I was visiting friends in Ormond Beach and this condo was right down the street from them. I needed a place where I could work from and this perfect condo fit the bill. It was such a pleasure working with Peter, he made the entire visit seamless. The condo itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was super clean, has everything you could possibly need. The view is priceless and the location is very good. Its a relaxing oasis I would recommend to anyone. I know I will be back. Thanks Peter!

Peter’s condo is a great stay! It’s exactly as pictured and one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed which made it very comfortable. Peter was also so kind to answer all my questions, though later after our event’s chaos I realized he kindly organizes any information you may need beforehand in a email upon arrival. We will definitely stay again while visiting family - thanks Peter!

This condo was clean and up to date. Had everything we needed and more. The view was breathtaking! Location was perfect! Just a few steps to the beach! The on-site pool was great as well! Definitely recommend!

Condo was spacious, thoughtfully stocked and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Appreciate the small details making it more comfortable to be away from home (wireless chargers, fully stocked kitchen, beach chair, etc.) Clean and just as pictured. Peter also sent clear instructions for both check-in and checkout and was readily available, although ultimately we did not need to touch base.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described – super clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and had tons of counter space. Peter is an exceptional host – highly professional, yet warm and friendly. Everything went smoothly from the initial booking, receipt of well-written condo instructions prior to check-in, and the actual check-in / check-out procedure. Peter had everything well-organized and demonstrated quick turnaround when we had a question. Overall, this was one of our best vacation experiences ever.

This has been one of our favorite condo's. The space is comfortable and perfect. Peter has thought of everything!!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. And anything you need for the beach he has provided. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. Definitely give 5 out of 5 stars - would give more if we could.

The condo and grounds for this stay were absolutely perfect !! The condo is clean and everything was well thought out and set up so as to have no issues and we could step right into the trip as if we lived there!! From the laundry baskets and beach chairs provided to the wireless charging pads in the bedroom and living room not one thing was missed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms and entire condo were super clean. We have come to FL for almost 50yrs and this condo is one for sure we will return to. All you need is your suit and some sunscreen !!

We had a wonderful stay (weather did help...it was fantastic). Condo is well stocked and was true to the online pictures. Peter was just a text away if we needed anything (but all was well...nothing needed). The condo is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Easy access to restaurants. We would stay here again.

It is a lovely condo that was well stocked with all the basic necessities. The location is good, just a short drive to local restaurants and grocery. Peter was a wonderful host, easily accessible and responsive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
