 nights and stayed one.

We had a quick 4 night stay in cabana 8. We really loved it. The condo is spotless and decorated so beachy and beautifully. There is a nice pool and easy beach access, which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Had an opportunity to do a quick getaway over the week of July 4. Found this little condo complex right on the beach in Longboat Key. Our unit was just as described and the photos were an accurate representation. The only thing I would change/update would be the shower door. I would have it frosted so if the shower was in use, the rest of the bathroom could still be used - traveled with wife and 2 daughters. The location was great - the beach wasn’t crowded at all during the holiday week. Close to Publix for groceries and restaurant options. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Longboat Key at the Beach Cabanas condo. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing, family friendly area then this is the place! The grounds are beautiful, the condo offered everything we needed and more! We loved the close proximity of the condo to the beach. The one level condo was perfect for our kids allowing them and us to get outside quickly and easily. The grill area at the complex was clean and maintained. The pool area was very nice. Book this condo now - you wont regret it!

In the past we stayed on Anna Maria, but it’s gotten so expensive we looked for an alternative. We liked this place better. The kitchen was well supplied (many places are always short on utensils), the table could fit our family of six, and it was decorated very nicely. We will definitely be staying there again if it’s available.

My wife and I along with my 1 year old daughter and my wife’s mother stayed here for our daughters first trip to the beach! The house was everything we needed for our stay and more. Super clean, easy to get to and great proximity to the beach! Would highly recommend for any family with children!

My husband and I stayed here for four days. The condo is very lovely. This was our first time staying in Long Boat Key. We were glad to be close to Coquina Park as I couldn’t get to the beach on the property because I have to use a cane or walker. We would stay there again because of the condo itself.

The cabana is beautifully decorated, clean and nice for two people. The second bedroom is nice if you would have had another person in the party. Our only complaints would be, when the listing says, "sample size toiletries" take that literally, and bring or buy handsoaps,etc. . There are plenty of dishes, cookware, silverware, but NO other staples, so if you are an eat in type of person, you have to purchase these yourself, We found the furniture to be quite uncomfortable as well.

I used to come to the cabana as a little girl with my family, and I was so elated to be able to share the same amazing experience with our daughter after twenty years away! The space was well maintained and quiet, a perfect reprieve for the whole family!
