About this condo rental
Located in West Beach, this charming condo for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Lagoon Run #303 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with an open loft located on the 3rd floor overlooking the lagoon and a limited view of the gulf from the common area balcony. The ground level is dedicated to parking and outdoor pool area. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the lagoon from the living area balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a set of twin beds are located in the loft. Living room has a sofa sleeper. The hall bath features a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 8. Newly painted throughout in early summer 2021 with several upgrades and furnishings. The unit now has two kings beds as of 7/27/21. This unit is on the third floor and has a balcony from the living room that overlooks the Lagoon and a partial view of Gulf. Lagoon Run is a 4 story wood structure building located 3.1 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Lagoon Run has one lagoon side outdoor pool, pier, boat slip, boat launch, gazebo, fish-cleaning station and BBQ/picnic area. 2 car limit. *CANCELLATION POLICY: the $89 processing fee is never refundable. Cancellation, changes to dates of stay or property within 30 days of arrival results in loss of the deposit. Should the property re-book for the same dates and rates, the deposit less the processing fee will be refunded back. STAY AND PLAY This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply. *The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

We were looking for a relaxing week away. However we did not get to relax. We were woke up every morning at 6am by construction workers working on the property. We also were not able to go to sleep until 2 to 3am each day due to the guests down one floor to the right partying which also included throwing trash and clothes on the lawn. Our room had a broken chair on the deck, broken door handle and windows,doors and screens that were waiting to be repaired but left on the deck all week. The deck was not a safe place to have kids due to the roting deck boards that had just been painted over. The property management company was very quit to respond when our air stopped working.

This was our second time at Gulf shores, we love the location and convenience of the lagoon and beach. Close to shops and entertainment.
This property was far from perfect. The sheets were stained (looked like pee) the throw pillows in the bed had looked like throw up in them. Our TV didn’t work all week and the maintenance man was unable to fix and we never heard back from them again. There was dust and left over pretzels under furniture. The coffee pot didn’t work, there screen door feel off when we opened it the first time and there was windows on the back deck left and luckily I didn’t have small children with us or that could have been dangerous.
Very disappointed and will not stay at this location again.

It has a great pier for casual fishing, and our unit had a good view of the lagoon. No real Gulf view, and the pool is a bit small. Appliances are in good working order, odd assortment of cookware- very small pans and large stockpots, with nothing in between.

We typically book something around the hang out area of the Gulf Shores, but this year was different. We stayed in room 303 of the Lagoon run further down between the ocean and lagoon. The place was perfect! Beautiful lagoon view, directly across the street from beach, easy walk. Quiet in the evenings, but fun at the pool for kids during the day. The beds were very comfortable! I bring up the following so the next renter can have a flawless experience: batteries in remote controls need to be changed, rugs should be on patio, nails are sticking up and I got cut. No hardware on outside sliding glass door in master bedroom, no safety doors on patio, they have been removed, and the other downstairs bedroom needs blackout curtains because the light from outside never turns off and there is a constant glow in room all night.

Like the fans not having a chain to change the speed. - annoying. Like the when you open the dishwasher you can’t stand at the sink to load because the kitchen is so small- annoying. The utensils are dated and minimal. There are not any pot holders- burnt hands. Knives are dull. - annoying. Bath towels are aged worn and small. - annoying. Curtains barley block people looking in much less light. Patio/balcony is aged and has exposed rusty staples and metal. Overall all of the annoying small things add up to just an 2 star experience. I have never stayed on the beach so this property was affordable and just a few steps across the street from the ocean! This is a great location- but our car was being repaired so it was a solid 2 mile walk to any groceries or restaurants so be mindful of that. It is a perfect location if you want a little less people but yet still be close to the action

Everything was nice. Just happened to notice when we turned off the ceiling fan in living room that it was rather caked up with dust. As someone who cleans for living I always look for things this was very obvious and it wasn’t something that happened overnight. Lamps needed dusting also. But overall it was good.

The property was amazing and the location was fantastic. The description was accurate the room was really clean and fresh and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our neighbors were great and the beach was so close. Traffic was low and slow,, and we were super comfortable crossing it to the beach. Can't wait to come back and stay in the future.

The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. The pool was a little smaller than I expected and got crowded on the weekends. The kids did not mind. The only other complaint is the parking spots are very small. We drove an F-250 and had trouble parking when the spaces next to ours were being used. We would love to stay here again!

We arrived last Friday and checked out today!! We loved the location and the condo was exactly how it was described online. We even loved the grassy area in between the buildings. Great Place

The location of the rental was great and the property was nice. It was perfect if you enjoy fishing, very short walk to the beach which was not very crowded, and the pool was great for the kids. We experienced a few local activities and tried some local restaurants, all great. The condo could use a little TLC and closer attention to detail in some areas of cleaning, but overall a quiet and fun vacation!

Love the location
We stayed in this complex before and loved the quick walk to the beach and the dock on the lagoon. Great location for fishing and fun! The unit had a wide variety of kitchen appliances/utensils for cooking. Furnishings need updating, and the spiral staircase is a little scary but my kids liked it.

We Loved it!
My grandkids had a blast. They loved the access to the beach as well being able to go to the pier to fish !! We would definitely rent again. Great place.

Girls trip
The condo was clean but needs some updates. We were out most of the time so it wasn't a big deal for us. The stairs to the loft are really small so don't expect an adult to sleep up there. All in all it was very quiet and we enjoyed our time

ONLY thing I’d say- is maybe bring an eggshell for the Couch sofa bed to make it a bit more comfy.
Other than that- it was great.

We loved this property. We didn’t realize there was an elevator until the last day lol. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room.

Last minute trip
We chose this property at the last minute. Overall good experience. There was a power outage (car accident caused, no fault of the property whatsoever!) and we did have a real estate agent ask to bring a family through the rental once we got in the condo? But overall it was as expected. Condo was clean. Needs a few updates. Kids loved the pool and the docks for fishing. Quick walk to the beach. Overall for the money it was as expected and everyone had fun.

This condo was sufficient for our family of 5. We really liked the loft with twin beds! Be sure to bring more toilet paper and also your own kitchen extras.

Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The property was clean and in a great location. We were slightly off the main tourist area so the beach was not overly crowded. We could walk back and forth during the day so that we didn't have to lug around a lot of supplies. We would go back here in a heart beat.

The condo had good space but had not had a good cleaning in a while. I also did not like the fact that I was charged 2 "Processing fees". One from VRBO and one from the rental company. I was also charged a parking pass fee. Seems that the rental charge should cover that at least for one car.
