This spectacular 2 bedroom unit offers an open concept layout and luxury touches throughout, while bright colored furnishings and accents give the unit a sophisticated yet fun beach-inspired feel. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive covered terrace, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail and even devour a delicious meal, all while delighting in the picture-perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico! The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, plus all the cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. Eat breakfast at the bar right off the kitchen or enjoy your after-dinner cocktail at the bistro-style table by the windows while watching the sky change from tranquil blue to fiery pink. The impressive master suite features a comfy king bed with a premium mattress, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and plenty of space. The guest bedroom is equally comfy yet elegant, offering a queen bed with luxurious bedding and linens and another flat screen! There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time, but the entire project is anticipated to end sometime in June 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect: • Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. • Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time. • For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!) • Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs. • Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice. Please stay updated, changes may occur.

Wife and I do an annual October get ready for fall/winter trip. We decided to go to Perdido Key for something different. Stayed at Perdido Sun condos and couldn’t be happier with our week stay. Great condo with a great view of gulf and condo had everything you could possibly want! Many good restaurants in area that are an easy walk or short drive. Luxary Coast Vacations were good to work with and I highly recommend them. We’ll be returning!

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular. Everything was great. One suggestion - the Mr. Coffee coffee pot is broken and leaks - it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Pros: --clean, fairly spacious two bedroom condo. Pleasantly decorated, decently outfitted kitchen. --two minute walk from 6th floor condo to beach --very clean beach, clearly well attended to Cons: --A bit pricey (but everything is) --beach chairs and umbrellas should not be an extra charge, especially given the per night cost of the condo. It felt like a hustle when the gentleman tried to charge us $40 for chairs and umbrellas that were already sitting out on the property. I was embarrassed in front of my family. This practice needs to end immediately.

The condo was neat, clean, comfortable! The washing machine didn’t work but a text to Luxury had someone out quickly to fix. The elevator wasn’t working on the evening before our departure ( we are on the 6th floor). I text again and they said they would check into it. It was working the next morning :)

Easy to find --- did not communicate to property manager, but we did find the bedroom TV's disappointing -- one has bad pixel images, the other so small, difficult to view from the bed. Overall though the unit and the location was excellent, well within in shopping and restaurants. I would recomend this unit.

Ice maker never worked in 7 days, reported, came to room, said they would send someone. Did not come back. TV in bedroom is so old the screen is mostly black. Will not adjust correctly. Full sized pillowcases on queen size pillows. Old rough sheets with pills. For a seven day stay, two ounces of shampoo, 1 washing machine pack, one dishwasher pod, no fabric softener, four total rolls of toilet tissue, one paper towel roll, zero beach supplies, 2 ounces of dish liquid. “Treated” here by those who are cheap. Ridiculous. Not again. Ever.

The condo was perfect! We were right off the elevator and had a little market/souvenir shop right across the street. Had anything we needed. The full glass all across the back of the condo wall made it so nice to look out at the beach anytime of the day. This was our first time to Perdido Key. We will definitely be back and stay at the same condo.

We had a wonderful time at the Seaspray! Everything was clean & the lockbox was so easy. We had an abundance of towels & the beds were comfy. Definitely bring all paper products you need though. We brought a pack of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, bring kitchen staples such as sugar, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Lots of plates, cups, utensils, & cookware. We highly recommend this condo & we plan to be back!

603 SeaSpray West is a 5-star accommodation all the way. Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and stylish, with an excellent collection of nature photographs - many taken by an owner, beautiful views and easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach - it's floorplan works very well for up to two couples. The building and amenities are well kept - and the nearby Perdido Bay Seafood offers an excellent selection of fresh-caught fish, shrimp, crabs and oysters - as well as friendly service - including steaming shrimp for you while you wait (not very long). All in all, 603 SeaSpray West is highly recommended.

Absolutely the perfect condo for our stay. From the amenities to the art and books was perfect. Every detail was addressed from the complete stocked kitchen, to the games and books.
