Located in Rocky Point, this charming condo for $575 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Three bedroom ** Ocean Front ** 11th floor ** Coronado Building (Phase 2) of the Las Palomas Seaside Golf Resort. Las Palomas is Rocky Point’s only 5 star resort that includes the only 18 hole golf course on Sandy Beach designed by famed designer Forest Richardson. Las Palomas has everything a family is looking for in a vacation location. Beautiful soft sand beach on the warm waters of the Sea of Cortes. Las Palomas has many pools including heated infinity pools, hot tubs, two lazy rivers, kids play pools, water slide, and swim up bar pools. Other amenities include poolside restaurants, club-like exercise facility, two AAA 4 diamond restaurants, secured underground parking, use of many large gas grills, and a free kids club. A full unobstructed view of the ocean greets you as you walk into our condo. Two bedrooms are oceanfront with California king sized beds and patio access. The third bedroom has two queen beds making it very comfortable for two families traveling together or a large family. But if your group is a little larger there is queen size sleeper in the living area couch. Watch dolphins, seabirds, Para sailors and gliders while sitting on the oversized patio to await the beautiful sunset. All Las Palomas condos have a full kitchen with all the accessories you have at home. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Our Condo is 1728 sq. ft. with a 430 sq. ft. patio. It is equipped with a 54” plasma TV, DVD player with surround sound in the living room. All bedrooms also are equipped with a flat screen TVs and DVD players. We have equipped this unit with wireless internet which is not standard in other units. Cable TV providing HBO, ESPN and many other channels including local Phoenix channels. We are in the rental pool, so once you are here there are no other hidden charges that others may have. Please make sure that any condo at Las Palomas you might be interested in is in the rental pool. If you rent with someone not in the rental pool you could lose your reservation, have to pay additional costs to the resort Because we are in the rental pool included are daily unit cleanings, free pool wristbands, kids club, room service availability, 24/7 front desk help, daily pool towels. The Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) area offers many of the attractions you would expect at an ocean resort area. Deep sea fishing, golfing, scuba, sightseeing tours, horseback riding, wave-runner rental, banana boat rides, shopping, night clubs, and plenty of restaurants featuring fresh caught seafood. You can even buy your own fish at the fish market and cook at “home”. What makes Puerto Penasco unique though is that it experiences the world’s second most dramatic daily tidal change which makes exploring on the beach new every hour. We use this resort every year for our family vacations. Wish the check in process was more organized. We had people cut the line because there is no clear path or path for queuing for checking in. They should switch to plastic bracelets, as the paper ones don't last more than 1 or 2 days.

Amazing condo. Beautiful views with huge balcony. Very happy with our stay and would definitely rent this unit again. The pictures don’t so this condo justice. We were blown away when we walked in.

We reported that the main shower did not drain and requested maintenance the first day and the second day… no one ever came. The beach chairs in laundry room for our use were ripped. Other than that it was fantastic!

We had a great time here. Had some things that didn't work (beater, sliding glass door was hard to open and close) and some cosmetic things (water damage on bathroom ceiling from previous leak) but will still come back!

This condo has everything anyone could possibly need or want!! The view is absolutely phenomenal, the layout worked perfectly with our family dynamic, the A/C was cold, the entire place was spotless (housekeeping was amazing).. We parked in the basement garage (there was always available spots) and the staff there was very friendly and accommodating.. The only thing that could be improved is front desk check-in took about 45min to 1hr and the elevators are very slow (my rating will not be based on that aspect, as that is completely out of the host’s control).. Thank you for allowing us to stay in ur vacation home!! 💗

We stayed at Las Palomas this past weekend and had a great time. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was not acceptable was the wifi service. We were able to connect but it was very unstable and not available throughout the unit.

The condo was the right size for our group of 7, had great views and well heated pools! The only thing we had thought would be in the condo that wasn't was salt, pepper, basic cooking seasonings. The resort also did not have laundry supplies available for purchase, so remember to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. Will return!

Lovely condo and it was decorated very nicely. It had a grand feel and the view was beautiful. Nice big balcony. This is by far our favorite resort. We had some minor issues and then some great big mishaps. Minor ones were: the phone in the condo wasn't working and the app to order food or room service wasn't working either. That was a major thumbs down. The hot water heater wasn't on so we all took cold showers until someone came up to turn it on. We love this property because of the room service, restaurants, and the daily cleaning services. The cleaning service was not great either. They made beds but didn't put another trash bag in or any more dish washing tablets or clean towels. We had issues with the curtains that covered the slider doors in the master bedroom. Then the elavators stopped working and we were on the 11th floor. After we climed all those steps to only discover our room keys were no longer working either. All these little things really do start to annoy you after a while. Anyways, our daughter was in a terrible accident on an ATV and was stabilized at a hospital in Mexico and then an ambulance was waiting for us at the US border. She broke her hip. She wasn't being careless, she hit a ledge on that big dirt hill mountain....SO BEWARE. You never want to go through what we did. It was horrifying! We did not stay that night even though we paid for it. I was hoping the owner could refund us for that night but after hearing what happened he didn't offer. I am not going to ask. I am just happy to be home and have my daughter on the road to recovery.
