Nestled in Carillon Beach, this charming house for $777 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This highly sought after Carillon Beach home is 20 steps to the amazing sugar white sand and calming emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Carillon Beach is an upscale community that has been featured in many national magazines and is reminiscent of the early days of Seaside. Carillon has a 3/4 mile stretch of beach, which is unprecedented and is never over populated. It is a short bike ride to 30A, but in Carillon you can escape the crowds. Daylight fills this wonderful home, which features ten-foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The furnishings and luxurious bedding are so comfortable and allow you to relax while you enjoy your stay. The home has a well-equipped kitchen. Including a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, hot water kettle and blender, ice maker along with all the standard cookware and utensils. There is also a Weber grill, washer and dryer. Free high-speed WiFi, and (5) HDTV's. There is a 50” HD SMART TV located in the living room. There is also a sound bar connected to the TV, which allows you to plug in your iPhone to listen to your own playlists. Retreat to the beautifully decorated and peaceful bedrooms; featuring two master bedroom suites each with a king bed, one queen bedroom and one cozy bunkroom with two (72" L) twin beds for children. All bedrooms have HDTV’s and high quality100% Egyptian cotton bed linens. You will love the lower outdoor living area with comfortable seating for relaxing and dining. The upper porch has a seating and dining area along with a peek of the Gulf. Complimentary beach service includes two chaise lounge chairs and large umbrella located on the beach near walkover 2. This service is provided year round. No need to rent a golf cart. Downtown Carillon, the children's pool and the gulf front pool are all located within easy walking distance and walkover two is steps away! Beach wagons are available to rent which makes getting around with the children a fun experience. The community is gated, which creates a safe place for children to ride bikes and walk to activities. It is also great for runners. There is a large Gulf front pool, a heated (in colder months) east-side pool and a children's pool. There are tennis courts, a basketball court, water sports, a children's playground and beautiful green spaces. Bicycle, kayak, paddle board, boogie board and surf board rentals are available along with jogging strollers, beach wagons, cribs, high chairs and other baby gear. Located in downtown Carillon there is a spa, gym and a yoga studio that provides mat and aerial yoga. Our home is stocked with lots of of beach toys along with cards and board games. Stroll under the live oak canopied promenade to downtown Carillon where you can enjoy a meal in one of several restaurants, listen to music on the green (every Monday in the summer) or enjoy some of the other special events scheduled during the high season. In addition, this resort is within a 5-minute drive to all the wonderful restaurants and shops along 30-A and a 10-minute drive to Pier Park in Panama City Beach. Interested in golf? Tee it up on one of the many golf courses that are within minutes from the Carillon resort. Several are rated as some of the best in Florida. Fish right off the beach or off the pier at Pier Park. Deep sea charters are available in Destin and Panama City Beach. The home is SMOKE FREE, NO PETS ALLOWED, with an AGE RESTRICTION. Reservations not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 27 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the stay. Chaperoned groups are not accepted. Picture Perfect was very accommodating for our family. We very much enjoyed our week there! The beds were comfortable, rooms stayed dark in the mornings (which is usually a problem for us on vacation). The house is just steps to the beach access which made it so easy to be on the beach without having to walk far carrying all our belongings. The pool is a pretty good walk away so just be aware of that when booking but we took nice walks down to the pool. Terri was very nice and helpful when we needed her. We loved the big porches and used them the most often! The whole house is beautiful inside and out. Carillon has our heart, the community is a very special and fun place to visit and we can’t wait to be back to visit at Picture Perfect!!

Absolutely no complaints! Me and my family had a fantastic time and the house was wonderful. We've stayed in Caroline before and this stay was just as enjoyable. Owner was very kind and responsive and house was nicely stocked. Superrr close to the beach!

The owner told us we would love the house and we did. It is attractively decorated, clean, well appointed and only minutes to the beach.
Our grandkids enjoyed the pools as well as the beach, and my husband and son in law enjoyed the pickleball court.
Communication with the owner was great; we had one question regarding a tv and it was quickly answered. The beds are comfortable with quality sheets, and the bathrooms have nice towels. We made use of the large washer and dryer which is a must with toddlers.
The community is beautiful and very walkable. We were only 15 minutes to nearby shopping and restaurants. As we were leaving today we all voted that Carillon Beach is our favorite and we look forward to our next vacation there.

I have to say, this is a perfect beach house which made our vacation so enjoyable! Every room is decorated so pretty and it gives off such a peaceful vibe. The furniture was so nice and the front porch was so inviting. It screamed southern hospitality at its best. It’s in an excellent location in between a walkover to the ocean and one to the main pool. We enjoyed every minute of this stay because the owner was so kind and wanted to make sure our stay the best. The kitchen had so many nice extras. The appliances were top notch. I’m so glad that we chose it. This house is even more beautiful than the photos portray. We’d stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved this house because it was only steps from the beach, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you would want for a beach vacation. The layout was good for our party of 6 adults. The tvs had easy to operate cable channels, and the house wifi was speedy. The mattresses were comfortable. We will likely be staying at Picture Perfect again!!!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. All the kitchen items we needed were provided. The house was a super short walk to the beach and was not an issue at all for a 2 and 4 year old to walk there. Would stay here again!

Cleanest home we’ve stayed in by far! Short walk to the beach makes it super easy with little kids. Home was comfortable and well appointed. Lots of good food close by, plenty to do, and grocery stores easy to access. Beach was beautiful with lots of shells and still quiet in spite of it being spring break. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked, showers hot, and AC cold. Owners helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay in Carillon. We loved it! We visit the area in the Fall each year, but this was our first stay in the little village by the sea. It was much less crowded than many area beaches and very family friendly. We loved the location of Picture Perfect, an easy walk to the beach. The home was decorated nicely. I loved the sea shell crosses over the beds. The beds and high-end linens were comfy. It was a very easy check in and out process. The home was beautiful, weather was great and the community was lovely. Thank you so for sharing your home with us. We look forward to coming back again. 5 stars!

Terri the owner is the most organized owner I have ever seen. Perfect location as you can be on the beach quicker than could ride an
elevator to the bottom floor and walk out in a high rise. Very clean and everything you need. The queen bed downstairs has by far the best mattress. We will definitely be back

Picture Perfect was an amazing vacation home for us; we all had ample room and felt very comfortable there! I especially loved the beautiful decor and comfortable bed. Any location in Carillon is wonderful, but PP’s spot right next to the walkover is wonderful. We had a lovely vacation and I highly recommend Terri’s home!

This was a great home for our beach vacation. Although the kitchen space is small we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ice maker in the bar area was the best!! The location is amazing!! Great stay in a comfortable home. We loved sitting o. The porch in the morning and evenings talking and playing games!

Terri was a pleasure to communicate with and check in was a breeze.! The house was in the best location and was perfect for our 2 families. It had Comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Our only hiccup was the WiFi speed.
The connection was very slow which made it difficult for my husband to work.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. We have stayed at a few homes in Carillon and this exceeded our expectations. The neutral color pallet was so relaxing and everything was so clean. The location to the beach and amenities are wonderful. You have everything not far away and doesn't require you to rent a golf cart as you can walk to everything. The owner Terri was wonderful to work with. We look forward to our next stay here.
