Situated in Adelaide, this charming house for $158 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful four bedroom home, situated in a very peacefull and quiet location. Opposite a large natural reserve with a winter creek. Nice quiet morning walks with the odd kookaburra or two. Take a two minute walk to the Thaxted Golf Coarse. Play 18 holes or just visit the clubrooms. Local super deli at the end of the street with takeaway food and a bus stop to the shopping centre just 2 km down the road. Two Major shopping centre's only a 15 min drive either way. South coast beaches with excellent boating facilities and beautifull sandy shores just 10 min drive or so. Local wineries begin 10 -15 min drive in the Mclaren Vale region. We are at the begining of the foot hills which is the gate - way to many small and interesting country towns. Jardin Cottage Facilities A beautifull fully furnished house with a touch of french country. Very well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel smeg appliances. Side by side fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice and microwave. Family / dining 6 setting table with sofa by the combustion heater and a large tv with cd player. Lounge room has a large setting Large 50" tv with dvd player. Very relaxing private room. Main bedroom consists of queen size four poster bed and a small tv nitch, walk in robe and a large well appointed ensuite with a double shower. Second double bedroom has a queen size bed with built in robes. Bedroom three has a single bed Bedroom four has a single bed Main bathroom is fully equipped with bath and seperate shower and toilet. Sepertate toilet room with hand basin. Large laundry with a washing machine under the bench and clothes dryer + iron with board Reverse cycle aircon with full ducting to each room Ducted vaccumn throughout house Jardin Cottage Outside Under cover alfresco entertain area with ourdoor setting and barbeque under cover secure parking Well light garage with work benches ( mobile ) Under cover clothes line Delightful front garden over looking natural reserve Double width driveway Secure panel lift door to parking Non smoking house No pets

Could not fault this property. Lovely owner Heather, greeted us on arrival to explain everything in house. Spacious 4 bedroom house with the most comfortable beds. Location was perfect, and in a quiet street with small reserve opposite house. Will definitely return.

Our stay here felt more like a home than a holiday accommodation. It had everything we needed and more. Its so spacious and clean and set in a quiet residential area facing a nature reserve. We would definitely highly recommend a stay at this property.

We stayed here for 9 nights and the whole experience from arrival to departure was fantastic. Heather has done an amazing job with the presentation of this property. The cup cakes on arrival were a very nice touch. Would highly recommend this cottage to any one coming to South Australia.

Heather greeted us upon arrival with open arms and wonderful home made cupcakes, she showed us around her beautiful home , and let us know she was available at any time if we needed anything as she resides right next door in this lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The gardens were exceptional with a lovely tree lined reserve across the road and the home was lovely, clean, spacious and invited. The bride and her bridal party stayed the night before the wedding day, the house was perfect for the occasion with three bathrooms and 4 beautifully presented bedrooms there was ample space, the stunning kitchen made feeding these ladies a breeze, the hairdressers and makeup artists all adored the space, We all look forward to seeing the photographers photos in the stunning garden. The bride and groom had a beautiful haven to retreat to after a big day and were surrounded by luxury. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We cannot recommend this accommodation enough. The house is stunning. It is evident a lot of thought has gone into the home, with no expense spared. We were more than comfortable staying here with our family. It was neat and tidy, with great heating and a fire. Plenty of room and creature comforts. We would love to come back and stay again. We had a great time at Heather's place. Such a warm welcome with delicious cupcakes, and everything we needed in a home. The quality of the bedroom and bathroom linen was second to none and made for a comfortable stay. The location is great - easy to drive into the city of Adelaide, as well as out to McLaren Vale. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Kathleen Street offers easy access to Christies Beach & McLaren Vale. Close to all amenties and a good base to tour south to Victoria Harbour and into the CBD from. Heather's welcoming cup cakes & Nespresso coffee were delicious on arrival. Thank you

Amazingly appointed, high quality features and linens. Host so welcoming and approachable, thoughtfully put air con on before our arrival on a 39 degree day. Spacious, quiet, elegant and heaps of bathroom space for all the family. Free use of all the facilities and contents made it truly feel like home, so lovely

This is an ideal holiday home that is beautifully presented and tastefully decorated. We have stayed 3 times now with another booking in 2023. It's a great home to have a family get together or just relax. Clise to shopping, beach and wineries. Heather has a gem in the suburbs of Adelaide and the bonus of a beautiful garden.

Spacey, recently renovated, stylish, functional kitchen with top brand appliances, large bedrooms, very comfortable beds, very clean. The home has been an absolute treat that we were sad to leave. The property is well-appointed with all amenities that you need for a stay away from home. Great for families. It's a short drive to the local shopping centre, and has a well-equipped playground not too far away. And best of all, there's a grassy reserve right across the road with a pleasant outlook from the front rooms of the house.
