Located in Carillon Beach, this attractive house for $747 per night is a great choice for your next break. Designer decorated 4 bed/3.5 bath with 2 master suites and private pool ** Now offering free pool heating for the week!!** Welcome to Footprints in the Sand, a beautiful residence that will redefine rest and relaxation for you and your guests. Located in the high-end, gated gulf front community of Carillion Beach and tucked within the palms, Footprints in the Sand is merely across the street from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes from the Sandyshore Drive Dune Walkover#1that will take you to the white, powder beach and serene shoreline. This new home full of designer finishes is fully equipped and ready for your retreat to paradise. Your stay will also include 4 reserved chaise lounge chairs with daily beach service providing cushions and umbrellas (March 1 – Mid October) and New Bicycles for the family with helmets: 2 adult bikes, one trailer, 4 kids bikes varying in size. Footprints in the Sand contains four (4) bedrooms and three and a half (3 ½) baths and comfortably sleeps nine (9). Amongst the bedrooms are two (2) masters with king beds and exquisite en suites, a guest bedroom with queen bed, and bunk room with 3 twin beds. The home boasts a completely open concept first floor that opens up to a large, covered back patio that is perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the fine ocean breeze. Additionally, the back patio overlooks your private backyard oasis containing a pool area furnished with loungers and seating. The pool has 2 child safety gates and one with a key to lock as needed. The back of the house faces a beautiful greenbelt offering max privacy for our guests. Lastly, no outdoor space would be complete without a new Weber grill made for sizzling up burgers and steaks. Making your way back inside, the gourmet kitchen is laced with new stainless-steel appliances, a large island, and a separate coffee bar (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and milk frother) that has everything you need to create wonderful meals and concoctions. Off the kitchen is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer as well as a sink. Footprints in the Sand contains five (5) flat screen televisions including one (1) in each bedroom, high-speed internet, WIFI, cable, Amazon Fire sticks, and streaming services. Downstairs you will enjoy a King master bedroom with private bathroom and large shower. The room also has access thru double French doors to the front porch of the house. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (Master, Queen, and Bunk room with 3 twin beds ). The light and bright en suite upstairs King master bedroom with stand-up double rain showerhead and soaker tub are set-up so you can enjoy a book and relax at the end of a fun filled day at the beach. We loved this house! It had plenty of room for our family and nicely decorated. The heated pool was a plus for our kids to play in after a long day at the beach. Carillon is such a beautiful place. Sal the owner was great to work with and answered any questions I had. Looking forward to going back very soon

Footprints in the Sand is a fabulous house! We loved the proximity to the beach, the backyard pool,and the privacy of the green space behind the house. The garage/shed was well-stocked with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!
The construction across the street was loud, but it won’t last forever. Our family would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were excellent! Bedding and all the extra amenities were awesome. Pool was a great place to hang out and had all the pool floats/toys. Sal and Natalya were excellent hosts and were very quick to respond when contacted. Will stay again!

My family of five stayed at Footprints in the Sand with family friends and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The location to the beach, the private pool, the cleanliness of the rental and the abundance of space. It was so so great. We would absolutely spend our summer vacation here again! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond as well!

Had a Great time. The whole place is very spacious. It has a beautiful front porch and back porch as well as a great pool deck. Has a storage unit full of bikes and beach toys. Also has a long driveway and sits right cross the little road from the beach.

My husband and I and our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Footprints in the Sand, The home was beautiful and laid out so well to accommodate our 3 families. Everyone had their own space, and the common areas were well-suited for everyone to gather. The kitchen has a wonderful, large pantry, and was perfect for prepping family meals to enjoy inside or on the porch. The front and back porches are lovely, and the pool was fabulous for the kids and the adults. The home is just a couple of minutes from the beach, which made access easy and quick.

This house is stunning! Perfect layout for elderly parents, my husband and I, and my sister and her husband and 3yr old. The private pool was used daily. Beach access was tough for my elderly parents which just made the pool even more valuable. The owners were super responsive. We will absolutely be back!

This house lived up to all our expectations. Just a short walk to the beach and a pool that gets sun most of the day. Children ages 3-8 loved every second of it. I recommend renting a golf cart as there is lots to see in this community. The owner was in constant contact with us and we had a very smooth process of renting. 4 beach chairs set up everyday just for you. The house is equipped with toys, bikes, wagons, extra beach chairs, etc. you name it, they had it! We will be back!!!

My family spent Christmas and New Year’s at Footprints in the Sand. We have rented the same home at Carillon Beach many times over the past few years, but it was recently sold, and this was our first time staying at Footprints in the Sand. In summary, it was a perfect week, we loved the home and we will definitely rent this home again - We didn't want to leave. For my wife and I, cleanliness is always the main priority and there was no disappointment at this home. The cleanliness easily exceeded our picky expectations… Counters, floors, furniture, showers, tubs, toilets…Everything was literally spotless. With that out of the way, the home is so beautiful - We were so excited walking into the home and this is one of the rare exceptions where I can honestly say the photos do not capture the full beauty of the property. This honestly felt like we were staying in someone’s well-kept brand new private residence and not a vacation rental. I’ll skip many of the details available in the home’s description, but confirm that the kitchen is supplied with everything you need - We never had a moment where we didn’t have an item needed for food prep or drinks. The floor plan is nicely laid out, and combined with 10-foot ceilings, the home feels grand and spacious. The pool is just the right size for a refreshing dip and it’s just right for kids to burn-off some energy in the afternoon. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the front porch, the second floor balcony and out back around the pool. We spent many afternoons with a drink on the second floor balcony soaking up the sun while enjoying views of the gulf. The home is a very short walk to the beach…I’d say less than 60 seconds and you’re on the sand. Best of all, the owners are extremely polite and very responsive. They went out of their way to accommodate a few additional nights for our stay and gladly added pool heating (very reasonable fee) for our two kids. We had much needed relaxation and family time in your beautiful home - Thank you!!!

This was our 2nd time at the property and we will keep coming back. Perfect for a multi-generational gathering. Love the pool and back porch and proximity to the beach. They have everything you need…even for kids. Carillon Beach has quickly become our favorite. Sal was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hate to recommend because I don’t want to fight over dates with other people, but this is a definite 5 star

This was our second year at Footprints in the Sand and we had a great time again. The house is amazing and the pool is great for the kids after spending all day at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and house is very clean. All the extra beach gear and towels were nice to have. It doesn’t get much better than this place in Carillon!
Don’t miss the Our Little Beach Cafe, they are a cute family run spot for breakfast or lunch.
The owner is very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well during the week. Highly recommend!!!

We have made many visits to Carillon and have stayed in several properties and we all voted this one the favorite! Great space and layout, especially the kitchen. The beds and bedding were great. We did not have our picture perfect Carillon weather this year but the large and comfortable outdoor seating areas made the rainy times bearable and the pool was an added plus.
We plan to return next year!!! (And hopefully the construction around the house will be completed!)

Footprints in the Sand is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and a short distance to the beach. We loved being in a neighborhood that is not so crowded but convenient to shops and restaurants. Perhaps the thing we enjoyed most was the porch and backyard pool. We would definitely recommend it.

Family friendly luxury
This place is great. Owner was super easy and had the whole house set up from the get go. Carillon Beach is absolutely a hidden gem. Quiet, huge beach. Tons of stuff within a 10 min drive. The house itself was great. 1 minute walk to beach and 5 min to the large community pool. The small one on the property was great for a quick dip. The house is so well equipped: comfy beds, smart tvs in every room. All clad skillets, Weber grill are great touches, current renovation all adds up to functional luxury. Bikes, floats, sand stuff for the kids, just a really well stocked property. One of the best vacations I’ve taken. Looking for 2023 availability now, if not may just have to buy it off him ;)

Spring break
We had a fantastic week! Our travel group included two families- 4 adults and 4 boys ages 7-11. The pool was a huge hit with the boys and it was so easy to sit on the back porch to supervise them and still avoid the splashes. The outdoor space was really great- even the grill was amazing (grills at rental properties are frequently awful). The inside of the home was perfect. Space for everyone, very clean, simple and beachy decor. The property owners were very easy to work with and very responsive.

Additionally…if you’re at the beach or pool~ you’re not hearing the construction lol. We honestly can’t wait to return to Footprints in the Sand.

Lovely house in a great location
The house and location are ideal for family fun and relaxation. The beach service made beach time so comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and also the restaurants and shop. My kids played basketball every day on the court at the resort. Having a private pool was ideal for family time. We used the table on the back porch for everything from meals to playing games. We enjoyed exploring restaurants and shops just a short ride away on 30A as well.
The owners are the best! Fast communication! They have provided everything you need to feel at home in their home. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Beach Vacation
This property could not be more perfect! The gated community is quite and safe, the proximity to the beach is fantastic, the pool is an added bonus and all of the little 'extras' make this a fabulous rental. The beach was not crowded even during fall break and the loungers/umbrellas were so convenient. The owner was very responsive and helpful when I sent a quick text during our stay. Access info was provided well in advance. The multiple community pools and the beach café were also just perfect. We have already booked again for next year - that is how fabulous a vacation at 'Footprints in the Sand' is. We had 4 adults and 3 x 10 yr olds and there was plenty of space. Next year we're bringing grandma!

This was our 10th home in Carillon and this may be our favorite - Sal was so awesome even before we arrived and stayed close to us through our entire stay. The home is perfect - it is new, beautifully decorated and the layout was just what we needed to be together but have our own space. The kids loved the pool and having the bikes available in all sizes was a game changer for the boys. I have already ordered the sheets that were on the beds as I am not sure I have ever slept better away from home. They even have a large number of beach towels, beach toys and floats for guests to use which was a nice touch. I knew we were in for a well thought out kitchen when there was a full pantry - no more moving around dishes and cups in the cabinets to place your extra snacks!! We spent a lot of time on the back porch and brought our own tv down to have an option to watch football outside while the boys swam which was a perfect set up. Awesome memories were made and we will be back for sure!
