After one week experiencing this quiet haven, you will want to come back year after year. This peaceful spot offers calm waters for great water skiing yet lives up to its 'Breezy Point' name, providing light winds for your afternoon sail in Perdido Bay. Secluded, yet just minutes away from Tanger Outlet Mall and all the sights and restaurants at Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, this is the perfect retreat location. Gentle waves lap over this sandy beach with no undertow to endanger your children; yet deep water is nearby for divers and more advanced swimmers, and for your boating needs. Several boat ramps are nearby. Our vintage house is cozy and comfortable with with spacious rooms and inviting decor. Recently updated, it provides all the convenience you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation...updated appliances, tile countertops, hardwood floors, a large pantry, and laundry area. We love your fur babies and they are welcome with a fee...(2 dogs max, and no cats, please) We do ask that they sleep in their own beds on the floor. Outside fenced area works well for smaller dogs... You can fish and crab right off your private dock....your very own 'On Golden Pond'....just waiting for you! This place was fantastic. Not touristy, but close to tourist spots. We kayaked every morning and evening but still enjoyed shopping, orange beach and local food. I can see us making this our "vacation spot"

My husband, son (16) and daughter (13) stayed here. The kids loved it ( and so did we). They did lots of swimming, snorkeling, crabbing and laying out. There was a kayak,some boogie boards there. We did see dolphin. We brought our duck boat and were able to boat to a few restaurants, a little secluded beach,more fishing and a little teenage boat rides. The beds are so comfy! It has a cozy cottage feeling. If you plan to cook - kitchen has a great pantry and cookware under the cabinets. Make sure to bring/buy any seasoning.
We have a medium sized dog ( wire haired pointing griffon) who had just as much fun. He even made a few neighborly friends. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming.
Its is 25-45 min treck to a grocery store and other activities. Our family did some of the tourist beaches and activities, but the kids had as much fun just swimming and exploring here.
In the am walk out to the dock and see all the little crabs, kayak, or just relax on the dock- or sit on the enclosed patio- with swing, rocker etc.. and watch the dolphins with your coffee or evening wine.
Hostess was very nice and helpful. House has such beachy and warm decorations to be admired.
If you want relaxation, scenary that is for an adult getaway or a great family vacation spot- This is the place for you!

My friends and I loved our stay here! It was just right for the accommodations we needed for the weekend and we enjoyed discovering all the antiques and collectibles. The view was beautiful and the area is very peaceful. Julie left clear instructions for us to follow.

This is our second time staying at Breezy Point and once again it didn’t disappoint. We really love this place and wish we could visit more often! Breezy Point has all the comforts of home: Comfortable beds, great a/c, fully stocked kitchen, and a breathtaking view. It’s about a thirty minute drive to the beaches and other attractions but we were ok with that as we like to be in a more secluded area. We saw dolphins multiple times throughout the day, caught some crabs, and a variety of fish. Julie was very responsive to questions and checked on us several times to make sure we we had everything we needed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back.

It was everything I wanted. All my family and friends loved it and they all wanted to know how I found it so you might be getting lots of calls lol. It was old world charm and exactly what we were looking for to celebrate my granddaughter’s graduation from high school. Thank you to host Joyce for helping me out with everything. Will book again!!

We had a very wonderful stay on Palmetto Creek. The check in was very welcoming as the owners made everything as smooth as possible. This home is everything one would want in old southern charm. From the beautiful flowers that abound to the peaceful evening sunsets were that were just beautiful. It is quite and peaceful.
It is well stocked with everything one needs except your food and personal laundry needs.
This was just the place we needed to thaw out from our Minnesota winter.

Our family had our first family vacation in many years. We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. My husband enjoyed fishing off the pier. The location was perfect for us; close to the beaches but off the beaten path.

We had a lovely time. The cottage and view were spectacular. Lots of dolphins and pelicans. Private dock was nice too. Our dogs enjoyed staying here as well. There are neighbors close by. It was fine though. We would definitely return someday and explore the area more. Beautiful area and nice folks. Location is close to shopping and restaurants.

We will be returning. We had the most amazing stay. Its absolutely beautiful, dolphins in the bay everyday. The kitchen is equipped for anything. The owner is so nice and helpful. Loved this house and location.

This cottage is tucked away in a grove of camellias and Azaleas right on the water. Private doc. Can launch kayaks right from the backyard. Birds, crabs, dolphins seen right from the dock and back porch. Amazing host made sure we had everything we needed. This will be a repeat spot for us.
