Omg location location location. The pics does not do this house justice. You can’t believe how on the beach you are until you walk out on the beach patio. With so much room and seating. The view from everywhere in the house other than one bedroom and the bathroom you can see the ocean. And the owners wow you have to give it to them. They have thought of everything there is ample supplies. They have games books the tv internet. Hammocks if you want to use them. They provide beach chairs and toys if you have kids body boards I mean it’s walk in ready. They even have a basket with beach towels if you forget yours. You will not want to leave the house. Every time the wife and I did leave. Within a hour we was ready to just go back to the house. The location could not be better you literally have anything you would need within walking distance. But is on the back of the street very private. If you want to go into Daytona for a night out it’s 10 mins away but also far enough away to at night all you can hear is the waves crashing on the beach. I will say the Caribbean shower had me concerned. But omg once you use it one time you will wonder why you ever showered inside. It is absolutely amazing. Can’t wait for the wife and I to come back.

This is the perfect summer beach home! We loved everything about it; the owners have really set this place up with love and care. And were really responsive in communication. We were just one couple, which was perfect. Could be fine for 2 couples, or if you have 2/3 kids... but it was wonderful having the dwelling to ourselves. If I come to Daytona again, I'd stay here if it's open.

I highly recommend this beach house. It’s a true beach house in that the beach is your backyard. There were five of us (2 adults & 3 teens) and we were very comfortable. The house is well appointed with everything you need. The Caribbean shower was great and very private. Windows cover the back wall giving you a spectacular view. The beach wasn’t crowded and we were there late June & early July. It has multiple sleeping options. In my opinion the clean-up/departure list was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO.

Over the last decade, we have rented about 8 beach houses and this one by far was the best we have ever stayed at. Super clean! Great communication with owner. Literally right on the beach. We flew in so couldn’t bring a lot of extras like boogie boards and sand toys and they had everything! Everything we needed for the kitchen. The outdoor shower was such a good idea! Beds were so comfortable! And check out process was so easy- some houses we’ve rented, they’ve asked we sweep, mop, clean toilets and counter tops, windows etc… not this place! (We didn’t leave it a mess but didn’t have to spend hours cleaning either). We had kids age 4 to 16 and they all enjoyed it! House sleeps 6 comfortably- could fit a couple more if everyone bunks up. Highly recommended and will be returning next time we are in Florida!

The house was steps away from the beach, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our vacation. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. Hopefully, we will get to visit again in the future.

Wow! “Wow” about captures it! Stunning views, convenient location within walking distance of delicious restaurants, donut shops, and a grocery store, and only about ten steps from the beach! We will definitely be back!!

We loved this little house! The views are absolutely BREATHTAKING! The house is so adorable! The house is clean and there is everything you need, and I do mean everything. This host has thought of everything. There is one issue and only for some. The only shower is outside. It is connected to the house from the bathroom and is truly amazing and very comfortable, but some might find it odd. Believe me everything else about this house makes up for it. If you have the opportunity to stay here you should , you won't regret it. We definitely want to stay here again!

As advertised, this pleasant home is indeed right on the beach . . . couldn't be more convenient. Just park the car in the driveway and patio, sun, sand and water are just steps away. The outdoor Carribean shower (there's not an indoor shower) was a novelty that we came to enjoy very much. Our visit was very relaxing. We've booked again for a week during the summer.

Our third year stay here did not disappoint. The new deck with the pergola, the two new sitting areas over the dunes and the new outdoor shower were wonderful!! It is truly a paradise. Thanks again T & T for another great get away!

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House in Ormond by the Sea. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Tonya kept us informed through the booking and check in process and everything was super easy. The location is amazing, and you are literally on the beach. Thank you to our host for a wonderful holiday weekend that was much needed by my family! Oh, and even if you aren't a morning person, you just have to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic at least once while you are there! Amazing view right from the deck!

My sister and I were looking for a last minute relaxing beach getaway and this beautiful property delivered all that and more! It has great beach access and beautiful, unimpeded views of the ocean. The property manager and owner were extremely accommodating and let us add a little extra time before and after our stay. The property has a fun “golden girls” vibe which we loved for our girls getaway. We can’t wait to come back someday!

Absolutely loved this charming beach house and its gorgeous location directly on the beach! What amazing family memories we made waking up early to sit outside on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrises. It was incredible to be able to walk right out onto the beach or sit inside on the couch and enjoy the amazing beach scenery. Tonya was very quick to respond to any questions before our arrival. Thank you once again for sharing your piece of paradise. We only wish we could have stayed more than two nights and are hoping your VRBO is available for us in the future.

This is our 5th year at this property, 4 of the visits under the previous owners. It has always been a fantastic stay and I was over the moon to see that the new owners were also sharing their home. We had a magical week and I can't even describe the peace and calm that washes over you as you sit on the deck and gaze at the ocean. Walks on the beach, visiting local interests, seeing the real Florida. This is a place we will continue to come back to as long as the owners will let us!
