The location of the property was great! I loved that it was gated and private. The house had all the amenities needed. During the time we were there, the Keurig was not working, and there is no air for the crows nest, but there are fans. Just a couple of negatives but nothing serious and did not impact our vacation. I did like the keyless entry but the front door did not lock properly from the outside so we would have someone lock it from the inside and they would walk around. Minor inconvenience and nothing serious. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back!

This vacation rental was way more then advertised and just an overall fantastic time. The Hosts were very responsive to my multiple questions prior to the trip and gave me great restaurant trips and vacation options.
As far as the house it was more than we expected, its location across from the beach entrance was perfect and such an easy walk. The neighborhood was welcoming and not crazy crowded as seen in other parts of PC beach.
Hands down one of our best family trips..

A Glimpse of Heaven is a great vacation house for a family beach vacation in the gated community of Carillon Beach.
The home's location is steps from the walkover, across the street from the beach front homes. The house has more space than we needed but we liked having the extra space. The main floor living/dining/kitchen are very comfortable and were where we spent most of our time when were in the house, which wasn't often. We stayed in the rooms on the second floor most nights but my son and I "camped out" in the crow's nest one night, just because. We did not use the first floor bedroom but it was nice having a bathroom with shower on the main floor. The owners were very responsive when we messaged and we had no issues with the home during our stay. The kitchen has everything you will need and many things you may never touch. There were both charcoal and gas grills available and the ice maker kept up with our daily beach cooler needs. We were looking forward to our next trip before we left!
If you have done 30A and are looking for something different, you can't beat Carillon Beach. The shops and restaurants of 30A are a short drive away should you decide to venture out, but once you stay at Carillon you will likely find that "something" that's been missing...

Name is appropriate for the property. Wonderful home and we had a great time. Beautiful neighborhood and setting. Beautiful beach. All as advertised… expectations exceeded. Was a little concerned about not being right on beach as we typically are BUT it was so close… it was no problem at all.

The property owners were very easy to work with and very helpful in providing ideas for things to do in the area. They went above and beyond to make this a nice vacation for my family.

Carillon in Panama City Beach proved to be the most centrally located & perfect spot for us to meet up with our sons and daughters-in-law and 4 month old grandson for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were so lucky to discover Glimpse of Heaven there! This beautiful home had everything we needed to enjoy a great time together. The beach was right across the street, and the front porch was great for enjoying our coffee. Having a downstairs bedroom and bath off the kitchen made it so convenient for the new parents- so easy to get up through the night to warm bottles! The beds were super comfortable. The huge tv saw a lot of football and Hallmark movie action! Every convenience was thoughtfully provided. It was just wonderful. The neighborhood is so sweet and old fashioned- lots of walkers, kids riding bikes freely around the neighborhood, tons of families enjoying tree lighting & hot chocolate and coffee bar on the green Friday night. Carillon is super close to convenient shopping yet feels completely removed and so peaceful. In addition, it’s only about 3 miles to the hustle & bustle and fabulous shopping at Rosemary Beach. We couldn’t have been happier with our Thanksgiving getaway & memories we made. Vicki was wonderful to work with too. Can’t wait to return!

Vicky and Bob have done an amazing job with this beach house. Absolutely everything was perfect! It was incredibly cleaned upon arrival (I am a picky OCD cleaner so my standards were met)! Decorated beautifully down to the prints on all the throw pillows, etc. Every detail imaginable was met! We cannot wait to come back!

My family had a wonderful experience at “Glimpse of heaven”! The location to the beach was so convenient. The decorations in the house were special. All of the amenities kept us feeling pampered during our entire stay.

We stayed at this home in July, and we really enjoyed our experience. You can’t beat the location—it’s steps to the beach walkover, and you can see a slice of the beach/ocean from the primary bedroom’s porch. The table and chairs in the backyard were great for dinners outside, and there was ample room inside and out for our family to spread out. The showers in several of the bathrooms are quite small, a few rugs throughout were dirty/stained, and the top bedroom is quite hot even with the fans on and blinds drawn. Overall, however, these are minor inconveniences for what you get in terms of space and location. We’ve stayed at several properties in Carillon, and this is our favorite to date. We hope to be back.

Beautiful home with so many opportunities to enjoy all that living by the beach has to offer! From relaxing on one of the multi-level decks, to a walk along the soft sugary colored sandy beach to hanging out at one of the three community pools, this location has it all! Despite the stormy weather we had a wonderful week. The property is ultra clean and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.
Our 6 month old grandson really loved people watching from the second floor porch. We definitely will be back.
