About this condo rental

Situated in Longboat Key, this charming condo for $401 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite. You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away. This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. We loved the Turtle Crawl. Perfect spot to spend time away. The Location to beach matched previous condos, putt putt course was a huge hit with family. Saw and almost caught a shark. Secluded and convenient to pool and washers and dryers. Grateful to have found this place. We will be back for another stay

The location was perfect….beachfront with a view to the horizon and dramatic sunsets every evening. The beach was a mere fifty feet from the porch. The apartment was furnished with very high end furniture and finishes. It really felt like an exclusive resort hotel. The kitchen was outfitted with everything that was needed for daily living…,again all high end appliances and utensils. The beds were the best we’ve ever had in any rental to date. I highly recommend this excellent apartment and we look to booking it again in the very near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. The apartment is clean and modern with two smart TVs. Not crowded, right on the beach, ocean sunset view, white sand, close to restaurants, parking available, free puting green, shuffleboard(we played as we dried off from the ocean)This was the perfect vacation!

In a smaller quaint condo complex. Just as described! Perfect location and literally steps to a amazing beach. Everything in condo is high end. Exceptional communication with owner. Gracious to even help with dining options! Highly recommend!

We could not recommend this property more!! It was a beautiful 1 bedroom that had plenty of sleeping options for my family! The convenience of the 1st floor walkout was price less!! The inside was immaculate while decorated with exceptional taste! We had everything we needed plus! Loves that there is plenty of beach chairs that you can just pull down to the Gulf of Mexico and spend your day floating in the gorgeous water! Location was also perfection! Close to Publix and all our favorite restaurants, yet once on the beach you feel the seclusion! Thank you to our wonderful host that stayed in contact and made sure that we were well taken care of! It’s very difficult to get a reasonably priced place on LBK for less than a week so we are so glad we found this gem!! Looking forward to booking next time for longer!

This property is exactly as pictured and truly a little piece of heaven! You are as close to the beach as you can get! Literally 25 steps and you are in the sand! There are loungers and chairs provided for use which makes it super convenient. The beach is not crowded at all and very quiet. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need! It was just right for my husband and I to have all the space we needed. You won’t find a better place to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. Jim is a wealth of information and available for any questions you may have! Highly recommend!

Our host Jim Zilli is truly obsessed with his guests experience. The place was super clean, updated and convenient. Jim has the place set up with everything you need to enjoy your vacation from the minute you turn the key. Plenty of appliances, tableware, towels...everything! Will be coming back!!

Our stay was literally in and out due to Hurricane Ian causing havoc and our evacuation. Location couldn’t have been better and the property was well maintained. Everything you need is in the condo. Beds were just right for comfort. Good communication with owner. Would go back.

We had an amazing time. This condo by far exceeded our expectations. We found everything we needed for basic cooking. There we’re plenty coffee filters which was a plus. Didn’t have to buy any. Also there is a blender there too. Live my piña colada’s. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach was literally steps away. There were lots of restaurants in the area. Our favorites were The Lazy Lobster and Dry Dock Grill. Publix the grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Everyone in the area were exceptionally friendly. Jim our host was the best host I’ve ever had. If we had any concerns or questions he was on it. No complaints from this girl! We will definitely be back!!!

Everything was really great, it had Everything that we needed. Very clean and walk to beach was perfect. Only issue was the bed was really hard, made our backs hurt every morning waking up. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this property for my spring break. Even though the resort is older, this unit has been updated and the photos are exact. It is smaller than I expected and there is no dishwasher or laundry in the unit itself, but it worked for us. We absolutely loved being able to walk literally 15 steps and were on the sand. The grounds were kept so well and there was someone walking around the resort keeping it tidy every day. Jim was great in keeping in touch with us during our stay. We loved our dinner at Whitney's! We drove into St. Armand's for breakfast one morning and shopped at some of the cute boutiques. During the evening of our last two nights, we had two visitors. The first evening, a white herring walked right up onto the patio. If we had had the sliding door open, I think he would have walked right in. The next evening a blue/gray herring joined us. My husband got some great photos of them. It was just so peaceful (very private) and it was exactly what we needed. We will be back!
