If you feel like keeping the fun closer to home base, simply rub in some sunscreen and head out to one of the three shared pools on-site. Boasting recent renovations, this home, formally named Lakefront Lux, offers everything when you want to simply relax with a day in. The comfortable family room, spacious bedrooms, and the tower area (offering the best views) will afford your family opportunities to share lasting beach memories. Plus, the wonderful flooring, beachy decor, and natural light throughout make the main level a great place to gather as the chef of the group hops into the full kitchen to whip up tasty meals. The gas range on the island, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and ample counter space will make any recipe a breeze. Or, you can keep it casual and fire up the gas grill outside as you sip a favorite beverage and look out to the lake. Year-round beach service is courtesy of the owner and includes two wooden loungers, two folding wood/canvas beach chairs, and two umbrellas. The beach chair service is set up by Vacayzen at the beach walk 7 access point. There are also complimentary beach towels that you can take with you on beach excursions in the cabinet above the dryer. With a getaway this perfect, you may have to make a visit to Carillon Beach Vitamin Sea a yearly tradition! THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I love Carillon and have stayed many times in this community. Short walk to beach and pools from this home. View of lake from your back patios. Home has plenty of room . Lots of stairs so be ready. I think the house needs some work overall. The front door is extremely hard to lock! Needs fixed. Showers need some cleaning/updating. I will continue to vaca in Carillion just not at this house.

This was a the perfect location for an easy walk every day to beach and pools. The home was clean and check-in and check-out was easy. We loved that bike rentals were available on site. Neighborhood was quiet other than construction noise from nearby properties.

Such a beautiful house and neighborhood for an affordable price! Less than 1 min to beach and pool. Beach was private and was pretty empty! Only downfall was we had questions and “Vacasa” didn't work on weekends while we were there and never replied to messages or emails we sent during the week. The neighborhood community and workers were so kind and helpful. Dealing with Vacasa just wasn’t as easy as it should be!

This was the 3rd time we have rented this house. We were very disappointed in this house this time. Dishwasher did not work! Apparently had not been working for sometime. Couch and Loveseat was like sitting on a box spring very uncomfortable. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Very disappointed. We never experience this before in this home.

Overall a nice place. A few amenities were missing but nothing major. Dishwasher still had food in so the kitchen had awful smell upon arrival.

The home is very close to a community pool and a walk way for the beach. The home has a lot of room for a family vacation. Bonus was finding a beach tent and chairs to use!

The home was well taken care of and well stocked with kitchen supplies. This was our first time of staying on the east side of Carillon Beach and it turned out very nicely. The house was just 4 lots from the Lake pool and 500' to the beach walkover. Nice view in the back since you are on the lake.

This house was amazing and neighborhood was great. It was great proximity to the pool and beach. Literally a 5 min walk to both. I would stay here again and again.. I gave it 4 stars because there were ants in the upper loft bedroom that weren’t taken care of until the last day of our stay. We also did have trouble locking the front door. Also (I know this isn’t a house issue) but we did have some property stolen from the neighborhood. So just be extra cautious with your belongings, even though the neighborhood is very nice.

This is our 2nd summer vacationing at Carillon Beach! This house is equipped with everything you need for you and your family to make memories and have a wonderful stay! Great location, furnishings are in great condition and the air conditioning will keep you chilled during the summer. We would recommend to anyone.

The house was well appointed with anything you would need. The screened in back patio was perfect to hang out on without bugs! The house is close to the pool and on the same road as the beach walkover. Everything was clean and bright! The house has sand toys and chairs (which was nice) we left some of ours for people to enjoy as well. Only issue was the dishwasher didn't shut properly and it wasn't disclosed that there was construction on both sides of the house that started rather early for those in our group that like to sleep in. The beach was perfect!

Enjoyed spending time at Carillon Beach. This house met our needs. At present, they are building new homes on each side of this house. One of the negatives was that there were many work trucks there and it was difficult to get our vehicles out of the driveway. They did not work on the house on the weekend or late in evening. Otherwise the house had enough room for 3 generations.

I clean houses on the side and kudos to the cleaning people! This house was very clean and I didn't want to clean things before I unpacked. Great job! House was beautiful just like the pictures and we already booked again.
