Very small and no dresser, or closet. The kitchen was so small you really couldn’t cook on it

The place was just perfect location for our Oahu visit. I noticed the ceiling fan still hums and the refrigerator makes an intermittent low hammering noise. We were happy to stay at this place a second tine an recommended to anyone wishing a very short walk to waikiki, kapiolani park and the zoo

This place was perfect for us, small but had everything we needed and was in maybe the best location possible. Would stay here again!

Location very good close to the beach and amenities
Apartment tiny with noisy air conditioner and noisy fan that made sleeping very difficult as there is no alternative - fresh air balcony or window

A great stay! The unit is equiped with the essentials for a great get-away. Clean and convenient.
Check in was easy, quick and efficient, even while being exhausted 😊.
I would definately stay here again. Exelcellent communication.

Location, location, location! Came back 40 years later! 1st time was our honeymoon. The view on 10th floor is spectacular! We utilized the kitchen usually twice a day for our meals. The Waikiki market we used for groceries was only a 6 to 10 minute walk. Zoo was nice and across the street. The beach was great with the breaker reduced the waves which worked out great for us. I would recommend this to all. Thanks Mark for being a great host!

We had an amazing vacation and all the people were nice. It started a little rough with a delayed flight and loss of 12 hours but it ended up being an amazing experience. The location of the room is amazing. We didn’t like all of the pot being smoked around the building. However that seemed to be only on the weekends. I didn’t enjoy spending $30 a day to park and feel that was overpriced but we did appreciate having a spot. The staff need to be a bit more knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do. Most of the information was inadequate and in accurate. All were super friendly and helpful. Our bathtub was plugged the first night, so I had to unplug it and we did see a few roaches. The room was clean and had shampoo and soap. The noise level were great and we were able to rest and we could here all of the birds in the morning. We had an amazing vacation and would stay here again. I always want to give constructive feedback so things could always change and improve! The entire staff was helpful and nice, thank you for the memories!

Our host was super communicative and helpful, and went out of his way to be accommodating, even upgrading us as we were there on our honeymoon and to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Location was beyond amazing, and view was GORGEOUS!

I would stat here again! Very clean, and all appliances worked well. Plenty of decent towels and bathroom amenities. No view but, who needs one when you are so close to the beach and everything; and you can get excellentt photos from the 10th fl deck. Bus stops are very closeby. A bargain for the cost of my stay. Mahalo!! A hui hou!

The room was smaller than it looked. Light in bathroom kept going out, power outage if more than two appliances going. Otherwise good value.

We were two adults meeting with friends on Oahu. We flew in from Maui for a couple of days and didn't rent a car. We took a tour of the island and enjoyed the hop on/off trolley - both pick up points within a couple of minutes walking distance. We had a blast at the 2nd floor bar and Lulu's around the corner for evening cocktails and walked a few blocks for the best steak dinner at Wolfgang Puck's Steakhouse. The beach and Zoo are literally across the street.
The room was basic, clean, centrally located to as much action anyone could want. Of course, as mentioned, the 10th floor is a must. Highly recommend for a single traveler or a couple only. The communication was excellent - I mean instant responses. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent 6 days in Waikiki and walked everywhere we went throughout most of the week. This hotel was located right near almost all the restaurants and activities we wanted to take in during our stay. The room itself was very, nice, the host was great and had everything we needed for the week ready for us! Check-in and check out were super simple! We loved our stay! I would say that the hotel itself is an older hotel that could use some upgrades. But, as I said, the room itself was GREAT and was as advertised! And location, location location! Right off the main strip in Waikiki!

Comfortable base for a few days stay at Waikiki Beach, very close to beach, food, shopping and convenience stores. Unit was equipped with everything needed for an independent stay, including beach towels, and access to a laundry room in the basement, and with the support of concierge services at reception desk. Nice roof terrace on level10, with a great view of Diamond Head in one direction and Waikiki Beach the other.

We stayed here 3 nights before our Hawaii cruise. The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is a small place as advertised but it was perfect for my wife and I. Within an easy walk of the beach and many restaurants.

Great location, right across from the zoo and one block to the beach. Friendly people, laundry in the basement, dancing in the bar on 2nd floor. Best stay ever.

Great location, just a block from Waikiki Beach. Small, but we’ll designed and very clean. Enough room for luggage. Kitchenette had all basics and room enough to cook simple meals.
We appreciated the cooler and ice packs. Definitely pay the extra for a parking space. Street parking would have been a challenge.

The property manager was great. Communication was great with him. The room was pretty small for what we wanted but that is on us for not reading all of the details. No deck so that was a disappointment. The location was great. Just an older place so we got what we paid for. It wasn’t a bad experience but we probably won’t stay there again.

While the room is adequate, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean what we really enjoyed on our stay is going up to the tenth floor balcony and viewing Diamond Head on one side and the ocean on the other.

Great location. Small but worked well for the two of us.

For our 1st time in Waikiki this was a perfect location as previous people have commented. Close to the zoo, beach, shopping and restaurants. The place is small but enough room for 2 people. We sat on the 10th floor to have coffee in the morning.

House was great. Steps from the ocean. Hot tube had a great view. It was really cool watching all the surfers and kite surfers. Pier is walking distance from the house. We saw dolphins multiple times from the top deck. Overall we loved this house.

While the space was a little small, it is Honolulu, so it was what we expected and wasn't really an issue. Great location (we actually walked down from Diamond Head one day) and just a block or so to the beach. Plenty of amenities close by and the gay bar on the second floor was actually one of our favorite places to hang out! Nice to have AC as we visited during a humid rainy time.

If you are looking for a easy location to the beach, shops and eateries this spot will meet those needs. The view of Diamond Head is fantastic.
If you are looking for a quiet beach stay, this may not be the spot for you. However, the accommodations were clean, host was very responsive and the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

This place is really all you need! It’s with walking distance of anything you need, the beach is super close. The studio itself was very clean, comfortable had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable, I had the best sleeps in a long time and the host Mark is very reliable and gets back to you immediately! I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stopped in Honolulu for a couple of days before moving on to Kaua’i. The room was perfect for our needs. The Honolulu Zoo is across the street, a Starbucks is a block away, a convenience store is next door, there are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance, and the beach is only a block away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not the Ritz, so if you are looking for resort luxury, this is it not for you. That being said, I thought the hotel was more than acceptable. The area it is located in felt safe, and the room was clean and comfortable. The owner did a great job of communicating everything we needed to know and stocked the room with everything needed for a visit to the beach. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property and comfy bed. Everything we wanted for couple days.

Overall, my stay at this property was fantastic. It took less than 3 minutes walking to get to the beach but we were far enough away that noise was never an issue. The property manager responded quickly to any questions. I will say that my only issues were that the bathroom has visible rust and paint touch ups needed. Also, the curtains left a lot of light still coming into the room at night. I loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Definitely recommend.and will gladly stay again.

Great location, room was clean and had everything needed.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything Waikiki to include the Honolulu Zoo if that interests you. We had a rental car and even though paid parking is available on a limited basis and there is convenient paid parking nearby, we learned of free parking within easy walking distance. Room accomodations were perfect for my wife and I as we travel for the location sights, history and experience away from the room. Yes you can find fancier more luxurious rooms but not at the price we paid. We were both absolutely confident about the security and comfort of the Waikiki Grand. Thank you for a beautiful first week stay and we look forward to our next week in Kauai.

Great location across from HNL zoo and near beach and shopping and restaurants . Studio well equipped for general comfort and cooking. Excellent air conditioning and I loved the mattress. Extra charge to park. Very tight spaces in the garage. Print out all your directions for access in advance and bring with you. I got confused but host Mark was very helpful and all was well.
